➜ A super nice and helpful staff, price disservice good, a point deduction because there is no real hot kitchen and the hotel is no longer up to date. It was still nice there. Thank you.
Standardhotel — Ok für Übernachtung. Das Hotel ist schon älter und auch etwas abgewöhnt. Man ist bemüht, aber das Stückwerk ist nicht zu übersehen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar Knabberzeug. Frühstück war ordentlich und reichlich.

I had reserved a room for a business trip and had to cancel it in May 2020 due to corona-related failure of the event. The hotel did not allow the cancellation, did not make a refund or partial refund, and did not respond to my multiple emails.
Paid 325 Euros to the hotel, did not use any benefits and felt excluded.
With all due respect to the difficult location of hotels in Corona, this is poor dealings with customers. Of course, I never reserve there again.
