Anemi Guesthouse

We spent a whole week (Sun-Sun) and felt very sad when it was time to leave.
Lila & Pavlos are an amazing couple, that welcomed us in the middle of the night with open arms with a big smile. Each day we consulted them regarding sites to see. This is how we found out of hidden great places.
It was dark when we arived and in the morning we found our self in the middle of some amazing mountains that you can see from the yard in front of the house.
We slept in 5 of their 7 homey rooms in their 'local like' cottage sited in Zagori area. The rooms were homey, clean, and very comfortable to our wide family (10 adults + 3 toddlers).
We couldn't have enough from the rich breakfast that appeared every morning with all sort of local dishes and deserts.

Beautiful place, run by beautiful people! Great atmosphere, rooms are all different to each other and very cozy and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed! Breakfast is home made with great local products. Will definitely be coming back! An amazing experience!

The definition of “a home away from home” at its best! A very friendly environment made with so much love and respect to the history and traditions of this beautiful area. Simplicity, warmth and a lovely location overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains. Lila and Pavlos will prepare a super breakfast anytime you wake up and they will discretely be around for anything you need. Kato Pedina is a strategic spot for exploring the whole area of Zagori :-)

Its elevated location with lovely views over the valley, the laid back and very friendly atmosphere, the excellent home made — from local products — breakfast, the building itself with its traditional features, the terrace with the very long table for all guests to enjoy, the open style kitchen that anyone can use, the decoration but most of all the very friendly and attentive owners Lila and Pavlos make this country inn, a place to visit again and again!

Anemi is the real cottage experience that uniquely combines traditional values of the area behind the mountain. Owners, Pavlos and Lila are unpretentious helpful and warm hosts and you can enjoy great conversations by the lobby. Their cooking is unparallel with lots of — I believe mostly local — recipes. Breakfast is great with lots of locally produced ingredients. The famous Aleyropita of Zagori is an absolute must and Lila has totally mastered the art of making it so that you always ask for more. Rooms are spacious, cosy and sunny, clean and tidy, with free fast Wi-Fi, and a great combination of vivid wall colors with traditional bedroom setup. The location Kato Pedina is great for exploring great locations on an average distance of 10-15min drive and there are really looooots of great options so that our 3 day stay could not feed our appetite.
