Nice indoor place to practice skiing skills!

Fun, sun and great time all at one place. Kletterpark is awesome, and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely great… anytime again. We stayed in the tree house with sauna… terrific.

Was today for the first time at the Almgolf and played on the Master Course. Very nice facility, you can only recommend. Playing time about 2 hours and got 👍 through well.

Today we were three at the AlmGolf Master Course.
The golf course is really great designed and was also fun when you got to it…
And that's exactly where the problem lies, despite online reservation with time slot information, the golf course was extremely crowded, so that you sometimes 25 minutes! had to wait for the next hole, which was unfortunately very tedious.

Staff super friendly and all dressed very chic. The complex is super well maintained.

Loved it. Nice and helpful condition and service. Had booked a chalet (tree house) with breakfast right at the door. In the evening we were eating in the Hochalm a dream. We will be happy to come back.

Biggest dirty shop of all times I don't even know where to start but I have never seen such unfriendly and incompetent staff in any other business.
1. After telephone consultation it was said We do not need an online Ticket… On the spot we were taught another.
2.4hunden tickets were offered to us, but asked for 2x4hunden tickets somewhat discounted (since day tickets were no longer for sale) no Chance of accommodating on the contrary still batzig and arrogant behavior was shown here.
3. On the phone we were told there is kids Snowboards from 4years has been said here that there are no children snowboards.
Simply incompetent, insolent, arrogant and only profit oriented. Never again.

There are knives and forks on the table, but you can't order anything to eat upstairs in the restaurant…

I've experienced a lot in terms of restaurants… but here both quality and service are underground. > 1 hr waiting for a steak (in the probably quite empty restaurant) … in response to repeated requests, it was confirmed several times that it would only take 15 minutes. Result: Kitchen has forgotten the bon (? ) — and now the kitchen is closed… The delivery was only after 45 minutes of the side salad (Bob was forgotten… how does this fit together), with which you can not do much wrong but still some things better (finished dressing…). For me both for hotel and restaurant the last visit (last time eaten buffet, … at least as far as "delivery" is concerned, nothing can go wrong… Quality corresponded to Tank&Rast Standard but no longer really)

Helpful staff who have replacements, for example, with a forgotten toothbrush.
The breakfast is delicious and suitable for people of all ages! There are rolls, croissants, even cakes. You will also find fresh orange juice, café, honeycomb, 6 jams, egg, cereals, …
The Zummer are clean and in the bathroom there is shampoo and a bodylution.
Among other things, there are 3 saunas with 2 showers in a small grotto, an ice hole and a small fitness center❤️

Modern 4****S Hotel. "Servus" to welcome, Dirndl and very rustic wooden elements bring the mountains to Neuss. In midsummer, the snow is a bit strange for pure conference guests, but nevertheless it is fun to watch the drivers through panoramic windows in the lobbies and bars.

An annual event makes an overnight stay necessary. Very nice room, breakfast for my liking at 18, — € a bit too expensive. Wonderful ambiance.

Although we live in Neuss we treat ourselves once in a while the suite in the hotel where the sauna is in the room. You can make a nice cozy weekend in such a suite with your own sauna, the attached Hochalm restaurant prepares enchanting food, from the breakfast area (very rich and leaves no wishes open) you can look at the ski slope.

Used it for a one-day business meeting for the second time. Comfortable, friendly, and effort able. Will use it again.

For once I turn to the judgment of my guests in nearby Frankenheim who stayed there … Round in satisfied if it is worth 4 stars but no one could say. But clean and friendly staff that's already half the battle.

I recommend 100% further. Young or old! The hotel is just so lovingly and nicely designed! The service, the food and all the adjacent location were simply top. In addition, we had a great offer! Thank you for the great weekend what we were able to spend with you!

Unfortunately, smoking guests are also taken into consideration by the hotel management in my opinion third-class.

Excellent place to visit, stay with staff so helpful. Rooms are amazing. Local by car to Dusseldorf. Has mini golf, kids area for playing. Amazing restaurants. Definitely worth staying at if not visit.

Hotelangagement was awesome. Skiing and half board with buffet of first class in the High Alpine. Also the breakfast itself pressed o juice and fresh mountain ham… Just a dream. Only the reservation in the high pasture should be against confirm verification again. Because it goes down sometimes unfortunately at the time of booking.

Great hotel! Ambience perfect, food from the barbeque buffet perfect breakfast! (Orange juice out of the machine, the fresh orange squeeze, my highlight! ) Rooms clean, bathrooms clean. Only exception with me: saw silverfish, but will probably not eliminate. Big plus is the staff: always strive, always friendly, and that without exception!
USP: The views of the gymnasts in the ski Hall crowd of restaurant and meeting rooms.
