First impression, very good. Second impression the service is 5 Star and Cleopatra and George are fantastic hosts.

Cleopatra apartments is a very good place to stay if you are in Hersonissos. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the shop is only 7 minutes. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. Allways take Georgios advice on places to eat. Just remember Georgios is NOT Cleopatras husband.

Excellent. Located strategically near the highway exit but at the same time in 5 minutes by walk you are in the heart of the movida. The host is very nice.

We were very badly surprised about this apartment hotel. In one bedroom apartments that we have ordered there were very old, poor WC, shower and kitchenette that absolutely need renovation. Instead of requested sea view we got the view to close inner courtyard, small pool and even scrap-heap nearby the pool. As well instead of requested double bed we have got two separate beds. In the night it was noisy and a terrible sewage smell. We have complained several times to the hotel owner Cleopatra but she just continuously repeated that it is not her fault and she cannot change anything. We have left this place after 2 nights and do not recommend to anyone to have this horrible holiday experience. Totally not worth paid money.

Excellent service, clean rooms, perfect location. The beach is only 5' minutes walk and all pubs, restaurants, amenities and shops are only 2' minutes walk. Cleo and George were so nice, that made us feel like we were home and I look forward to go back and say hi. Thank you Cleo for being the best host! xx P & J.

Cool nice place. Cleopatra, the owner, is beautiful Greek woman with great friendly attitude to all guests. I ve got huge room in nice tortoise color with two rooms — everything just for me alone) Appartments are near everything — I took car and traveled around and then parked for free right near the hotel. Very recommended if you are not that person who lives in hotel all days long and love communicating with people.

Really good place to stay. Amazing location but it's more about what Cleopatra does to make you feel welcome. Every day she asks you what you need and for any suggestions she might offer to make your stay better. Greek hospitality at its best.

Good hotel for the price.

The staff is very friendly and while it may not be the most luxurious hotel, the rooms are decent, some of them look better than others and the rooms at the top of the buildings have a large terrace. The interior courtyard the is equipped withe a medium size pool and a bar.

The apartament looked nice and clean and it was recently renovated. The owner is really friendly and helpful so I can say that if you want a quiet, nice and not that expensive apartment it is a good choice.

Very nice apartments, have everything needed, and hosts are amazing as well as cleaning lady. Spent very pleasant Crete holidays here.
