I've been there for 7 nights and I RECOMMEND it: •Great location, at the central bus station of Hersonissos (nr. 21-National Bank). •Good staff: very polite, friendly, and helpful, both reception and kitchen.
From the reception, especially Kallia, she made us some very good recomandations for excursions throughout the island. •Cleanliness: they clean the rooms every day •Food: good and varied, swedish buffet,
°each guest receives disposable gloves and has to wear mask, every time he serves from the buffet. On excursion days:
— you receive breakfast box to take with you on your trip (just inform them prior, the day/evening before)
and also dinner, cold plate, when you arrive back from your excursion. (if you know it is past dinner hours). ● WI-FI signal: good in the main areas but NOT SO GOOD in the room, only in certain areas.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and highly recommend it.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms.
Ideal location, it is located near the center and near the sea.
Abundant, good and rich buffets.

We stayed at the end of August 2019. The rooms are spacious with balcony and clean. Excellent international breakfast and good food at the buffet. Staff polite and friendly all!

Great Hotel. Extremely warm and friendly staff, especially Yiannis on the front desk — always smiling and on hand to help with directions or recommendations. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior room by the management as the season was just opening which was a really thoughtful gesture by the hotel team — thanks for this guys! We were on bed and breakfast only and can whole heartedly recommend the breakfast. Everthing your stomach can desire is on offer… ha. Ha… Thanks for a wonderful stay and warm hospitality — We would highly recommend to everyone.

A cozy and quiet hotel, close to the beach. Staff are very kind and helpful. The food is very good. There is also an indoor pool. I strongly recommend it.

Nice rooms, Breakfast and dinner was very well organised and great food.

Not a bad hotel from which you should not expect too much. Furniture, repairs and especially plumbing. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bath. There's nondescript tiles on the floor of the room. Very mediocre housekeeping. The key to the number is attached to the map that needs to be inserted, in order to turn on the light! In addition, you get absolutely ill-mannered neighbors in the face of European youth, who in the compartment with the missing sound insulation very much spoil the rest. But with all this, the hotel staff I say thank you very much! Chef Janis deserves a separate review, as the food in this hotel exceeds the wildest expectations, and additional themed days add extra flavor to the already not boring dishes. Janis the administrator is always friendly and will prompt and help in any situation. Polite Vasilis will bring you a glass of wine for dinner and wish you a good evening. The whole team is trying and it shows that changes the rating of the hotel for the better. There is a very decent pool, but its running time leaves much to be desired. There is a shower, loungers, luggage room, billiards, bar, brunch, early breakfast and lunchboxes.

Great little modest hotel in the heart of Hersonissos. The hotel sits down a side street so you get very little noise. But a small walk of a few minutes gets you to all the shops and the beach. Good friendly staff and nice food, also has a pool and 24hr bar.

Me and my fiancee stayed here for 10 days. Staff is extremely professional, friendly, kind, always smiling, helpful in every way. Room was standard, 2 beds, cleaned every day, balcony also. It's not long walking distance from hotel to beach, restorants or bars. It's quiet place. Food is different every day, breakfast and dinner also, there is a lots of salads, meat etc … Would reccomend and would come next year ;)

Good hotel for its price and category. Very friendly receptionists at the front desk. Modest but clean rooms. Breakfasts are delicious, just enough. The location is good, one minute to the stop. In general, relative to the island, the village of Khersonisos is located successfully, almost in the center, if you want to go around everything, it will be convenient. In the direction of Balos in time to go further than in the direction of Palma.

Small City Hotel, to the central Street 2 minutes walk. Friendly staff at the reception, one of the Meneers-Janis, Free speaks Russian. The Main building of the hotel is renovated. Very spacious room, there is a third bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Fridge, safe and air conditioning are paid. There is a small loggia with a table and three chairs, on a loggia there is a retractable hanger for drying of linen. The room was Clean and complaints. Meals-breakfasts and dinners. The Range is varied. Part of the tables is located by the pool, so the swimming pool can only be used from 10 to 18 hours. The Hotel is suitable for couples and youth who can spend a lot of fun in the evening in the numerous bars and restaurants located in the immediate vicinity. The Children's staff are treated with attention, but the hotel is more for adults. The Beaches and the promenade are close, but the beaches are mostly pebble and small. A Decent sandy beach Star Beach, located a 20 minute walk on the vowel street to the right of the hotel. Umbrellas and sunbeds are paid. On Star Beach There are also swimming pools, a small water park, shops, bars, restaurants. There are locker rooms and showers and toilets. We recommend this hotel when choosing tours in Hersonissos.

