Worst place ever. We went to the beach and one of the beach chair was broken. I tried to switch it to a different one but my beach towel got stucked in an iron and I had to call someone that was working there to help me. He was trying to pull the towel with the result that my towel ripped and had a big hole into it. Later two people arrived asking to pay the fee for the beach chair and I told them the issue with the beach chair and the damage that was made to the towel. One of them with bear and eyeglasses was very rude and accused me of ripping the towel by myself. I asked to speak with a manager and he replied that is on holiday and will be back in September. 0 customer service skills, and 0 experience to handle issues. Shame on you!

I travel all over for business and have been to Greece a few times. This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and loved it and the staff more than I can express with simple words. It is a great hotel, clean and well located. The staff is the best, most friendly staff I ever encountered and made us feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel and I will return.

Great hotel, very nice view of the sunset. Hotel was clean, modern and very close to public transportation. Staff was helpful. Only one minor complaint is they did not have irons in the rooms. They had an ironing service for charge and had to be arranged ahead of time.

They don't tell you you have to leave a key in the wall for the air conditioning to work. We spent the first 4 days dying in the heat. They don't thoroughly clean the rooms. We had ants in the room every day. We had to call every day bc the shower would not drain at all. The positives are everyone was nice and responsive, room service is good and not expensive, and there's a variety for breakfast, although I didn't care for the breakfast served. It's right by the beach, and had its own beach front seating, although the beach isn't nice at all. The rooms are tiny, about half the size you'd see in a standard American room. It's easy/quick to get transportation to and from hotel. There are only 2 food options within walking distance, one of which is awful. There is a supermarket next door.

Rooms are tiny but the location is pretty cool actually. Great breakfast and pool terrace is awesome. The restaurant in the beach is also worth a visit.

The hotel is located next to the beach, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is very good and the staff is friendly. They have 4 parking slots next to the hotel or across the street there is a big free parking. There is also a restaurant just on the beach directly good food and mood where you can enjoy before going to bed.

Front desk is not helpful, or welcoming. Very shady area. I got robbed within hours of checking in. My phone, two credit cards, cash, and wallet were taken from me. The room is cheaply and poorly redone. Nothing to brag about. The rooms are small. Bathroom is so small There’s no room to move around. I Bruised my arm on the metal door knob just trying to move around. There is no privacy in the restroom. You can see through from the room to the bathroom. Anyone in the room can see everything you are doing in the bathroom. Air conditioner does not work in either of my rooms. A bartender came to look at it twice since there was no maintenance but he couldn’t fix it. The Hallway and lobby have no ac making it very very hot. As soon as I checked in two things broke in the bathroom. Ants are crawling all over. I am checking out first thing In the morning. Staff does not seem to care just seemed to get more rude when I told them that I was leaving. I have never stayed in a hotel where they don’t care to make things right. Nightmare of a hotel. Very bad area.

I loved this hotel. Very friendly front desk team who are helpful. The rooms were large and well air conditioned. There is free Wi-Fi and a great supermarket next door. The top floor has a roof top pool and bar which makes for a great hang out in the summer. Across from the hotel there is the beach which you can visit.

If you have booked a night, the rooms are already a bit older a renovation would do the hotel very good. Greek standard is probably quite good. We wanted to order a little something from a delivery service to the room, but when he arrived at the hotel it was said from the reception that it was forbidden to order food in the hotel. Reason ' the hotel would have a ' room service '

Best breakfast in Athens, with a chef on site ready to serve any special dish you like. Variety of Greek specialties from local pies to homemade desserts! Opportunity to make your own greek/arabic/ turkish coffee. However, the room was not renovated, although it was spacious with a mini bar. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfy. The air conditioning was not working properly since it was only producing heat. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Moreover the bathroom was easily flooded. You can't enjoy the really nice balcony or leave the door open because of the noise from the main street. Finding parking near the hotel proved to be challenging. I would only recommend it for a short stay (2 days max).

Nice hotel in general, staff very nice and pleasant, food is good! My only minus is that the bedrooms have no real sound proofing and the shower was very small and a little curtain that just kept sticking round you, most annoying!

Good hotel! Clean. Friendly staff. A very small but good shower. Dustbin needs to be renewed. Comfortable bed. Bit noisy, but you can buy ear plugs. Bit out of the centre, but for €1, 40 you can take a tram to the centre of Athens. Tram right in front of the hotel. A big ok for this hotel!

Cons The economy room is okay. A bit expensive for what's offered. A/C, but you can't control it. To turn it off you need to pull the power of the whole room. No in room safety deposit box. Pros Free Wi-Fi Good breakfast Nice bar and lounge area on the roof.

Wonderful place with best breakfast in Athens, the views are breathtaking. Wellcoming staff. The tram is across the street, as well as the buss station. Very easy to get to and from the airport. There is a pool and a bar on the roof of the hotel with a magnificent view. The beach is across the street, also a restaurant with great food… Very nice place to stay, for a three star hotel is more than perfect.

Breakfast was really good and plentiful! … and the upstairs restaurant was also excellent food and Fantastic views of the sea and the beach! Very good contacts the tram to the center of Athens, passing right by the hotel! … Also buss go to the airport next to the hotel! We recommend this hotel!

Breakfast is good, there is free Parking at the hotel, beach across the road, 5 Euro for an umbrella, two sun beds, two towels, two bottles of water. The room has good soundproof Windows. Each change towels. Trams really do not know where we drive on the machine. I'd love a shower, well, just a little bigger and without the sliding blinds! And kettle in the room!

This place is an absolute joke, stay a way from the grim tired old noisy rooms, this is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, tired old towels, dirty carpets, cleaners that cannot respect the signs on the doors, broken chair, clogged sink. Uff The air con and the fridge make lots of noise. There's more but I'm tired already and another night here in this hell. Whatever you do do not order food on the beach bar, soggy cold chips. No Wi-Fi in the rooms unless you pay 6 euros per 120 minutes, I feel mislead as the site I bought the room from stated free Wi-Fi. I guess the reception ladies an the night guy are nice enough and smile and courteous, but that's about it as far as good things to say about it go. There, off my chest, I don't even do reviews.

To get to the hotel 4 hours from Athens, though, in fact, take bus 50 minutes (more on that later), because imported on the road all else.
