Small, clean but old apartment. Properly cleaned by the host, the towels and the beds are clean, the mattresses seem to be new. The lamps and the furniture are very old but still functional. A bit disturbing that the drainage of the bathroom is old and it smells like sewage sometimes and the only window/door is facing to a common balcony shared with 3 other apartments, so you have no privacy when airing the place. The internet is sometimes working, sometimes not and other times it is very slow. The location is very good. The place is not overpriced, but don't expect too much for that price.
