I stayed there only one night, and only to sleep for 6 hours and then get on the road again. The toilet seat was dirty, it had pee on it! I forgot a jacket in the closet, and only remembered after few hours after leaving. I tried calling the hotel for at least 15 times, but nobody answered, only after 6 hours I managed to get somebody from the reception on the phone, only to tell me that it is too late, and the person working at lost and found has left! I called today again, several times, but nobody answered, only after 3-4 hours of calling and calling, and they said that nobody took the jacket to reception until now, but they also cannot send anybody to see if it is still in the room. It is not neccessarily about the jacket, but about the lies and unprofessional approach of the matter. My husband is always staying there for business trips, and also his colleagues by his recommendation. I don't think it will be the case anymore…

Very nice and friendly staff… great kitchen. Pleasant atmosphere… fully recommend!

Nothing to criticize to this hotel, just good enough to stay in. Everything in this hotel is comfortable for everyone.

No AC what so ever. And when complaining to the receptionist, one gets ’no, we do not have AC’. Only way to get in colder air is to keep the window open at night. And that is not optimal for a light sleeper.

Nice place, good food & beer; unfortunately far outside from the city centre.

The location is great, there's gym nearby, and there's a big store.
The room was large and comfortable. But my aunt's room doesn't have air conditioning and the curtains are broken.

Beware I don't recommend at all. I have booked superior room and they give me standard twin room. I talked to the reception to change this room because it wasn't my reservation. He didn't care. He was unhelpful. He said that's it. I can't do anything sorry our hotel fully booked. I called the reservation agent to cancel this reservation. Then hotel said we will change the room for you. I don't why they want to make story. Wifi is working I call them he said it general issues from supplier. But I go out side to small coffee shop internet was working. In the morning someone from hotel (not the house keeping. ) he open the door room without my permission while I sleep. Then I waked up immediately the door closed and I went to saw who's she went to another room to open. I know she did it by mistake but there is a standard for 4* hotel to knock the door even if there is no anybody to respect the customer privacy. The building is very nice but it needs professional staff who have experience about the hospitality.

Clean rooms and nice servise but plates and glasses in the restaurant needs to be checked.

Beautiful, modern hotel. All very well maintained. Excellent food.
Metro/bus in the immediate vicinity with direct connection to the city center.
Own underground car park with reasonable price.
Basically, I don't find prices overpriced.
Room service for snacks and breakfasts is also available.

Hotel overall good, not so far from the center (20 minutes by bus), but still quite peripheral.

Nice hotel. My only complaint is the lack off a mini fridge. I'm here for the well for work and it would be nice to keep some things cold.

Our room’s 1045 air conditioner did not work inspite of having maintenance come by to look into it, the next morning I call reception. Phone rings with NO answer, personally went down and talked to the reception person and I was told there is nothing he can do till Monday, just open WINDows, Really! Requested for a fan and was told they do not have ONe. I would not recommend this place at all, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Clean rooms, high quality breakfast, close to big shops, still located in a relatively quite part of the city. Very good conference facilities.

Egy három napos konferencián vettem részt, így kerültem a ParkInn by Radisson Budapest épületébe. Elegáns, modern, tiszta környezet, végig kellemesen éreztem itt magam. Tehát a hely konferencia programok részére megfelelő. Ismerőseim, akik vendégként szálltak meg elégedettek voltak. Kár hogy napközben a környéken fizetős a parkolás de biztos a szálloda biztosít parkolót, én gyalog érkeztem.

Easy to reach, great rooms & great Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel that is fit for purpose. Rooms are large and neat. I had the superior room which was huge. The bathroom came with all toiletries including a toothbrush, razor and cream etc. Decent breakfast but the dinner menu is limited. Sh9rt walk to the river.

I think this hotel has the best place for conferences. Both the catering and the conference rooms are great the only thing what can be better is the sound. The technik is there, but someone need to know how to use it properly.

Good hotel for its price. Breakfasts are not included, but you can buy food or have a lunch at the nearest Tesco Extra (500 meters from the hotel). Rooms are quite — you won’t hear your neighbors.

Good hotel with very frendly staff. A bit far from the center but with good public transportation in the neighborhood. The food at the hotel restaurant is good but not so many options.

Outstanding breakfast. It was the first time I could drink a fresh carrot juice in an hotel. My room was simple, confortable and clean. Yes it is far from city center, but Affordable and taxis are quite cheap.

I like Cozy and practical rooms. There are things that need repair like the sink. Also, the restaurant needs more quality control on the cleanliness of the plates and the food. The service… it depends who serves you. But in general half of the staff needs to improve their customer service. Some I find a bit rude.

Very comfortable and modern. The staff is very attentive. Spacious rooms. Service in room until 22h. Offers serbicio of renting a bicycle. Non-smoking Hotel.

I'm Kristianto from Indonesia, it's first time I stay at Park inn Radisson Budapest. The Room is larger than I thought, facility in the room is very good and complete. My journey in budapest is more exciting with Park inn Hotel. But for the food, in the future I hope Park inn Radisson can provide more Halal food like beef and chicken for muslim traveler like me and my wife… overal, nice room dan nice hotel… :) I'm the person who stay at room 2033 from 26 — 27 october 2017. Very nice hotel in Budapest. Not super central but easily reachable by taxi. Rooms are modern and very spacious. Recommended.

Great place with very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is awesome. Parking lot needs some renovation. I occurred some formality problems with payment also. Neighbourhood looks pretty ugly.

Clean and modern room. Staff was friendly and helped us quickly with what we needed. Good Wi-Fi. They have a small gym open 24/7. Didn't try the food but the bar area was cosy. Located 10 min walk to the metro.

Bed: 3/5 Room: 5/5 Wi-Fi: 5/5 Bathroom: 5/5 Gym: 2/5 Beds were a bit too hard for my taste. Gym is very small. All else is great! Very clean, modern hotel.

הגענו למלון ופקידי הקבלה לא היו הכי נחמדים. החדר קטן יחסית, מקלחת סבירה. שירות החדרים היה טוב מאוד ולכן, הוספתי כוכב אחד. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר נוראי, לא היה מבחר, לא היה טעים פשוט מזעזע. ביציאתנו מהמלון רצינו לאחסן את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים של המלון ומענם היה בפנים חמוצות שאין אפשרות ללא שום הסבר, ואינם מצאו פתרון לכך למרות שכשסגרנו את המלון נאמר שישנה שמירת חפצים במקום. טיסתו הייתה בלילה והיינו צריכים לסחוב את המזוודות עד היציאה מהארץ. In English for the rest of the people, so that they would not reach this hotel: we arrived at the hotel and the receptionists were not the nicest. The room is relatively small, a reasonable shower. Room service was very good and so, I added one star. The food at breakfast was terrible, there was no selection, it was not just tasty and shocking. As we left the hotel, we wanted to store the suitcases in the hotel's luggage, and their address was a sour face that could not be explained, and they did not find a solution to this, even though when we closed the hotel it was said that there was luggage. Our flight was at night and we had to carry our suitcases until we left the country.

It's a nice friendly professional hotel. A bit too pro for me, but still. Many services and opportunities in and outside. Good for a little rest or even for a sleep n go.

Although I was there only in a two days conference, but the lunch was very tasty and a staff were kind.

Better then expected. 850m to nearest metro station, other than that — all ok.

Very nice hotel. With Parking, good location and nice Breakfast. The prices for food in hotel very pleasant and not very high. 4 * justified. Sorry this room has no refrigerator.

Clean and new but w/o soul, don't have refrigerator, cosmetic and many other things in the room.
