We are always very satisfied and have already spent a lot of nice time here. Delicious food and nice location always worth a visit.

A few months ago we wanted to book a wedding party and hotel rooms here in the house.
Both were impossible for us.
We were constantly asked to call back, no one was able to provide any information or call us back.
The staff seemed very uninformed and disinterested.

Great food, good people, nice atmosphere. Only sometimes there is a lack of service, which is always friendly, but sometimes lacking competence.

Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. Great place.

We have on 30.06.2018 rose sea celebrated our wedding. It was beautiful. Great Location, super tasty food. All were thrilled. We are already looking forward to our 1. To be wedding day to return.

A beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient, eggs in any form can be ordered at the table. The rooms are spacious and modern and really very clean. The location is perfect.

Great hotel with very nice rooms. Modern style with air conditioning, minibar, large windows and noise windows. Breakfast was also very cozy and good. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience. We have had to change the room several times. In some rooms, the windows cannot be opened. In the others, the toilet is directly in the room (without spatial separation). For this, the shower was installed. What the architect thought of this is unclear. We had a terrace, which was impossible to enjoy, however, because the outdoor appliances from the air conditioners are here.

For breakfast: Not recommended! Ham is served almost quartered. In the case of cheese, the edges have already dried. Coffee inedible.

Overall impression: Too bad!

Perfect food! We booked the food from the Rosenmeer for our wedding in the open space instead ofhotel. We were very excited about how appetizing food can be presented. All guests were enthusiastic, also our vegetarians have been considered. Our service worker (Maria) was more than attentive.

Small cutout: A friend had taken her children to grandma in between. She wasn't a minute back and Maria put her "favourite drink" on the table.

Maria was also after all the hours she was there for us always friendly and fulfilled every wish. Therefore, once again a very special thanks to them

We recommend the open space instead ofhotel and the Rosenmeer again and again and very gladly continue.

Breakfast buffet very lush and well covered also very tasty hot food unfortunately not much choice.

Here you can sit after a lovely walk as well and drink coffee. Good cake too. Dogs welcome:-)

Very good Location, very good food, Service top. The room was very modern and very clean.

We were there for brunch. The food was very good. The service was semi-present. The pizza was bland. The highlight were the frozen yogurt toppings:)

Very nice restaurant and hotel, the food and the rooms were fantastic. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating, again and again.

We had a great brunch on Christmas Day. The selection was huge including live cooking. The service was also excellent even Santa came by what our son clearly liked. The only criticism of the price should be specialty coffees, water and juice.

Were on the occasion of a 70 birthday here. Food was very good (live cooking), service friendly. Unfortunately I can't say anything about this.

Rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. Unfortunately, the room lighting is very dark.

Nice restaurant, for a brunch very well suited. However, a few more hot meals would be appropriate for Sunday noon.

The receptionist who greeted us in the evening spoke directly to you.
Most items were defective or had a strong need for renovation, such as. The broken lamp, the swollen barriers in the bathroom, the heating on the grate was.
A burnt spot on the table of an iron, the unclean siliconnaht at the sink. The dirty toilet etc…
Even on demand, the room was not gereineigt or cleaned, and only on request new towels were brought. I think that in a 4 star hotel something like that
Can expect.
The breakfast was Marge and there were 2 people whopping 3 buns in a basket, to a narrow selection of cold cuts bed.
There was a celebration in the evening, what the restaurant did not visit and the receptionist who had received us before also gave only a stroppy answer.
In the end we were happy to be home again!

We celebrated our wedding there on the weekend and were absolutely enthusiastic. Over 100 people to satisfy the whole evening is worth all honor. Everybody loved it. There was no longer any waiting time. Everyone has tasted great. This evening and this place will always be a positive reminder to us. Drinks, food and service are not to be surpassed. Full recommendation from us!

The ambiance was very nice and the staff friendly. The food was nicely done, but tasted a bit bland and the portions too small for the price. The Caesar salad was personally unfortunately too fancy, I prefer classic without much frills.

Very good service and fantastic food. However, the vegetarian offer could be extended to something else.

A reservation was made for me of which I was not aware, result: no show from my part. But they are eager to charge me the full bill. If they have your credit card, they'll be sure to use it. As a result they will never see me (nor my team who actually did stay at the hotel) again at Rosenmeer, they can be sure of that.

We were accommodated for an overnight stay with 3 families in the hotel. The rooms are very individual einrerichtet. Each room is decorated differently and has a special flair. I couldn't find anything negative about cleanliness. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was also very fine. The only minus point was the breakfast. The buffet was very open, not to say sparse.

Extremely unprofessional service, confirmed bookings are avoid not respected, by all means, at larger events, the staff is not trained or well managed to cope with the conditions and organisational details. We are extremely dissatisfied and are no longer looking for the restaurant.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, super Restaurant. Habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

A sensational Restaurant with a unique atmosphere, combined with a Top Service in this Form in the Niederrhein region hardly there! Why in Dusseldorf to go eat if you are in Mönchengladbach gets everything what a guest makes you happy? Marco Rothermel has been with the Rosenmeer a Highlight address in North Rhine-Westphalia created the all needs of a Restaurant guest, to exceed! Thank you, Mr. Rothermel for a great evening — we will come back!

For me, one of the most beautiful and definitely the most individual Hotel in Mönchengladbach with the only and coolest Bar in the state for "adults". Rooms are air-conditioned. Beautiful terraces, great food and friendly Service. Always happy :-) TOP.

I do now already for the third time, smaller meetings, with 4-8 people over 4 days in Rosenmeer. I and my participants are always totally happy about the friendly, uncomplicated Service that makes all things possible. We eat 2x a day there, because we the ambiance is beautiful and not at all where otherwise want to go. We are also determined in a couple of months :-).

Ambiance = 1, Price = Grade 3, Service = Note 6, Food = Note 4. Rarely as bad food eaten and thus poor Service experienced. Very, very sad, because the ambience is very good. You could be so much out of it, but you would have to have the chef and the staff exchange. The Launch will be smoked and according to football looked. Just a shame.

The Service leaves a lot to be desired left. Food OK but not good. I can't recommend it.

Single room a bit small but very nicely decorated! For dinner there was Pasta all you can eat :-) very very tasty.

The Restaurant develops. The Service is also better. The ambience is eh unbeatable, especially since it has a terrace with views of the colourful garden. Thumbs up.

I was there for a relaxing night with my wife. We have the Superstar Suite for Overnight stay. Arrival: On arrival we were nicely received and we were the Locations explained. In addition, escorted us to the lady at the reception to our hotel room. Rooms: The room was nicely prepared, but there were some Staubstellen to see. Specially at the window and behind the LCD TV next to the bed. The facilities like, with 2 LCD TVs, a bath with a Whirlpool effect. Extremely spacious shower, as well as several corners to relax makes the room a little to be desired. What bad thing is the open toilet and the extremely poor Wi-Fi reception is hardly to use. We have 2 Android phones + iPad tried. Possibly. With a Laptop, or a better Wi-Fi module, it is better. Bar: The rooms are really nicely designed, and reminiscent of a Lounge Bar in the American style. The selection of drinks is, however, quite limited for this were the cocktails taste not bad (in our case: Zombie, Fruit Punch). Breakfast: It was just after 9 o'clock when we opened for Breakfast. Unfortunately, it was from the staff to see little. After spending nearly 10 minutes already sat at the table we were asked if we prefer scrambled eggs or Fried egg would have. After that was another question after drinks and again a new question minutes later, after a Kaffewunsch. Service sees as different. Here there is definitely a need for action. Restaurant: The Platzmöglichkeiten are top and offer quite a bit for the eye.
