We had a great stay at this hotel in August 2021 Spacious, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, superb beach 🏖 excellent and varied buffets, hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel and well designed Covid measures, we recommend this property with confidence.

We were there for two weeks in May 2018. Great, clean facility. All employees were more than accommodating. We are already planning the next holiday there.

This is our second visit to the wonderful Bella beach. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming staff. We were shown to our room and found we’d been given fantastic plates of food and a lovely bottle of wine along with a lovely letter welcoming us back. All the hotel staff are amazing and extremely friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay a pleasurable experience. The range of foods is excellent and covers a huge variety of tastes. The rooms are very comfortable and kept clean daily by the house keeping staff. The pool is always lovely and always clean. We loved the beach as it had a very cooling breeze which was much needed in the 32degree sun. The lifeguard there was really attentive and made sure everyone was safe. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are after a great place to relax and unwind.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I particularly thought bringing milkshakes and smoothies down to the beach was an extra consideration for the guest experience.

We only arrived late last night and the staff have been amazing and so friendly.

This hotel is outstanding, arrives at 2am to sandwiches drinks and the best staff ever. What a hotel.

A welcoming and well-groomed place. The reception staff were friendly and helpful to answer the various questions and needs.
The beach is well cared for and always clean.
It's a pity that the sports facilities are located a little outside the facility and are a bit abandoned. In a week's stay they were never used.
Food, good but a bit repetitive.

The property did us a great wrong we paid 100th the peeling of the exhibition of the door insisting that it was the children who broke it thing not true but the room had been assigned to us so. So I don't comment otherwise I can only say negative things.

We had an amazing 10 days at Bella Beach hotel was fantastic, food was amazing something for everyone, staff couldnt do enough for you, plenty of sunbeds at pool & the beach and they also have a great Animation Team who always got everyone involved in there games. Great night out in Hersonnisis 9 euros in Taxi from hotel. Will defo be back @ Bella Beach.

Nice location for the hotel, but paper thin walls so resting is not an option. You cam hear every thing from above and trough the side walls. The food is good but no diversity. The hotel looks like a 3 star hotel and because it's a noisy place I will give only 2 stars rating.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Immaculate in communal areas & rooms. Spacious rooms with super king beds. Best all inclusive of stayed at.

We were guests at this hotel from May 24 to June 4, 2018. We (73 and 82 years) liked everything very much. Including everything from the drinks in the room to WLan and Safe was really. We particularly liked the themed dinners. It was just all right. We found the special service to be particularly pleasant by the always friendly staff. We were repeatedly approached according to our condition and wishes.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Good place to go to with kids. Beach is right at the back of the hotel.

Very good fit for families — large suites accomodating 4, easy access for prams everywhere + many animations for adults (water polo, morning excersises on the garden, water aerobic) + big pool, evening disco also with animators dancing, lots of beach beds — and all inclusive option (drinka, good, snacks). I was on business trip and for me a bit too loud + slow Internet connection.

Old hotel, needs very good renovation. If they consider and sell it like a 3 or 4 stars hotel, the reviews would be much better. The area is nice, the beach is wide and sandy, the staff is also ok. The food is acceptable but could be much better. The location is very good for exploring the island. The hotel manager and the tour operators offer tours much more expensive than in the offices outside. We booked some tours online from Analipsi Tours and saved a lot. Car rentals outside the hotel are also much cheaper.

Nice hotel The staff is at the top very attentive and efficient. The beddings are may be to review back pain when waking up. The buffet should be a little more varied but otherwise it's fine.

Splendid and magical place, the sea is so big and beautiful. A lot of wind in the month of May, the hotel is pretty clean and good quality, too bad for the drinks a little too chemical to my liking and no fresh orange juice for breakfast, juice a chemical orange juice with an addition of water and ice cubes for it to pass. Good entertainment for kids, but only from 9pm, it would have been great to have another animation for kids late afternoon too. The staff are very attentive and always smiling. The hotel seems to run out of staff probably normal in the month of May.

