  Security Deposit: is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.

  Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

  According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Environment Tax which is paid directly to the villa.

  Environmental Tax:

  From November to February (low season): 0.5(up until 80 m2) - 4 euros (from 80 m2 and more) per villa per night.

  From March to October (high season): 1.5(up until 80 m2) - 10 euros (from 80 m2 and more) per villa per night.
