A great hotel with great service!

Great hotel, super helpful staff, delicious breakfast and nice large and clean rooms.
We'll be back.

I was too short in the hotel to give a well-founded review. I was received great. Nice staff and loose smalltalk. The rooms are very bright and fell out of bed at 6 o'clock as the neighbor pulled his trolley across the hallway. I abstained from breakfast because of the price. I can't eat that much that pays off.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a disused industrial area (Deutz AG). Ideal for activities in the field of trade fairs and Rheinpark. Due to the poor rail connections for inner-city destinations not ideal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Modern and stylish hotel. The room was clean and the beds great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. That's how it has to be in the hotel. After a relaxing night, a great breakfast buffet awaited us. No wish remained unfulfilled here. We will be happy to come back again!

Nice hotel with good service. Was in the loft area, where the room was enormous! The type of room was a bit lacking in function though — there is a window with a sheer curtain looking into the bedroom from the toilet (no privacy! ) and no full-length mirror in main room or really any other dressing area outside the bathroom (which was not very well-lit). Nice small kitchenette in the room.

The hotel is great! All stylish, clean and hospitable from principle. The hotelier we got to know on arrival is a brand! Just because of him was already worth the stay He took time made jokes and was interested. Always with an appropriately subtle saying on the lips. Breakfast left absolutely nothing to be desired and the rooms were large and well furnished. Happy to return!

Overall really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Had a good room that easily fit two people. A good 40 minute walk from the center of the city though.

Nice afternoon in the training —/event room. Good drink selection. Only the waiter was always gone when I needed something. Super parking situation.

Very nice hotel secluded in an old industrial area close to the Rhine. Very quiet. Nice modern décor. Beds are perfect. Bathroom with large shower. VERY nice staff. Excess rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. Small bar for a sacker in the evening.

The rooms were not clean. I do not know why we caught such a dirty room, apparently that was the exception. A Coke drop from the predecessor stuck to the drinking glass in the room. There were still toothpaste leftovers in the sink. On the windowsill lay crumbs and a dead bow tie. The tables were slightly dusty, the wall lamp very dusty.
You only had electricity when you put the key in the wall. However, you couldn't turn off the wall lamp at night, there was no switch, nowhere. So electricity off. Thus, you can't load your mobile phone or your toothbrush at night. Not even when you leave the room. For this, light always burns during the day, when you need electricity. Totally nonsensical philosphy!
Breakfast was good, rich and versatile. There was nothing wrong with that. But that doesn't make up for the other points. The staff were friendly, too.
But it's not accessible for that. With Rollator not easy in the hotel. The elevator only stops in the intermediate floors. (Who thinks of such a thing? ) So you always have to wear the rollator a few steps.
I didn't like it.

Good stay in a very nice, albeit in the middle of an old industrial area, stylistic hotel. Not only the rooms very clean, the impression is created in and for the whole house.
Everything is underlined by the very nice staff that always tries to make the stay even more beautiful.

Small, expensive but the hotel is clean.

The hotel is clean and warm and well finished, the breakfast is very rich and of a very high quality. Rooms could have been just a little more bigger to make them more comfortable. Simple to find, expecially coming from the fair centre.

If you have a food intolerance, or if you are a vegan or diabetic, you should avoid this hotel if you value a breakfast. I have expressed my intolerances when I checked in. At the reception they said "you only have to tell tomorrow at breakfast". Said Done. The kitchen staff obviously has no idea, among other things, where gluten is contained. Gluten-free and vegan was equated, which is just wrong! The same was true for sugar and lactose. My breakfast then consisted of cucumber slices…
Moreover, the bed linen was not clean and my girlfriend came when she turned the water on the sink, the faucet.

A nice hotel furnished with great attention to detail. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms are ABGELELBT/need renovation.

Every question and every request as well as criticism are processed immediately.
We haven't been here for four years, but much is the same.
The hotel will be our workshop-location in Cologne.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and offers an original setting, but deserves a good maintenance. A lot of small details in the rooms could be improved. That being said, the staff are very friendly and the location promises to be strategic in the coming years. Breakfast is ok without more.

Credits also to the staff which properly high level Vong service level is AMK. The whole package will AMK high Livel abgeroundet by an infinite possibility Vong free parking spaces.

There's 1 bib here which is Vong colors sorted This is 1 nice okay.

We stayed at the loft of the New York hotel. The glass elevator was modern. It was quite nice in the whole. The view from the balcony to the parking lot of a truck company was rather not nice. Parking spaces for visitors are very limited.

Hotel was clean. Parking spaces available. Breakfast possible however €18. Also we were not aware that we had to pay an additional 5, €30 per double room, but this is the case and the hotel can do nothing for it. The beds are very positive and especially the pillows! There are enough lamps that can be switched on and off independently of each other. The bathroom is relatively small but the room is well used and it is adequate. The curtain has darkened the whole room well. Unfortunately the distance to the road or subway is a bit far so we drove for CA €15 by taxi to the HBF.

An esthetic interior design and unique decor and accessories. The industrial architecture is an inspirational environment. The food was average and nothing special but the service in general was good.

Standard, don't expect them to go beyond that, they refused initially to check me in before 3 pm, although I was on site at 2 pm, then after a reasonable discussion, reluctantly agreed to do it, late check out is available, that is appreciated,

Neighbourhood restaurant in Cologne south, snacks and full meals in cosy Gasthaus atmosphere, typical Cologne dishes.

Older room with small issues but fair price. Free parking infront of the hotel which is a big plus.

Round Stay. Some points of criticism, but nothing glaring.
