Average hotel. Everything clean and good value-/power.

Underground. There were only about 6 parking spaces available for the whole hotel. Half of the parking spaces were closed because they were defective or Security risk. On the sides you should not park according to the reception, as Feherwehrzufahrt. It's funny that there was at least one car there all the time. However, we had to avoid the paid parking garage around the corner. The elevator was broken and therefore we were allowed to carry our suitcases to the 5th floor. So that there was no discussion at all, we were told immediately, one Seie booked. At breakfast we were strangely alone. The room was unkempt and in the years, especially the bathroom was very disgusting with its mold joints. Breakfast was OK, the breakfast room/reception area but felt unheated, got frozen for the first time at breakfast. When checking out I wanted to pay with card, but then I was told that one would charge my credit card. This was only given as security for late check-in at the booking portal who had to use it and should not be used as a means of payment, the receptionist did a succinct sentence. I was not interested in discussions and just wanted to get out. Conclusion: Even for one night I would never check in there again.

Rooms outdated, TV does not work, in bathroom the mirror lamp does not go. Friendly and helpful staff.

The place is average overall. I stayed there for 3 weeks and I had room on the 5th floor and the lift was not working for 15 days. It’s not great when you come from work tired you have to walk up 5 floors. But the good thing was room was getting cleaned regularly though they skipped a day or two. And there is a TV in the room which belongs to 19th century which shows just some local channels. Breakfast was good. Costs 7.90 euros. Would like to try some new place when I come back to Dusseldorf. But the staff here is lovely. Treats you well!

Bad parking staff are not great worst beds I've ever slept on.

Good and cheap. 10 min. From the train station walking… 34e the Night 3 stars… Very well. But in the room there is a bottle of water of 4 euros… Jejejejejejejejj.

The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is not very.

Lift is kapot, personeel spreekt redelijk Engels. Elektriciteit is niet geweldig, telefoons laden heel traag op. Er is ook geen koffie te verkrijgen na ontbijt. Verder zijn de kamers prima, voor het bedrag dat ik betaald heb ben ik wel tevreden. Netjes opgemaakte bedden, fijne douche, comfortabele bedden en geen rare geurtjes. Frisse kamer.

Basic rooms with dated furniture but all functional so for a few days you can live with it and the price you pay should reflect that. Good location a few mins from the main shopping street and 10 mins walk to train station and 3 mins to a tram.

Good location close to the city centre. Lovely staff who go out of their way to help.

Three nights. Shower moldy, towels and sheets not pure, heating not working, elevator not working, poor ventilation in the house (toilet smell on the whole floor and rooms), broken mirrors with scotch tape fixed, 15 inch televisions (Notebook size). Housekeeping certainly endeavored but against the basic substance they do not arrive. Is more of a 1-2 star hotel.

Hotel very Justito, during the 4 days the elevator did not work, the cleanliness of common areas is non existent. We had to ask to be cleaned the room the first day. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Nice and simple hotel. Reception is friendly and the service also to you rooms are clean and from the 6th floor a great view.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Aging rooms, useless Wi-Fi in the room, and staff not remotely interested. Would only use again as a last resort if nothing else is available.

A nice, quiet but central location location. Walking distance to most places of interest. We enjoyed our stay there.

Pro: Cheap. Clean rooms and average space. Cons: The Wifi Access is an invitation for trouble. Invalid certificates with no password required is just asking for potential hacking. The room has no minibar and a very old TV. The breakfast is too expensive. There is a construction crane right outside the window which means YOU WILL WAKE UP at 7:30 whether you asked for alarm or not ;)

You get what you pay for. It's an older building and the bathroom, furniture, etc could use a bit of a facelift. Location is pretty good, around the corner from a grocery store, 15min walk in a few different directions will bring you to restaurants/cafes/shopping/waterfront sites.

Very poor experience. The dead bolt on the door did not work. Upon entering the room there was NO toilet paper and 3 kleenex tissues! The shower was filled with black mold and after 3 days of use, I took our glasses down to the front desk to be replaced. After that I turned them upside down and left them in the sink. Not all of their desk clerks spoke English, so complaints/requests were not responded to. Except for the toilet paper — that we received! We will not stay there again.

The location and the price are very good. The hotel itself pretty suffers from lack of care. Also the breakfast is not to be recommended. The staff was nice. Overall the hotel to sleep in order, breakfast should be somewhere else.

Can only join the versions of the below written.
I received early on arrival around 3:00 the room key upon payment of the invoice. When entering the room, I realized that this is not cleaned after leaving the last guest. So fresh bedding and towels were presented by the night Porter me, with the remark that I must refer the bed itself, since he cannot leave his job. A claim with the request for reimbursement of part of the next morning was rejected at the reception because of lack of power. I was pointed out, to complain in writing. On my email was not responding to this day.

Unbelievable!
Despite early, and explicitly free transfer 90% of the costs has been charged. Call remains inconclusive, responding to email is null. That's bottom drawer, classic stupid catch and the very dark side of the force (without cookies). You should do business with such people!

Unfriendly had hours ago 3 waiting room, staff is not able to get the CEO fernsehr from the medieval sheets too small you sleeps on an old cut use mattress many lamps but all too weak to what the see just not quite kosher download.
