The rooms were quite nice and the staff was friendly. My only issue was the bathrooms were a bit dated, and the water pressure wasn't great. Beyond that, it was a wonderful room and I recommend them.

A nice location and a stiff walk to the castle at the top of the hill — but the air on the way is fantastic. There was no coffee and tea equipment in the hotel — but a machine for coffee or hot chocolate (it was quite good) for 50 cents in the hallway. The drinks fridge in the room did not work (no cooling). There is a nice Biergarten, the staff were friendly and helpful — unfortunately the cook had broken his foot and was late in on Sunday morning — so breakfast was 15 or 20 minutes later than I would have wished.

Great service. Tasty plates especially the balcans mixed grill. Very relaxing experience.

Everythings perfect! 2 Korean guys staying only one night for Opel business trip. Check in took only 2 minutes. Greetings, hospitality, price compatible.

A horrific place. Albanian gypsy women behind the counter apparently been working there for two days and after a brief small talk they started talking down on my country (USA) and being sarcastic and offensive. Insults had hit horrendous level and they clearly have zero clue about costumer service and how they should behave and sound behind the counter as 'Service'. They obviously never heard of costumer service in the bottom of the world where the wind blew them from over here. No way I can recommend. Food is a disaster, dark beer was off and bitter when served. No place to go for ANYONE. Ever. Just to be perfectly clear.

When you walk in, you notice that this place doesn't feel comfortable. The paint, furniture and arrangements — they're trying too hard to look new and modern. The menu is not large, but it's got the normal German cuisine, a few Italian items and some Balkan specialities. My wife had the Rigatoni al forno. It was tasteless, and the sauce was no sauce. It was really like they took cooked pasta, dumped cream from a can over it, threw 2 handfuls of cheese on it and baked it for 10 minutes. Watery, with no herbs, spices or flavor. She loves all pasta, but hated this. I ordered the Balkan Grillteller. What I got was a mound of undercooked fries, a small pile of raw onion slices so thick that they were more like uncooked onion rings (could barely stab through them with my fork), 2 crunchy, burned sausages that were more charcoal them meat, a German-style wurst — also more charcoal the meat, a large patty of some other meat that was thin but ok, a tablespoon of some sour cabbage and lastly, a teaspoon (! ) of what was supposed to be tzatziki. All in all, it was pretty bad. Terrible actually. Neither of us finished our meals. We practically ran out the door when we got done eating. We had those 2 dishes, a glass of wine, a beer and a water and it was €40.

Nice Service very friendly and plenty of Parking renovated, in front of the house.

Very nice staff. Beds were good. Fair Prices.
