Wonderful breakfast 🐣 small pool but very cozy and clean.

Sleeping in a room next to an elevator. It is very noisy, you can hear the elevator goes up and down every minutes. I cannot sleep. I found a review about noisy room next to elevator from 2017, it means the hotel doesnt take any serious action about the noise of the elevator.

Poor customer service and not worth the money paid!

Love this place, clean and cosy room, very spacious, staff was friendly and helpful.

Within sight of the S-Bahn, it is easy to get places. Breakfast was superb. Room was modern and clean but not enough unswitched plugs to charge with lights off.

Very nice hotel. Full service, swimming pool, bar, lounch area. Very friendly staff and the inhouse restaurant "Arnolds" was amazing. I never had such a silk soft Wienerschnitzel :) The hotel is located close to the U-bahn, a tram system which will transport you in a few minutes to Central Station area.

Great hotel, with well decorated bedrooms. Nice pool and sauna. Nice location too. Just a tram-ride away from Altstadt.

The hotel is beautifully made in the entrance area, but already with the elevator you notice that it has partly come a little in the years. The rooms are spacious U d nicely furnished, but the sockets on the bed only work when the lights are switched on and the TV program is partially absent. Nice paint but unfortunately not convincing in detail.

Excellent 4-star hotel, strategically located between Dusseldorf airport and downtown, with good transport conbections. Comfortable, quiet rooms, top staff and a pleasant ambience. Good value too.

Beautiful hotel. Walking distance from the train pick up point and easy walking to the Old City in Duessdorf. Would highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff are wonderful and the breakfast is excellent. You have more food and breads then you could want. Just fabulous.

A nice, clean hotel just off the waterfront.

The Room was very clean A Lot of kindness on the part of the staff prepared and with a great level of English. The bar is well stocked; The restaurant is a little pricey. Don't miss the pool and the gym.

I started there for business. The room I got was spacious and reasonably clean. There was free Wi-Fi, which was nice. It was also fairly quiet. And the breakfast bar was phenomenal. Overall it was quite good compared to other business hotels in the same price range.

Clean and elegant Hotel. I can't provide a description of the rooms or the restaurant as I was there exclusively for a drink.

We spent four nights at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia. We had a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. This caused me to see differences that I found strange. In the room with the single beds there were two pillows and two bottles of water, with a double bed only a total of two pillows and a bottle of water. The problem with the pillow was, even in the middle of the night, easy to fix with the reception.
The rooms themselves were very modern furnished and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also very modern and with a large shower, which did not close completely and thus the floor remained not completely dry. Also, I have to comment negatively that the bathroom door was only a glass door with a large gap.
The hotel also has a small fitness center and a pool with sauna, all very modern and clean! The hotel bar was also good, where one wonders why a beer (0, 5l) is at the cocktails.
The old town is within walking distance of the Rhine promenade in 30 minutes or by train in 7 minutes.
All in all, a modern and nice business hotel in a good location!

With a little skill it is possible to awaken the castle from its Sleeping Beauty sleep.
I travel a lot and therefore regularly sleep in hotels, I know the Radisson e. G. In Frankfurt, so the expectations were high.
When I looked at the hotel before I looked in the navi if I was right because what I saw was old and not really handsome.
The outdoor facilities explicitly the parking lot and the run-down parking garage gave me a bad idea. Holes in the way, dirty facade, bed not maintained and suboptimally signposted.
I walked in with a fluffy gut feeling and greeted a nice friendly lady in a very well-kept reception area. My gaze panned around and I was confused?
How does this contrast program come about?
A very neat well-kept top equipped bar in an ambience that invites you to linger.
Arrived in the room again a positive surprise, a bright stylish room very modern furnished was waiting for me and I looked around. The housekeeping honestly didn't let me do anything that I can complain about! Great job! Toilet and sanitary were 1A, on and under the bed nothing, cupboards on top no dust and all known places were also very well done.
A wish I made too late was also implemented at short notice, and I felt in good hands.
What is strong here in the hotel compared to the competition is the spa area.

Very good breakfast, nice rooms. I didn't like that bathroom door couldn't close. I share room and it was awkward. The rest was very good.

The breakfast is very complete, if you decide to eat in the restaurant the service is very good and the dishes plentiful. Comfortable rooms and ideal temperature to rest, you can regulate the in your single room.

Disastrous they combined a huge fuss with the reservation I had to go to sleep elsewhere only the next day they recognized the mistake and they reimbursed me.

