We enjoyed our holidays in the hotel and restaurant, we liked the food and enjoyed the atmosphere. The owners Dimitri and Eva are very nice and helpful people, Staff are very lovely. We recommend this hotel and restaurant!

Had the most amazing time here — hotel is immaculate, never known anywhere so clean, the staff are just amazing, food is gorgeous. Eva and Dimitri are fantastic — Greek night is an absolute must see! We made some lovely friends and had some amazing nights with them — the views at the restaurant are fantastic, thank you for a beautiful holiday ❤️

Lovely hotel in the sun. Owners are so nice, very helpful and polite, they really are hard working people. Food by half board is lovely, especially in Thalassi Tawern by de sea. Romantic atmosphere.

If the menu choice wasn’t something you fancied they would always ask what you wanted. The daily freshly made home soup was out of this world, all local or home grown ingredients used. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic place, thoroughly recommend it. A real family feel to the hotel and restaurant, Dimitri and Ava are wonderful people as are their family and staff who work here. The food, OMG the food is incredible, sitting in their beachside restaurant as the sun sets is totally amazing.

Fabulous family run hotel. Dimitri, Eva, Anthony and the staff were just wonderful. Looked after us so well and seemed more like a 5*. Fabulous food choices with authentic Greek dishes from the amazing chefs. Can't praise the staff highly enough from Dimitri, Eva and son Anthony to the bar and waiting staff Mike, Stamatis, Maria and the 2 lovely ladies who served breakfast! Can't wait to return nxt year to celebrate my birthday in June! Miss them all so much already!

Lots to see and do a stone's throw away. Orientated around families and mature guests. Night clubbers should perhaps look elsewhere. Thanks for everything.

Arrived at hotel after dining room had closed and there was a cold meal for us. Very friendly and clean hotel. Only downfall being it is not close to any little shops, that is if you like wondering around them. Also the restaurant is not attached to the hotel, they do lay on a mini bus to take you there or you can walk the 250 metres, having said that the restaurant overlooks the sea, which is a lovely setting.

Fantastic stay at Thalassi hotel in August, the staff are so friendly & can’t do enough for you, they make you feel so welcome. The food was amazing, the best Greek food we’ve ever eaten. I would definitely recommend coming here & am looking to book again to come back in 2020.

Lovely, friendly service for a warm and welcoming hotel. A great sea view from the restaurant which is worth the 5 minute walk. Honestly great value for money and super child friendly.
We were made to feel welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. The staff are amazing and nothing is to big of an ask to them. My children where catered for food wise and so where we! My husband for sure enjoyed the food he was given to try. Highly recommended for its small and friendly family atmosphere. If you want small, quiet, friendly then this is the place for you. 30 min bus ride to the town and they are every half an hr which was great for us and we went out and enjoyed an evening out and got the last bus back Beach at the hotel is small but beautiful and you can get your drinks from the restaurant to take down. I can’t recommend this enough and for a great price. Thank you to you all x x.

Not really all inclusive meals at certain times and no snacks or ice cream round the pool! Only certain drinks all inclusive no vodka, no gin, no Bacardi and you can only have one drink at a time no other drink till you have drank the one the have! All inclusive finishes at 10pm
then you have to pay which was very expensive! If you want a holiday out in the sticks like a hilly billy then that’s the holiday for you cause there’s nothing for miles not a bar or anything… apart from that food was bland and was mithered all the time! If this is the holiday for you enjoy… :

Has a good grasp on hospitality. The beach bar is fantastic with great food and a view of the Mediterranean Sea from your feet to infinity.

Just got back from a week at this lovely hotel, it was spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms were cleaned 6 days out of 7 and towels changed regularly. The pool area was adequate for the amount of people staying and a great place to relax.
Breakfast was buffet style with a choice of cooked, continental, cereals, Greek yoghurt, cakes etc and served at the hotel.
Eva managed the hotel and was very helpful.
Evening meal was at the restaurant a short walk away on the beach. There was a set menu with three courses. Starters was always a salad and something Greek. There were three choices for the main meal, a meat dish, fish dish or pasta.
Dessert was ice cream or gateau. Dimitri was very attentive throughout the meal, when our plates were empty we were often offered more. If we chose one dish and Dimitri thought we might like another that would be brought out as well for us to try. We left every night very satisfied and full, tasting lots of authentic Greek dishes that we wouldn’t normally have had the opportunity to try.
The local beaches are nice and bus stops are very handy.

