Wonderful staff make this beautiful boutique hotel one of the very best on the island of Mykonos. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities.

Very nice hotel, immaculately renovated, quiet environment, very good breakfast, the fact that it is not immediately located in the heart of Chora is not a concern, on the contrary, as it preserves the tranquility of the place. In addition, a lane allows you to walk down in a few minutes in the center. Prefer, if possible, a sea view room, the view from the terrace or balcony is absolutely beautiful!
In short, I stayed there 5 nights and it was a great stay! I will definitely return!

Balcony and pool were great! The manager of the morning breakfast was phenomenal. He was super friendly, accommodating and on the ball! The front desk staff was lacking in friendliness and in taking the time to help with good recommendations. My husband and I joked that their answer to everything was initially “no! ” The room was just ok (aside from the balcony, which was great. ). Hotel photos make you think there is a stone wall framing the bed (it’s really wallpaper… lol). The shower and sink wouldn’t drain very well and if we closed up all the windows, when we got back to the room it had a bad smell. Once you opened up the windows and doors it was ok again. Drinks at the pool were expensive. Overall, it was a decent place, but we wouldn’t stay here again at the current price point… I would try somewhere else.

I stayed before years in the studio of Hermes hotel just opposite of the main hotel. Rooms were clear and comfortable. I hope that still remain a VFM option.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, loved waking up to the most amazing seaview. 8th hotel in our travels and breakfast was the best so far as well as the beautiful modern decor. Everyone is so helpful definitely would reccomend and if ever come back to beautiful Mykonos would definitely come back to Hermes. Just a note to all — — you need to have with you the same credit card you booked hotel with. If you ever cancel the credit card you used to book with, you need to bring proof from your bank that the credit card was yours, as the hotel requires this or you will need to re-pay full accommodation fee. Luckily for me I was able to log in my account where my bank CBA (for you aussies) there is a section that shows recently cancelled cards. Thanks Hermes team for a lovely stay. Joanne & Julietta.

Stunning hotel. We spent a fantastic week. Comfort and luxe in every single detail. Very friendly staff. Great position. I recommend it! Absolutely.

The hotel is excellent, very clean and rooms are a good size, including the bathroom. We have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The walk down the hill to the port is ok, but coming back up is a killer. The hotel has a shuttle from the port and airport, it should consider a shuttle from town (old port) back to the hotel every couple of hours, just a thought. We would come back again.

Clean, modern, great buffet breakfast, and good location. Our room had a private balcony with beautiful view to the sea, hotel pool/bar, and town. There is a walking path that takes you to Mikonos Town in about 10 minutes. I didn't like the path at night the first time, but then I realized that is the style of everything around, and everyone walks up and down day and night. After going to other locations in Mykonos we realized how lucky we got because we were close enough from the town, but away from the noise and the touristy area.

Amazing hotel, staff was superb and very helpful. Location is ideal, just a 10 minute walk to mykonos downtown. Hotel had a delicious buffet and a beautiful pool. Hotel sits on a hill and has amazing views of mykonos.

We is from taiwan! The staff here is very friendly, can be free port, airport connection, willing to help us change a better sea view view! We also send water when we bask in the sun in the pool. To the most lively attractions to climb 10 minutes, if not afraid of a little tired, this side is a great choice. Rooms are very clean, modern.

Beautiful hotel. All staff were wonderful and helpful. Fantastic views and a nice distance from town — although the walk back up the hill is a killer in the heat of the day! Recommend this lovely hotel!

Excellent rooms with even better views. Nice accommodations and very friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is that it's very easy to hear other guests, even when in your own room.

Very friendly staff, immaculate Housekeeping. A Lil bit of a walk to the city centre but quad bike rentals are a norm if you want to explore the island.

Excellent boutique hotel. Very spacious and modern rooms. Newly renovated, the hotel is very chic. Take note is on a hill, so walking up and down can be a miss. Costumer service is good but not excellent, in part due to language barriers. The lobby and pool areas have impressive views of the town, sea and sunset. I highly recommend it for couples rather than young adults.

Nice decor, big enough room. I like the amenities a lot. The view is good if your room is facing the sea side as the hotel is half way up the mountain, the down side is it is a bit of a walk walking back from town at night.

Amazing rooms. Nice breakfast, the best I had on our 4-week trip. A couple of the staff are very welcoming and nice. But, there is a guy who works at the bar with a beard and black hair that is rude, so avoid him if you go there. Also, the location is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and is all hill. Unfit people, beware. They allow nude people to stay around pool, not for kids whatsoever. The guy who is rude dislikes kids playing in the pool. Very rude person. Anyway, I recommend this hotel for couples and not for kids. Go to a different hotel.

Ultra-modern hotel with rooms which have amazing sea-views. Super-friendly staff and the hotel is located close to Mykonos Town (Chora). Don't think twice about booking this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with great service. Morning breakfasts are delicious, with great variety of Greek style traditional food and typical hotel breakfast food. The pool is amazing, with view overseeing downtown Mykonos. The facilities are clean, with thorough roomservice. Located not too close to be away from the noise, but close enough to walk to the parties.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Whatever you do, do not book this hotel! We booked our stay through Expedia for May 14-18, 2016 in the garden view room. We found mold everywhere! On the curtains, on the bed under the sheet, on the chairs. Literally anything with fabric had mold on it. We brought this up to the hotel which was willing to switch us to a different room but we were too grossed out to stay and already feeling sick. We kindly asked for our money back, at least for the days we were not there for. There was miscommunication with the manager, in which we thought we were getting a refund but no such luck! She threatened to call the police and we are glad she did! The cops forced her to give us half our money back, as Greek law states. However, we completely lost 50% of our money. This was not our fault. There was mold everywhere in the room and that's completely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager was completely rude the entire time, not even allowing for a simply conversations between the cops and us to happen. Again, do not stay here. Not worth the money, the time or effort.

Although a bit of a hike up the hill, this boutique hotel has charm and a great view. With breakfast and a transfer from the airport included, it's a great value and the staff are extremely helpful about getting around. The quickest and cheapest way to the Chora (town), is to take the "shortcuts". These walkways are a bit treacherous and unlit at night, so bring good shoes and a flashlight. Waiting for a taxi to get back takes a while, so be prepared for this contingency. If you have bad knees you'll want a closer hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here very much so! Great family owned establishment. Amazing view. Bed was more firm than we would have liked, but everywhere we stayed at in Europe has had a firm bed. Tip: rent a scooter to get up and down the hill to the town or beaches.