We had a pleasant stay at the Bella Beach from October 28th to November 4th 2017 a few days before it closed… Despite this, the staff was very nice, polite and always available, speaking a little French for some and very good English. Very decent food with a varied and good quality buffet! View from our room on the beach and the outdoor pool so great! The hotel is well located, close to the famous sights. Special Mention for the team: Georges, Popi, Tonia and Marina! to the top!

For a 5 star hotel not what you would expect.
Eat whether early or dinner always the same, no real change.
Rooms are cleaned every day only superficially and linens are not changed in 2 weeks.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We are or I from October 2017. Not dannimation. The fish speciality restaurant to avoid is not good. The rest is not bad. People agénérale. The time between rain the clouds and the sun.

A week at Bella Beach and my opinion about this 5 star hotel. The good points: the location of the hotel is good half an hour from the airport one is close to many places to visit (Lassithi, Matala, Spinalongua, …) The waterfront is nice. The big plus of the hotel its staff is welcoming special mention Kamel for its indications and its welcome, to the bartenders the Georges team, catering staff… The negatives: The household is poorly managed, the food correct but every day identical, The Old school gym, no light after 7:00. In summary a good stay but not 5 stars.

Hotel in Nice location, staff nice & friendly. Kitchen top, rooms are clean & cleaned daily. Air conditioning easy & self controllable. Nice holiday.

Loved our stay here. It was a short break, wished we had planned a longer holiday. The hotel was clean, spacious with a beautiful beach front compare to other hotels in the area. All the staff was so welcoming and the hospitality outstanding. Loved the fresh buffet food, including the seafood & greek a la carte menu. My mum could only have gluten free food and staff in dinning rooms made sure they catered for her needs. I have travelled the world and stayed at 5* hotels, and would say this was best hospitality experience I have had.

Much food but poor level at the buffet, I would have preferred less things but more cared for.

It's a beautiful hotel immaculately cared for from top to bottom with a beautiful beach front. Walking along the beach road, we found Bella's beach to be the nicest. The pool is beautiful as well and has a bridge crossing over it. Looking at other hotels in the area, we found Bella to be the right size — not too small or too big; and we liked the openness of the space — we never felt confined and even though the hotel was filled to capacity, it didn't feel crowded. The food in the Main Dining Room was delicious and plentiful and artistically displayed, replenished often and of great variety but be sure to also enjoy the Olive Tree where they specialize in seafood and Orion with it's Greek menu; the best Moussaka we've ever tasted among other things. Whichever dining room you are in, the food is great and don't skip the soup. We found the service to be outstanding. Everyone we encountered from our arrival to our departure was lovely to cross paths with, smiling and helpful at every step of the way — the Front Desk, Guest Relations, the Zen Spa, the dining rooms, the Pool and Beach Bars, wherever we were. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back.

Nice hotel with great atmosphere and staff. The service was excellent, the food was nice and we had a great time. We had a little problem with the air conditioner but it was solved.

Amazing staff and service excellent, I can't recommend enough. You even have a pillow menu! I have been on crutches and staff very attentive to my needs especially lady overseeing the bar and waitress in the restaurant x.

This hotel turned out to be much nicer than the photos online showed. We upgraded our room and it was well worth it. Staff were all great, really friendly and naturally helpful. Also the hotel's private beach was clearly the best along this part of the coast. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we stayed on premises the whole week! Tip: for somewhere quiet to read, try the library above the Bar, most people never find it!

Staff is very friendly and obliging. It's also already.
Five star standard and all inclusive paid. To the hotel: the hotel is very old and the five stars are really not justified. In Germany, it would get just 1 star. Food is bad so a large buffet, but all convinience drinks is more a hostel not 5 star worthy but definitely standard. It has been renovated much provisionally at all corners. Our bathroom is in such bad condition that after showering I the bathroom first had to dry for 30 minutes. A thorough renovation is really, where a new building would be more appropriate.
My TUI Travel Agency had me reviews heights this hotel due to the busy. I am really disappointed. I had left me then but on the good reviews. When I saw the pictures, I had been a very bad feeling. I trusted my eyes and my feeling.
I'm definitely not again here.
