I have no more to say about it. Simply sensational hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, Pesonal is always smiling and helpful. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Simply TOP Hotel in Mönchengladbach!

Small but fine city hotel. Price performance simply top. Travel a lot on business and can't complain to me. Don't understand some reviews here. Large room, comfortable mattress, large TV as well as a delicious breakfast buffet and nice staff. What more can you expect at 3 stars at the price?

Catastrophic hotel! The staff is anything but friendly and certainly does not motivate.

The rooms were totally dirty and greasy everywhere (fortunately we had disinfectant spray with us). When we arrived, the plug in the bathroom pool was so tight in it that you couldn't get it out. The staff at the reception was then able to solve this with a lot of force. But hello?! Someone who cleaned the room before should have noticed this! However, the picture confirms that the room has NOT been cleaned.

During the two nights we were there, the room was not cleaned either. Only towels were thrown on the beds. The old ones were taken with them again.

How can you call something else hotel?! I definitely prefer every hostel!

I can't recommend the hotel under any circumstances! We are glad that we didn't book breakfast there!

Wifi internet is like from 90s. Even dial-up connection was faster. Rooms smell like smoked. No closet to hang shirts or suits (at least in the room I stayed). Railway is right out of the window with noisy trains passing by. Will never recommend to anyone. It is not a hotel, but a veeeeery cheap hostel experience. Service…? It doesn’t exist…

Not great condition. Beds are clean though. Don't get the breakfast. They took the money for it but then said they were waiting for a delivery, so only bacon and scrambled eggs. No fresh eggs. Not good. Carpets are dirty. Sink tap loose and nearly coming off. Shower needed a really good clean. Rooms smelled as well.

Unfortunately, I cannot award negative stars.
The rooms were very well equipped with a retro TV where the pixel white played against Black was a highlight.
Cleaning of the rooms is done regularly once a year.
Even after defects were indicated 2 times at the reception (cleaning of toilets etc) Nothing was changed the management is not available for guests.
Even if pets are not allowed, the dog was allowed to take his place from the staff in the "spacious" breakfast room.
If you are wondering why the towels are damp, this is because they are stored in the garage.

Were there as a group for one night there. Due to a trade fair no other hotels were verfűgbar. Some rooms/bathrooms were not cleaned. Rest, well, OK.

Unfortunately, the palazzo does not live up to its name. The rooms are clean and well-kept. A little Wi-Fi, the sparse breakfast and the gewirtschaftete overall impression, but unfortunately moved me to the 3 stars.

Very bad hotel…
I have been travelling a lot for 10 years and have therefore already seen some hotels. But this is really the last.
We were three single rooms.
We wondered about the payment on arrival instead of on departure. The price is because apparently mass is in Ddorf, from 38 to 119! Euro.
The three rooms have three different "Schliesssyteme". Once a chip card, once a punched chip card with attached key and finally a half chip card with attached key.
The room doors have so much play that you can almost see through. The room has obviously not been gestaubsaugt longer. Various long and short hairs line the way past non-monitierten sockets, wall-hung sockets and switches to the strangely not centrally placed bed between the bedside lamps (see photo distance bed light switch).
The bathroom is filthy. On the toilet rim various unidentified "remnants", the faucet consists mostly of lime, brown rivulets are located in the basin. The shower can only be closed unilaterally, the drain can look low due to the lack of cover, all valvess are scaled and various hairs or similar on the shower walls. The toilet brush mocks any description.
At the breakfast buffet (which, contrary to many messages costs 7. €99), I then after the third dirty glass to a drink dispensed.
That this hotel has 3 stars can only be a misunderstanding.

Rooms are dirty and were not cleaned in the 4 days where I had to stay here unfortunately, although it was pointed out.
Shower rug and Pillow looked like the guest had just stood up.
Breakfast tastes partly as if the cold chain had been interrupted a few times.
Much too expensive.
I will not enter this hotel again.

Attention: Those who value cleanliness should stay away from this hotel urgently! I've been traveling a lot for years and I've seen all sorts of hotels, but I haven't experienced anything like that yet. I've never been so disgusted before. Spotty and stinky carpet, ungeputzte toilet and shower, dirty remote control etc…
But look at the photos here. They say more than a thousand words…

Rooms could be outdated. Breakfast very economical. Good coffee machine. Staying overnight is a long stay, well.

Hotel not recommended. Dirty rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Rude staff and non-functioning EC cash device. Burglary marks on many doors. When pulling out the card to close the door, one stood in the dark room.

Price-inexpensive! This is actually priced at up to 25€. Last visit there.

Friendly staff, giving us useful infos about some cycle routes. It was nice to sleep in a normal bed after a week. Accommodated our tandem in safe place. Not the best part of the city…

Old furnishings well OK but cupboards and doors and also the elevator make so lörm that when nöchtlicher use the whole floor awakes.
The beds of unclean full of strange hair it smells like a lot of cold smoke. I was sent to the wrong floor without further comment. There, for the first time in a dark room, stood again below a barely understandable explanation that one must use a card at the room key to activate the current. You could also predict. Service not available. If I could make an audio recording of what's guru here, you'd be deaf now. I can leave the hotel and don't want to stay here. Ekeleregend.

Great place to stay when you watch a football match of Borussia.

Unfriendly, unqualified staff. Dirty, foul-smelling room. Service is zero. Expired food for breakfast, with the statement that everything is vacuum packed and you do not have to do so. Doors of the rooms and the hotel could only be opened by force. In case of defects, no personal response from the staff, instead cheeky partly offensive answers. An overnight stay on the open road would be more recommended than this "hotel".

Hotel room too cold, no good internet connection on room 35 only one bar. The connection breaks down all the time. Never again!

A cosy hotel in close proximity to the train station with parking facilities. Room clean. I can't tell anything about it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Run down and mostly basic hotel. Good just to avoid a night out in the rain. Price is reasonable but you get what you pay for.

The location is not in the nicest part of town. The heating would not switch off. It was clean enough and I suppose you get what you pay for.

The rooms are partly in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet is good, but it can take a while until the tables are cleared.

Bit noisy location. Next to the train station. Large rooms. Everything is alright.

Fair price, good beds, nice service. Come back.

I was here during the fair and have stayed 2 next in the Palazzo Hotel. This was cheap, but very dirty. When I ordered a Coke, an expired was delivered to me!
SIMPLY POORLY AND ECKELHAFT! NEVER AGAIN!

The room smelled of cold smoke, the heating did not work. Coming back from a short walk, I found that some other patrons had called the police over some dispute with the receptionists, which did nothing to improve my impression. All in all: Stay away.
