We stayed at the hotel for 2 times. To switch off from everyday life, which we have always succeeded in doing so far. A really great hotel. Super delicious food and very friendlya staff. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. We received only sparsely. In the room there was expired coffee cream that flocked in the coffee. At the reception, we had to think about what you could do. Luckily, a free coffee came out in the restaurant. However, I was not warmly received in the restaurant. Reservations at the hotel's restaurant were not possible through the reception. The waiter in the restaurant was highly unfriendly. Unacceptable to us. Still sitting at the table, we tried to find another hotel nearby. We are very upset.

Good price and very quite environment.

Good Service. Food is very good.

Room quite small, as well as the bathroom especially the shower. Cleaning was not special. Shower wall in the lower area with lime spots and hair at the cosmetic mirror. Unfortunately no air conditioning and this at 36° outside temperature.
The food in the restaurant lasted extremely long and several dishes came to the table differently than ordered.

A great hotel for every taste. The rooms super clean and cozy and inexpensive. One criticism I have anyway, the food in the restaurant is not suitable for every budget. And the choice of the menu was a bit poor for me. How about an additional restaurant an Italian? Otherwise all super, the waiters are super friendly. We are happy to come back.

I liked the place, its peaceful and calm, the breakfast was super tasty, and the location is easy to access from a main highway!

Old, ugly, smelly… but has a nice pool and ok restoran.

Looks like a concrete block. Not pretty.
However, good seminar hotel with more than enough parking at reasonable prices.

Very nice staff, perfectly adequate rooms for us, which are also very clean. Pool is free and maintained. Rooms are very quiet and not clairvoyant. Very happy again.

Even at trade fair times decent prices. Breakfast absolutely adequate and varied. Rooms clean and maintained. Certainly not a five star temple but price/performance very good.

Room rather clean, quite small, bathroom was less clean, beds quite cozy and breakfast OK. All in all a passable option for a family, but nothing exceptional.

Today small wedding celebrated there, great service and great cuisine all perfect, we are all happy to have chosen this location. Thank you!

Great hotel. Everything is a bit old, but good. Great sauna and spa and other facilities. Love the breakfast buffet!

A nice hotel in Essen, Germany. The bar is serving good food, the pool/ health club is very nice and the crew is very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I was in a standard room that is a bit small, I assume 18 SQM. Other than that, I spent a very nice weekend there.

All staff very courteous and friendly. We booked the hotel 2x for an event and always had a positive experience. Thank you very much!

Staff at front desk unfriendly, 4-star not really recognizable. Eat well. Quite remote, but at least near.

Good nice clause nice staff clean 2 things have bothered me there was a lot of dust in the room on the bed, Bettlagen, blankets, pillows and no latches otherwise is good.

Something has come up in the years but clean and good service. Enough parking, unfortunately not free of charge. Free and fairly fast internet access. Large wellness area with saunas.

Conference Hotel in the years. Lunch reminds of several events at the same place in the House on the food issue of an all inclusive hotel… It is not necessary to offer coffee at all-day events after 10 o'clock either. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe we'd just be unlucky. Room was in need of renovation. I would look for alternatives for the price in the future.

Directly near the fair Essen. Typical Conference hotel. Lunch in buffet form or by card (depending on the event) waiters all very helpful, reception depending on staff.

Nice atmosphere, good food at breakfast. Helpful staffs.

A beautiful hotel. Centrally located. Very friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Long breakfast times perfect. The pool and sauna were fantastic. Would come back immediately.

Simple, clean, business style, accommodations. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, you definitely get what you pay for.

I was also very pleased with the Hotel. All were very friendly and were very sweet to my little son. The Breakfast is very plentiful and also very tasty. It worked very fast and quickly to get things taken care of. Let you not from the Outside scare you… inside it really is class. I felt very comfortable and when I should be back in to eat, this is my Hotel. Also the Restaurant is very nice and classy. The food is a culinary delight… a point of criticism, it would be because, unfortunately, … both times had to wait longer for his drink. But this wasn't a drag for you. The Spa area is a delight. The pool is class and what has helped me and my son liked the steam sauna. P. S. Thanks for the loan of the floating wing =) the little man had D fun =

Rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, service was good and having access to a pool and spa without extra cost is amazing. The only reason that lost one star was that the decor was extremely tired.

A perfect solution through Medica. Reasonable price, nice hotel with rich breakfast, roofed swimming pool and sauna. About half an hour from Dusseldorf messe.

Overall it's ok but there was 1 employee very rude which ruined my stay.

I wouldn't order a Bredeney burger any more. The hotel as well as the breakfast real class. The burger on the other hand in the bar a real impudence. The photo in the appendix is the opposite of the Bredeney burger, which is available at the Casa Kleve. The Bredeney burger, on the other hand, is completely unloved threes, without sauces, a small dab ketchup and mustard and a slice of cucumber. But even MC Donald's burgers are a delicacy.

Great breakfast which is empty will be filled up quickly again. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are also very comfortable. The only thing I didn't find so great was the bar. But if you don't want to make money, blame yourself.

Staff was very helpful, provided rooms WERE tidy and nice — we liked it a lot.

A new year's eve ball with UPS and Downs! It was missing the new year's eve decoration in the room, the service staff was … to put it mildly unfachlich or even unable! The Showakt was super, all 3 show parts were very good, the Band is ok (what was that guitarist? )! The rooms and the Breakfast (again, without a suitable new year's decoration) were good, the "gala buffet" is rather middle class! The Spa area needs a thorough cleaning and renovation!

Very bad hygienics, I don't have any allergies but it was so dusty I had an allergic reaction. The only solution was an non-smoking room but I already had an non-smoking room. I drove back home for 2hours then I would stay here.

Not too expensive place, with the charms of an old office facility that was re-purposed to being a hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, small but still comfortable rooms with even smaller bathrooms. But be it, it's ok.

It is a traditional German hotel close to Essen. The service at front desk is friendly and the rooms are clean. The best is that you can sleep with open window without having to much noise. Nevertheless the interior is old and the food in the restaurant is absolutely not outstanding. I had the rump steak — it was dry and not properly prepared. In total the hotel is ok.

The hotel was totally fine. Well kept clean. Huge minus was the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was fine though and the brunch on sunday was good!

Great hotel, rooms are clean only the bathroom was a little small, but overall it is a nice place to stay and the staff is verry helpfull and friendly.

A typical conference hotel, unfortunately a bit in the years come. Quite convenient car park, swimming pool and various meeting rooms. Rooms are ok, but also something out of date.

Despite the location in an area with many office buildings and a little nüchterem Outer, there were actually only positive experiences. Starting from the very friendly and helpful staff and a nice room to a very good Restaurant with very good staff. All in a quiet location (to sleep with the window open no more possible), with beautiful walks and at a very good price/performance ratio. At any time, we would recommend the Hotel and also again like to visit.
