It's the location that gives this high rating. Also very good service. The rooms are clean, but sparce. The pillows are almost luxurious but the sheets don't fit the bed. The rooms are very small but who spends much time in a room when you're in the midst of Fira.

Thieves. These guys tried to steal $600 from me. The back story is that I had a hard time booking a room because their website was glitchy. When I finally booked the room, it was for the wrong week. I noticed the error and called the hotel within 24 hours of booking, on my limited phone minutes, to ask if they could accommodate me for the correct dates. They said "No" — — they were full those dates. I asked if they could accommodate me for ANY of the dates I needed, and they said "No" — — that I would have to FLY BACK and stay with them on the dates I booked. Fly back?! … I then asked if they could refund me, even partially. They said "no. " When I asked to speak to the manager, they said that no one was there, but that they would call me back. Not only did no one call me back, but no one picked up the phone after that. I had to escalate through my credit card to have funds reimbursed. I understand that running a small business is hard. But this is sheisty and bad, bad business ethic.
