Very nice family run hotel, nice ambiance, staff very friendly, highly recommended!

Very quiet rooms and nice and pleasant team. Location also top. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi hardly went and we had some fire false alarms. Still recommended!

When we arrived there were several problems such as the Wi-Fi not working in the rooms and they didn't seem to know anything about the free travel card that was offered on the website when I brought these up they were quick to try and dismiss me. However when I brought proof of the free card they gave it to me and apologized the receptionist also reset the router and the Wi-Fi was working again since then I've had no problems with the staff. The beds are soft and comfortable but the pillows were not and seemed almost empty. The biggest problem was that for the whole hotel there was one toilet and from our rooms we had to walk outside and into the main building to reach it. A cat also lives in the hotel but is not advertised anywhere and although I was promised she didn't go in the rooms whenever I was around the hotel I could feel my allergies affecting me. The location however is spot on and a very short walk to Königsallee and the old town.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet location, the Kö is practically around the corner. Thanks to the Nice staff and the family leadership, you feel just like at home. Clean rooms with a large and comfortable double bed. Chic bathroom with walk-in shower.
Price-performance ratio is top! You again! .

We have spent with another couple in Düsseldorf as your guests a weekend and were thrilled. The rooms are lovingly furnished, the hosts welcome and friendly, everything is clean, the location perfect.
This all at a great price, there's ' a old and ashtrays on the counter topped with great stories of the senior chief (if you're lucky to meet him, because he was not always is there) — what will you complain about?
OK, the parking garage was a bit cramped for our car, but all around there actually Yes enough parking — so: this is not a negative point.
We come around really much, are guests in all possible star temples with all possible bells and whistles, but this House is something very special in the hospitality industry. Therefore, it is quite certain: Düsseldorf with Hillesheim. Otherwise, we would have to Yes to Cologne. ;-) ).

I had a great (albeit brief) stay at the Hotel and it was great! The staff was very friendly, and the room was IMMACULATE. Shower was also great. It was within a 15 minute walk to the attractions I wanted to see, and easy to find. Breakfast in the morning was also very pleasant — good coffee! All top! Room was very clean, wonderfully warm water came out of the shower. Breakfast buffet was also super fine. The surprise: As a hotel guest you can get free public transport. All in all: very good value for money.

Had booked us for a night in the Hillesheim, our cheap double room had although no private toilet (what was clear from the outset, and we were allowed to use in the hotel), however, was the residence of 1A. Hotel quality to the Hostelpreis. Very friendly staff, top breakfast, and at a top price! Advantage is also the ticket for the public transport included in the price.

Hey that was really a surprise! We had read the reviews though, but were sceptical, but only at the price. On the contrary, very friendly, very modern and clean room and a really good breakfast.

I would book again and again the Super Central and yet quiet hotel.
