Great place to stay with the best view in the town. Very good accomodation, clean big, and with everything inside you need.

It is quite a comfortable hotel with a pool. Pleasant and suave, polite staff. Thank you I all enjoyed it.

Arrived early, change of rooms only in 4 hours. But the room was given through 20minut. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Great acomodation, Great service! Beautiful beaches around! See you next year!

We went as a young couple for the first Time on holiday together and only have a small Budget for the summer holidays. Assuming that you have to make on a Budget of course compromise as regards the quality of the Hotels, have we let ourselves in to the Hotel Xenia. First of all: All of our initial Concerns have been resolved in a matter of minutes and it was a fantastic holiday! Upon our arrival, we were greeted very friendly by the Hotel and the Check-In took only a few minutes, which was fine with us after the long journey, really very welcome. We then went to our room and unfortunately had to realize that instead of a double bed only two single beds that were pushed promptly on request by the hotel staff, but, unfortunately, no end-to-end mattress replaced. A pity, but so that the list of criticism is the processed points. Our beds were individually, we noticed due to the breathtaking view on the second view, because our room had — as each room of the Hotel Xenia — sea views and just a few meters away from the sea. Just gorgeous! The road to the beach took due to the location of our room not a Minute, what is of course not to beat. The beach itself has convinced us is also perfect! Not too small, only a few people used (perhaps also to the Season of the year, after all, it was already September), very clean and the water was beautifully clear and refreshing.

UNTRUSTWORTHY! Lida Koutsoumi, (Λήδα Κου) Guest Relations Manager of Xenia Ouranoupolis is reviewing The hotel she is manager at with 5 stars. They are manipulating reviews to gain a higher score. This is the worst 4 stars hotel I have stayed at. The cleanliness was terrible like a cartoon where the character is lazy and hides everything under the carpet. Rum is in urgent need of renovation, old furniture, The same goes for the toalet. No shower supplies by the way. The air condition is from the 1990 and is positioned directly utside the balcony, like 1, 5 meters from the bed and the neighboring air conditioning is rughly 2, 5 meters from the bed. You can just imagine how much noise and vibration it is making on a hot night. The bed is a disaster, it must be from 1990 as well. It is solid hard and when turning side wile sleeping the hole madras Is moving side ways a few times. I got same rashes and itchiness from the dirtiness of the bed. My wife got an infection from the air condition she visited the doctor and had been prescribed antibiotics. The hotel was begging for good reviews several times. It was a horrible experience, if I had any other option I Would leave the hotel in a heartbeat!

Price-to-performance ratio is bad. You pay for 4* and gets a total of 3* Hotel. The location is super. The staff is very nice. The Bungalows are very come into the years and the air conditioning comes from the 80s. The food needs improvement and there is a need for more Greek dishes included. For vegetarians it is a disaster. The showers need to be renovated very urgently. I think it is overpriced.
