Review of Ouranoupolis Princess 2*

We went as a young couple for the first Time on holiday together and only have a small Budget for the summer holidays. Assuming that you have to make on a Budget of course compromise as regards the quality of the Hotels, have we let ourselves in to the Hotel Xenia. First of all: All of our initial Concerns have been resolved in a matter of minutes and it was a fantastic holiday! Upon our arrival, we were greeted very friendly by the Hotel and the Check-In took only a few minutes, which was fine with us after the long journey, really very welcome. We then went to our room and unfortunately had to realize that instead of a double bed only two single beds that were pushed promptly on request by the hotel staff, but, unfortunately, no end-to-end mattress replaced. A pity, but so that the list of criticism is the processed points. Our beds were individually, we noticed due to the breathtaking view on the second view, because our room had — as each room of the Hotel Xenia — sea views and just a few meters away from the sea. Just gorgeous! The road to the beach took due to the location of our room not a Minute, what is of course not to beat. The beach itself has convinced us is also perfect! Not too small, only a few people used (perhaps also to the Season of the year, after all, it was already September), very clean and the water was beautifully clear and refreshing. Exactly what we wanted and presented: natural-looking beach with sun Beds and umbrellas from the Hotel (a charge of 6, 00 € per day costs (2 plus sun screen) ), crystal-clear water invites you to Swim and not overcrowded tourist hell at the beach towel to beach towel. Perfect! In terms of food, no wish remained open and the food tasted always good to very good. How can you complain about this offer, I can not understand for the life of me. Added to this is that you can take the food on the beautiful terrace to enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the sunset! Romantic, it is hardly possible, and, at least, we were absolutely enchanted. As icing on the cake every day, then came the locals, scattered over cats, the appetizers have visited in the hope of falling also on the terrace. Hope we don't disappoint, of course, wanted to :-). One should mention here that these animals are Intrusive, or on the table to walk around. You're in a pretty good beside the table, and make only occasional Mewl. This may not be safe for everyone, but we have closed the small animal immediately to the heart. To the staff, we can report only Good things: All the hotel staff were very friendly, always smiled and were very courteous and helpful. All of the staff spoke good English and the ladies at the front Desk even spoke really good German, which I wouldn't have expected or assumed. Only a scene on the day of our departure, we found distracting and Unprofessional. Here, an employee of the hotel was guided, presumably, by the hotel Manager. The woman was so insulted according to their superiors, that we have asked ourselves seriously whether the must be, especially as guests in sight — and earshot. But this is not to tarnish the otherwise impeccable overall impression.
