A wonderfully located hotel with first class experience gatronomy.
The ambience is thought out and authentic to the very last.
The rooms are clean and very spacious.
Just to feel good.
The food is excellently fantastic.
The price performance ratio is perfect.

We were at medieval food. Friendly and competent team in a pleasant and suitable atmosphere. The food was delicious.

Clear recommendation. I enjoyed the evening in a medieval setting. The rooms were tidy. The breakfast on Sunday for 7, €50 was excellent, can't remember when I was so pleased for the last time on business trip!

A big thank you to the excellent kitchen and the nice service. I just say that you have to experience how comfortable this Eisenach farm is.

Fresh cuisine is different… Sauerkraut… Red cabbage was cooked dead… Thuringian Klöse were disappointing … probably ready-made dough… Mushrooms for the sauce from the tin.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Technically up-to-date (e. G. Tablet PC in the room, fast Wi-Fi, etc. ) The bathroom very spacious and modern with shower and bathtub. Of course, the whole room equipment should have a historical effect, which it does. It is all very tastefully matched to each other and conveys a pleasant atmosphere. Picobello clean. From the check in (where you do not sign with a pen but with a pen) to the complete furnishing of the restaurant and the foyer to the staff and the lack of electrical lighting in the restaurant (illuminated only with candles) you come already moved into the Middle Ages. The crowning conclusion of the evening is the medieval food (super selection and really delicious) with minstrel and lots of interesting information about the Middle Ages and Luther. Funny staged and in no way intrusive.
Breakfast remains to be mentioned. Again, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything you expected at a hotel breakfast was given, but in addition many little things more. For example, Honeycomb, regional specialities from the local butcher and baker. The bread is an absolute force. We took one with us when we left. Can be purchased at the hotel.
One senses that here is very hard to make it as pleasant as possible for the guest. Far beyond what is needed.
We were here for the first time, but not the last time.

A hotel with a big surprise when arriving. 500 years goes back to the time of Martin Luther. Experience gastronomy at its finest. The rooms are functional and clean. Bathroom small and clean. The gastronomy and breakfast score excessively, so the hotel is simply worth a visit.

They had no wine to order, and it seemed that they were overwhelmed with all the guests.

I was a complete weekend at the Eisenach Hof for my birthday party with my family. We were a bit disappointed by comfort room, was rather cool than cozy and in a window it pulled. Also the restaurant was not to my liking it is difficult to guess old, verschnürkelte writing by candlelight. Also from the Lutherschmaus we were very disappointed, it took very long despite the pre-order and also the operation was very seldom seen at our table this evening. We were not even greeted friendly, nor were they asked if we liked it. What was not the case the Hauptspeiße tasted for finished stuff, one sauce tasted like the other and the dessert was totally unlovingly prepared, at the latest it has spoiled us the Apettit. The only commendable thing was the very rich and high quality breakfast, just the opposite of the evening. Moreover, we had the bad luck that at noon on a Saturday construction site in the house was without warning. And the work material was also in the middle of the sunrise, which was the only way to our rooms. So for the price, not again.

A good concept. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is imperial, with salmon, fish, meat, thuringian sausage, cheese and dairy products, fruit, cereals, jams, eggs in Fariationen and and and. The Luthermahl for dinner is good. The prices correspond to Thuringia.

The Hauptbahnhof Eisenach Thuringia is a relatively nice station. Some years ago restored, some attention to detail is lacking, however trains drive and he is well reachable. A little more money and attention to detail and it would have become a splendor hbf. See Bus Station!

We can only say positive. Totally nice staff, super ambience. Good food and a great performance of the "Gaugler" at Lutheressen. In addition, we had a candlelightdinner with a table decoration at its finest. We can only say yes to the hotel.

My parents, whom we had given the stay, were very pleased. Everything was super organized. The Luther — Essen in the hotel with you and also the candle light dinner was particularly pleasing. Hotel as well as Eisenach with all its cultural places is fundamentally worth a trip.

Only small points to criticize. Nothing to complain about. Very kind staff, food quality is very good. Nice rooms.

Found this by chance on the internet, If you are arriving by train you'd be best advised to get a taxi (if you have a serious amount of luggage). Reminded me of the small family run hotels that I went to as a child. Loved the look of it, the staff were always really helpful and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The themed restaurant was pretty good and an experience that you have to try. Breakfasts were brilliant, with great choice and great quality.

Waiter knocked a candle over spilling hot wax on a member of our party. He did not offer any apology or act concerned.

Super hotel with great concept are also special requests at dinner
like to taken by the chef. Telephone flat in all mobile phone networks, both the landline is available in any other hotel. Am very happy to be there and happy to be back. Way to go.

and furnishings designed, clearly structured.
The food was always very good, the soup cauldron or the meter chicken. The authentic design of the guest rooms up to the fact that soup is sipped and not spooned, seen in a time travel. Again happy to!

Price / performance even better than very good.
The ambiance of the restaurant is in the medieval style, and really cool. The food is plentiful, very tasty and also really cheap.

free water in the room
4 star nearly 80 euros you expect really something else but clean and as I said ok.
The highlight is the restaurant, medieval ambience and good food. Not very cheap (wheat 0, 5 short 5 euro) but worth a stay.
Breakfast was well up on the scrambled eggs dried-on.