Great hotel. The rooms are simple. But great staff. Excellent cuisine, huge respect chef.

Stayed for a week visit, the staff were honestly amazing and couldn't of been more helpful and kind. We had a standard room and it was much better than expected, rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels provided and any queries you had, you just asked. Would recommend and would go again.

Location Towels are changed every 2 days, bed linen-every 4 days. You want more often-for an additional fee. The City Beach is 5 mins away but not the best location. Plus, There's a whole infrastructure around.

Wonderful hotel, stayed in it for two years in a row (2016, 2017) and going for the third time: 1) convenient location, 2) great food, 3) friendly, helpful staff (special thanks to Janis and Katerina) ; As for the narrow soul, I am accustomed to it, as well as to the noise from passing mopeds.

Clean comfortable budget hotel that treats all guests like friends.

The location is perfect. 2 minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. Had no issues with room at all. It was clean and comfortable and that's all the matters. The staff are extremely friendly. Michael who works on reception during the night is fantastic and will go out of his way to help you with any issue, big or small.

The Wi-Fi was very noisy.
(1) Many young people from Germany and Israel, after clubs are on the floors of the hotel, speak out loud and scream. In nine nights, five times up screaming and knocking, walking out twice, and threatening a broken English.
(2) from the point above, very soundproofed the doors in the rooms. Everything in the hallway is completely audible. The walls are great, by the way.
(3) Not comfortable in the room, not measured, but possibly less than 1 m. Cube.
Pros (out of the brightest) :
(1) Food (breakfast, dinner) — Just great! Very large variety and very tasty (only desserts:) I didn't travel so much, but it's the best I've ever been. Thank you very much, chief.
(2) Staff at heights, beautiful as people and workers. We had problems, and we all decided quickly in our favor. Thank you Jānis separately.
(3) Good support for the full departure of the country, the guest shower, the toilets, the luggage room.
(4) Good location, 80-100 meters from the main road, just can't hear the route and go far.
(5) Free Wi-Fi, which has a very good coverage in 2 buildings and even outside the hotel.

Great hotel, great staff, great holiday… Just one adjective to define our stay at Central Hersonissos! I've just come home and I'm missing all of them: because they were a new lovable family for us! Katerina is the best receptionist in the world, as long as all the staff: always kind, smiling, careful to everyone of us and ready to satisfy every request! 5 stars to the rooms, to breakfast, dinners and to the perfect position of the hotel! You can't go to Hersonissos without choosing it!

Had a rest in the summer of 2015. All staged! Cleanly and efficiently!

Free changed room superior (standard room is similar to Soviet pension) Good breakfast and dinner, a dinner several kinds of meat. One waiter spoke Russian. The staff is friendly. In total there are only one or two other stony beach sand (beware of sea urchins in the evening, there's a lot of them)

Very well! Except the cats around the pool but otherwise hotel very friendly.

Conveniently located. Stop next. Not far from the sea. Very clean sea. The food in the hotel is wonderful and gorgeous, all very tasty. Fabulous chef. The staff is responsive. Quickly responds to requests or comments. Advise.

Comfortable small hotel. Quiet, calm, and in the centre of the city.

I'm at the hotel now, 2nd time here. Little has changed, the rooms have basic amenities, but what more does one need when out and about every day. The same staff are still here, excellent and friendly as always. The barman Vassili is always friendly and a good laugh in the evenings. Couldn't want for more. I'm here for another 2 weeks and already have pre booked my next holiday here in September. Love the place.

Not a bad place to spend a relaxing holiday.