Been back to Stockholm 3 days. I miss this place more then ever. Dimitri your the most awesome human along with your wonderful staff. They treat you like family and make sure your happy. I will 100000% go back. The chef is beyond this world. The music is so sweet to the heart. The laughs (Mike) special guy! Over all this place is beyond any service and love you will ever get from vacation. … They will help and solve any emergency or problem you come across. Dimitri has been in the business over 30 years. But what makes him the MAN. Is his super kind heart and respect he shows.

I never advise anyone! (Except for those who like TO PAY for air conditioning, listen to the host about what a terrible country Russia is and stay offline almost 90% of the time in the hotel).

Very good family hotel, food above average for this three star.

Me and my girlfriend went for 9 nights, there was no entertainment at hotel. But does say there would be entertainment every night, The breakfast was sat there from 6 in the morning the staff was rude the reviews we seen on trip advisor are nothing like we expected. Room service was very slack room didn’t get cleaned for 5 days I had to report it to Jet2holidays to have my room cleaned very disappointed in staff we feel like we payed far too much money for very little. Never had any thing like this before! My all inclusive didn’t meet standards stopping for ten at night most places are till 12 and we paid a lot off money there too.
Having to pay for air con when we was all inclusive just didn’t seem right.
That should have been included. Have very limited choice off drinks for the all inclusive.
Gives you 3 options for tea and half board get menu. All inclusive should also be able to have the menu. Hotel just didn’t seem clean personally should have room cleaned every day. Three maids to 1 room the rooms are small enough to have 1 maid in a room. Didn’t get clean towels every day like mentioned.
Paying €45 for Aircon €18 for the safe wasnt fair to pay all this money very expensive, and €7 for one bag of laundry as wasn’t going to pay for loads of them as you had to do them in specific colours. Personally going all inclusive this should have been included. Never experienced anything like this on other holidays as with all inclusive it has been included!

For a 3 star hotel, great value. Be prepared that there is no shampoo in the room, otherwise everything is fine: a cozy family hotel, clean, continental breakfast, gorgeous dinners against the background of sunset at sea, a company of guests from different countries, my children became friends with children from England.

Absolutely fabulous everything was so good. Clean everywhere. We were well looked after, food excellent. Dimitri and Eva who were so friendly and staff helpful and friendly.

We stayed in Thalassi hotel on September 4-12, 2017 and enjoyed it very much! The place is quiet and cosy, the food is perfect — always fresh and tasty, the owners and the entire team are always ready to help, friendly and amiable. They made our stay unforgettable! We really had marvelous time there and look forward to visiting Crete, its lovely sea and nature and hospitable people again! Great family run hotel and taverna. The hosts, Eva and Dimitri are fantastic — they really care about their guests having a good holiday. It's a small place; 50 or so rooms so it's cosy and the staff get to know you. Lots of really nice personal touches — for example we arrived late and found sandwiches and water in our fridge. Food is not your regular all inclusive buffet; its all freshly made to order; choice of a dozen options for lunch, and three or four for dinner served in the taverna which is 300 m away on the private beach. Dimitri is a big character — he's always checking people are being looked after well. The place its advertised as 3 stars, its better than many, many 4 stars. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel with friendly personnel. The beach bar restaurant is superb near the sea.

Our hosts Eva and Dimitri have made our stay here one of the best the hotel is small, clean and tidy the staff are all polite, Eva booked all our excursions over the phone saved us time and money by using local firms. Dimitri runs a tight ship at the taverna where the food is excellent and we were made to feel special, so if you ever fancy a quiet relaxing holiday away from the over commercialised areas of Crete consider here.

Hotel Clean but no Wi-Fi in the rooms and for the restaurant no proposal of 3 dishes and not even local and you have to get out of the hotel 15 minutes walk so not practical especially as one comes from another hotel on Agios and that there was buffet has will
