Be careful when the owner of the hotel is russian! There were construction works starting after 07h even between 14-16h. One of the days there was no hot water in the room and we had to wait few hours to fix it. The food was the same during the whole holiday. We paid for one day trip to the shipwreck-blue caves and the girl from the agency just spoke mainly russian so if you are not russian speaker you are out of luck for details. You have to pay extra if you want to use Wi-Fi in your room.

The hotel is joke the quality of meal is the lowest possible the drinks forget about it better look for something else is not a 4 start hotel, 2 star maybe the room was clean, bathroom very old, cannot open window the air conditioner was like from the world war 2 if your room have see side view, be sure you get the room on the first floor the bar was a joke too, we tried the payed drinks and there was almost no difference to the all inclusive ones the ping pong table was destroyed, anyway the rackets were damaged and the (single existing) ball was missing most of the time the tennis equipment was also destroyed the staff is very friendly and willing to help be aware that pool opens at 10:00 and closed at 18:00, quite strange but rules are rules.

Towels had to ask twice, and on site there are three or four places where it's wafting sewage. One time I forgot to make a lunch box. The room fridge is empty. Water Park is open a few hours a day. Tea set in room no.

Slide did not work for 3 and half days out of 7. Cable car to the beach only worked for 1 and half day. Do not provide bottled water. Television did not work, even asked every day to fix it. Bathroom was dangerous, hardly could climb in, also slipped in the bath, as no hold on the wall. During our stay there was a heavy rain and our room was flooded. 4 * prices, no 4 * star service…

This Hotel is for people who love the water nice clean pools with a water slide and lifeguards. Entertainment for the children and Staff are very friendly especially the pool bar staff. Infrastructure of the hotel is very nice 4 stars. However the room was a big let down for 4 stars. Often no hot water very steep to get to the shower as in a bath but no plug so no bath. Beds very hard and not many English people here. Food is the same and often luke warm. Plenty of choice though and lots of different foods. However on the down side very isolated nothing around. There is a beach but cost 8 Euros for a sunbed set of 2 started including a soft drink in the price. Lift down to beach when working lots of steep steps down so hard with prams motablity issues. Steps every where in the hotel again motablity issues with getting to the rooms and restaurant. Lift but again broken no hurry to repair. Internet extra 3 Euros a day or 15 Euros for 7 days and had to pay visitors tax of 40 Euros on arrival which I don't agree with. British doesn't do that to our visitors. No entertainment for Adults so a week here is plenty just sun bathing and relaxing.

I've had the most amazing time! Came for a week with the family and as soon as I arrived from the taxi, a lovely man helped take my luggage and showed me to the room, the receptionists are so friendly, will help with anything. The hotel appearance itself is beautiful, has an ancient Greek look about it with it's pillars, trees, flowers and steps, it has two pools that were available to us at the time, one had two water slides, one for bigger children perfect for my 10 year old and a smaller one perfect for my two year old, they both loved them! Their are lifeguards on each and pool bars next to them. Next to the pool with the slides is a lift that takes you to a private beach, it is beautiful! Beautiful scenery, plenty of loungers, a lovely beach bar with music and lovely sand, not the pebbly beaches you find! The entertainment is held by a lovely lovely energetic, friendly, funny man called samir and a lovely friendly woman. They did animation programs every night, starting with children's games and disco first, then games, karaoke, caberet and disco for the adults, myself and my partner we're pulled up on stage to take part and we found it hilarious! They don't pressure you though, if you don't want to they will leave you alone, but samir is great, is very contagious! Lol.

The hotel was in a lovely location. The room was absolutely fine, the beach again, was lovely. The entertainment was fine as were most of the staff. One member of staff was exceptionally rude and would have loved to have slapped her! My only complaint was the food, it was to be fair, disgusting! I have never been anywhere abroad an expierenced food so awful! Most of it was inedible to me. Frankly, Tesco value meals are gourmet in comparison. During the day there were a few dried sandwiches on offer. There was no fresh fruit, except melon, the rest was all tinned fruit! We had to go out for dinner pretty much every night which was not cheap for a family of 5, avarage of 80-90 euros. The taverns and restaurants were fantastic. Some of the guests were pretty rude, and a few racist comments were directed at our 10 yr old son, the brittish guests were fine, it seems that common courtesy and manners is not an eastern european thing. It is such a shame as I would have recommended this place if not for these issues.

Nice place, food could be better.

Very poor and old hotel, 1 of 3 hotels in the same complex. all inclusive but safe cost 3$ a day, Wifi in the room cost 3$ a day. It has a smell of sewer in the air. It is far from most island attractions. But taxis do not come! And will sometimes charge you double or triple since they come especially for you. Food was ok and so is the staff Not recommended!

Not 4 stars by any imagination. Would have rated it 2 star if it wasn't for the staff.

Awful hotel, we don't understand what makes it 4 star. The positives — most of the bars staff, some of the animators and some of the restaurant staff are ok. Food is fine, one can always find something good to eat. Beach is sandy, great water sports. The negatives — on arrival we were taken to the Palazzo hotel. Now on day 5, towels and sheets are still not changed. Towels are so old, worn out and hard on skin. Room is cleaned only once for 5 days, and rubbish was taken once more. Air conditioning is only in one room, not in the other. Can't open window or door because of lizards crawling on walls and ceilings outside. Curtain on door is hanging off 4 hooks (constantly falling off and we re-hang) and is not even wide enough to cover the door to the balcony. Everything in the rooms and bathroom is very very old. Mirror in bathroom is broken and unsafe. Light in bathroom comes on and off all the time. Superb small old TV with rubbish signal. Total of 5 hangers in both wardrobes. Umbrellas, sun beds and drinks on beach are paid. No internet access in receptions /public areas. Some of the activities are advertised but are not properly organised. The air hockey and football tables in Zantino world only take your money and don't work, when asked in reception we were told these are privately owned and faults will be reported… it appears these were never fixed. In the restaurant there is always something missing, cutlery, cups, glasses.

Very old, dirty rooms, bad service!

Average but nice hotel. No bar at the beach that would be part of all-inclusive. Poor take away lunch packages.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are old, the Internet is a problem, the staff is very unstressed, the kitchen is very clean, and in principle everything works "back off. "
The only advantage is a good beach, especially for children, but it is a service to nature and not to the hotel. The beach was clean with dirty and equal sunbeds for four euros a day and a nasty service.

Very cool Hotel advise.
