Nice place to stay for long term.

New building with comfortable apartments, well furnished, but totally neglected. As a daily cleaning, according to the reception staff, they should sweep and wash on the ground, redo the beds, wash dirty dishes, change garbage bags and towels. During my two-week stay, they cleaned and redone the beds only once, daily we only changed garbage bags and towels. Grayed-out bed linen, grayed towels and often stained or torn. At the entrance and in the elevator always smell of cooked at all hours. The air conditioner is only present in the apartments on the 5th and 6th floors.

The numbers are not bad, but. Absolutely not respected time of settlement and eviction, unfriendly staff and even angry staff, cleaning is not of high quality, the room is left with a dirty licked spoon in the sink from previous guests, do not recommend.

Great place to stay. Clean, helpful staff, good food at the restaurant. Easy to get to the city centre.

Internet service is very weak in the rooms. The room quality is below than expectation. The room is equipped with low quality and cheap materials and equipments.

Stained mattresses without protector's, towels and sheets with hair! Very unhygienic place. Unhelpful staff. Would not recommend to anyone!

Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. Location was out of the way but overpriced public transportation was nearby. Room may have been built and finished during the communist era. Restaurant was convenient and just okay.

Worst customer service ever. Poor organising skills. Confusion with rooms. Hotel hadn't organised transportation to the airport as they were supposed to. Receptionist was so unaware about everything that I was tempted to ask if he actually gets paid for what he Ford there. Stay away from here.

The best location for visiting Budapest. The apartments are fully equiped with all that you need so you can feel like home. There is a private parking and the location is near to 2 bus and 1 subway station.

During our stay an important and awkward situation arose that required some investigating and decision making on the part of the management. Care and diligence by the apartment’s management and investigator Stefanic Ferenc Alexander was given, together with a complete resolution of the problem. This issue could have been handled many ways, yielding different sentiments. It was handled very, very professionally. I would recommend this apartment/hotel to anyone. Although it is a few minutes removed from the town’s center, public transportation is readily and frequently available. Grocery stores are very nearby. My wife & I stayed for 9 days and very much enjoyed the cleanliness and courtesy.

Great hotel, stayed here for a couple of nights with my friends. The staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel even though it's a bit far from town (taxi is cheap though).

Very budget friendly and spacey. Had all the facilities. Dont think the TV worked tho.

Stayed for two nights with family during a group tour in May 2017. Lovely green and peaceful location. Spacious comfy room with all amenities (except soap! ) that includes a fully equipped kitchen (yes, crockery, cutlery and four-burner induction furnace). There are two department stores next to the House, just in case one has forgotten to pack for a holiday or tour. Courteous staff, excellent service.

Nice hotel, friendly staff! We had a studio room — it was a lovely room with good space. I love the little kitchen, so that we could have breakfast in the room!
