Would highly recommend great location on beach basic rooms but are clean Michael and Angelo and all other staff are so helpful I'm here for another will be booking soon as for next year Michael was amazing with my 10 year old grandson.

Amazing friendly helpful staff in this little stunning resort… very close to Kavos… lovely pool & little private beach… Michael & Lilian go out there way to make your stay a lovely experience… would go back in a heartbeat.

Well… What can I say about Seaside Resort? First time my husband and I have been to Greece and we will be back. Michael & Evvie are the Awesome Twosome as were all the staff. The guests who were there at the same time as us too were just brilliant company! All in all we will remember this holiday for a very long time! Perfect for the private beach and the stunning swimming pool. Far enough away from Kavos so no noise, but a wee stroll either by the road or along the beach front takes you to many pubs, clubs and restaurants. See you next year.

A family-friendly accommodation with access to a clear sea and pool. Rooms are very basic, but you can relax and disconnect from the routine. It is close to Kavos town, but if you are not a crazy-party type then you can pay a short visit. Many other nice beaches are a short distance drive from there. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Most perfect place to stay in Kavos and possibly in the whole of Corfu. Right on the sea front with a lovely clean pool & poolside bar. The owners are wonderful & the staff are very friendly & make your stay an even better one. I came for 1 week & ended up staying for 3! A 5 to 10 min walk into the clubs pubs & restaurants on the strip makes seaside resorts a perfectly situated place to be. Great for single travellers, couples & families. Could not recommend this place enough. Fantastic holiday & I shall be returning next year.

Clean, nice place to relax, staff are very nice and accommodating, I recommend this place if people don’t want to go party all the time and relax instead.
its not even far from kavos also if you want to go for party
although they do good cocktails and foods in the bar so why go kavos if you have all you need in one place.

For the money not bad studio very basic ni light in bathroom Kavos ok at first then you realise filthy. Staff at seaside very nice but woukdnt go again.

Very nice place to stay in Kavos! Green bus stop is right near this place, so no problem to get to Corfu town at all. So nice atmosphere there, so beautiful! Stuff is extremely friendly! Pool and it's area is perfect! Private beach is also good! Wi-Fi is not available in rooms but it is very good near the beach, so no problem) We would definitely recommend this place in Kavos, it is calm and peaceful, other hotels are very noisy due to the parties ;) this one is not, it is actually great!

Evi is very good in manage seaside and is a help for everyone to have a nice holiday in every situation. Clean, courtesy, cheap and friendly staff. Recommended for relax. Have small beach and small pool and also a potentiable restaurant service. Thanks Evi.

Very warm welcome, very Spartan apartment but the place and the beautiful seen make forget the rest… The staff is attentive and very friendly. We will return with great pleasure.

Old, dirty place. Nice pool, but accesible only between 9am and 7pm. 20 square meters of artificial beach.

Very easy access to the place. Short walk to Kavos but also in a very peaceful area so you can enjoy a good sleep. Staff was very helpful. Overall experience was very very good for a budget friendly hotel.

The place is nice because surrounded by beautiful nature. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Lacking, however, a constant internet connection and missing across the island of safe and reliable connections.

Rooms with poor cleanliness, old furniture, spring mattress, bathroom absolutely not comfortable: WC with not working flush, shower with old and dirty curtain, shower water is cold and escapes from the bathroom to the room since the bathroom door is not Closes. It also comes only a roll of toilet paper that should suffice for the whole week! (Luckily there is a super market nearby! ).
Housekeeping is done, badly, every 2 days and the wipes are not replaced. The room is very hot, absent the air conditioning, there is only an old fan. The pool is empty and therefore not usable. Complex consisting of several rooms with bathroom and a subspecies of unusable kitchen. The rooms are not insulated and feel all the movements (very noisy) of the other guests. It is impossible to spread costumes, wipes, etc. Since there is nothing on which to lay the stuff except the rusty balcony railing. The adjacent beach is about 20 meters, access to the sea is possible only via jetty invaded by algae. Finally the parking is for 5 cars at most and if you return after dinner you have to park in the street. I recommend!
