Great choice of food, good value, excellent service.

Judging by the price, only the situation can really be described as positive. The hotel has come a little into the days and you can clearly see that. In principle, this would not be a bad thing if we continued to invest in renovations or modernizations, but it gives the impression that you are relying on the situation and the rest is optional. I'm not going to come back.

Nice atmosphere. But the rooms as well as the elevator are very cramped. Bathrooms very small in some rooms. There are certainly hotels with better rooms. Breakfast and service at breakfast were very good. There was nothing missing.

Very light-heared rooms. Those who like to love it medieval are well accommodated here. A lot of effort has really been put in place here. Interesting.

Hello have already booked in January, 2 double rooms with car parking space. To learn 9 days in advance that we do not get the rooms despite the promise of 07 January 18. Not recommended.

Some unfriendly staff in the restaurant. Pure handling of tourists. The décor is in need of getting used to, the dining room smells musty, the tables and chairs are in need of repair. The prices are increased, the quality of the food, I find for a hotel very improvement. I think it's a pure tourist rip-off, so never again! Unfortunately, only one star is possible here. I can't rate the hotel because only the restaurant was visited.

We have been going to the Burghotel Müller for more than 25 years now. You have to be in value for money the whole package. The kitchen is really excellent, rich and always fresh. The rooms are all velvety and each one has its own flair. If you have a room on the Moselle side, you will appreciate the view.
The staff is not a seasonal staff but has been loyal for years. The small Café Terrace on the first floor and the lounge in front of it invite you to linger. With a cup of coffee, a piece of cake or a hearty meal, you will soon find bliss a few nice days. Those who have visited other hotels in the area will appreciate the comparison.

We could not say anything to the hotel, were only in the dusty restaurant, which you can not actually label as such. One has the feeling of suffocation in the stink of the last centuries. Those who stand on antiques may feel comfortable here!? The food is absolutely nothing special — in the kitchen "true professionals" seem to be at work, for which cooking is indeed an "art", but at most a highly abstract…! It is, as you know, always in the eye of the observer or as here of the palate, but we have not eaten so badly for a long time! We would have preferred the snack at a slant opposite and saved us a lot of money and displeasure! Were there in the autumn and the shop was quite full and we also felt like we were on the assembly line! Only advantage: Friendly service!

Staff comes chewing out of the kitchen and looks annoyed at the sight of guests.
The restaurant looked appealing from the outside. The card with 1.000 felt and real 700 dishes and drinks is completely overloaded and so it tastes. Even the beer we didn't drink.

Excellent food, some traditional German dishes. Friendly service. Prices are midrange and certainly good value for money.

Hotel Burg's Restaurant: delightful ambience (vintage, stone ceilings, armour), fantastic panoramic glass, delicious menu. Correct prices.

Me and my partner were there today.
It had tasted us although, unfortunately, we have both now severe gastrointestinal problems and nausea.
NOT a good idea.

Never again this hotel. We have booked unfortunately 6 nights. The reception totally cluttered overflowing with drinking junk, like the whole restaurant area. The room! Well, these rooms and even at these prices, it is unseemly. Small, dirty, MiniMinischrank, not to open the door even smaller head was because the bed in the way. Renovated was no longer determined since the 1970s, as the hardly accessible, small and loud lift was installed. The mini pool just super kitsch and dirty. Please no cake, we have seen the same 6 days. The menu Schnitzellastig and too expensive. The operating personnel with good knowledge of German, friendly and eager, knowing where they work.

Unfortunately in the room we were 75, it was definitely not worth €90. Small bathroom, window to the emergency exit or inner courtyard shaft, therefore seeks you ask something else or put on some extra money at another hotel. Cochem not worth it really, but in this hotel.

We were last weekend on the way back from a holiday in France, and had a business appointment in Brodenbach. So we wanted to like to stay in Cochem. After I had tracked down Castle Hotel about Google at a price of 80, — € for a double bed room, I called there to book.
I was told the rooms were all booked out except one for 150, — € "with balcony".
After some consideration, we pledged. I had been a bad feeling at the sight of the entrance hall (fully overloaded with old junk), but the room was then the coronation. Small, old, dark and musty. I don't want to know then look like the cheaper rooms. I travelled really much in my life, and just recently have Onyx on the Reeperbahn (Eröffnung des Hotels in 2012, also top und Neu Alles! ) in Hamburg for a luxury hotel room in the Arcor paid 160, — € for one night in a double room, but in Cochem I got to go soon in a "Doghouse", as again in the Castle Hotel. Real rip off!

When we arrived at the hotel and the reception went to sas as a old unfriendly (. ) behind the reception, which was something of unfriendly that we it back thought to go but it was too late already, yes na had to eat were also no good me directly in the morning then leg breakfast so spoiled, the place was so small the stomach that we even unserre daughter to us in the bed take they didn't have to because in her room kionnte sleep because at home we keep pets (k) you are right again departed so all that time never do vacation in cochem "IN this joint".

Sorry I only now rate and review that on the bad hotel, but it must be noted, how bad is the place! We had pleased us on the weekend, and had a nightmare with the hotel room. The room was musty old rotten furniture, scratching of bedding, shower sau small, shower had in the holder not held, the lacquer on the balcony door the rats ate off apparently. Etc, etc. I ask myself, where are the many negative reviews of the hotel. who wants to warn the hotel guests in the future? to the lucky it was only a day! nieeeeeeeeeeee again.