Nice hotel, clean modern rooms, bathroom with toilet but unfortunately only with glass swinging door inadequately separated and after a shower swims half the bath. Breakfast is very expensive with 24 euros. We had an event there, the rooms were nice, the staff mostly friendly. The food I found was below average for such a large hotel. This is much better.
The hotel is accessible to the public, about 10 minutes drive from the central station with U78 or U79. Attention! The Rheinbahn keeps it above ground. The exit with luggage was not quite easy at the stop there.

Very nice Hotel and friendly staff. It is located near the Fair (Messe). The rooms are spacious, clean and well-furnished in a modern style, swimming pool gym and sauna are available. Cozy Lounge, you can eat a good burger. Price not cheap but definitely aligned to the level of the property (breakfast is not included).

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Too bad I couldn't sleep the first night because of a noisy roommate and a lack of soundproofing walls… (otherwise 5 stars) but I was moved to another room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym and the pool is nice to use. And all was very clean. It takes 40 minutes to walk to the centre but that is no punishment. There are several routes to take. Parking at Radisson Blu is to expensive.

The hotel was overall in good condition, clean, tastefully decorated and the staff was very friendly.
However, there is a big minus point for the bathroom door. This was made of frosted glass, could not be completed and offered only a small visual protection. If you are travelling for two, unfortunately there is no privacy.

Very good and clean with nice pool and super gym.

Service was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower left something to be desired. The way the shower door was set up let water go all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was nice, with a location close to a light rail stop!

Reception staff rude! Paid upfront given rooms next to the lift. All I can hear is the lift and the room next door. No point complaining as the staff aren’t pleasant and I don’t trust that they will be helpful. Don’t bother booking here, book the Hilton around the corner instead.

Very good hotel within walking distance, some 15 minutes, from city center. Good communication with metro station at the hotel. Recommended both for business travel and tourists.

It is a great hotel, comfortable and clean, has a professional room services, punctual and outstanding quality. Every time I stay at this hotel, I enjoy staying.

The hotel is ok but don't expect to sleep more than seven in the morning as it is very noisy. You can hear the slamming of the rooms when someone comes in or out, including cleaning. Breakfast is fine and has no bad retirement.

Hotel confirmation outside very inconspicuous. From the inside it is newly refurbished and has a very upscale décor. I ate there. The food was terrific and plentiful.

Does not look great from the outside, but you can tell it used to be a fairly grand place. But it needs a bit of a refurbishment. Room was well appointed, but dated. Breakfast was good. It's location is away from the city centre, although on good transport links.

The room was lovely and clean, very spacious. The bathroom was really nice with a glass door and the shower was really good. The bed was really comfy, got a really good nights sleep out of it.

Planloses, not friendly staff. Documents deposited at the reception for us were not handed out. Room, where the cold smoke is and smells, will be awarded as non-smoking rooms. Supposedly an oversight, but unfortunately in our travel group not an isolated case.

Nice cosy hotel. In room decor was quite Modern. Haven't had a chance to visit the spa and pool as its under renovation.

It is incredible that the hotel in the common areas do not have Wi-Fi for customers of the bar or the restaurant, this is Germany 2014.

I was their guest in July 2013 everything is great although the bar is a little pricy.

Stayed there with my girlfriend over the weekend to visit some friends in the area and Radisson Blu Scandinavia turned out to be a pretty good option: Good location, nice service, clean rooms. Pretty much everything we expected from our experience with other Radisson Blu Hotels. HOWEVER, stay away from the breakfast in RB in Düsseldorf: Very limited, mediocre quality selection, crowds of noisy rednecks in the restaurant (admittedly not the hotel's fault), and obviously REALLY expensive for what you get if you gotta pay extra for the breakfast (it was included in the package for us).

Not the best location, but in a quiet area. 4 stops from the center and a walking distance from the river. I stayed in the standard room, and it was big enough for 2 persons. If I am coming again to Dusseldorf, I'll pick the same hotel.

Nice Hotel. Fair and city center are well areall. Rooms are small but fine. The bathroom was unfortunately somewhat heruntergewohnt and impractical, but the only point of criticism should remain. Staff very friendly and helpful, food is perfect (! ). Big Spa ok. We have 3 nights comfortable.

Pretty embarrassing. In the Radisson Hotel, there are far and wide, either in the Restaurant or as room service or in the seminar rooms a single bottle of diet coke. If you consider what you are there to make money and not even diet coke (or Zero) in the offer, you have to get the competence in question. At — 10 degrees, I am then 300 metres to the kebab stall, to my Cola to buy. I felt like in the hostel.

Look for the inside to completely overloaded dumpster. Tasteless.

A super Hotel. The newly designed rooms are Fun. Great Breakfast. And service-oriented staff. Only the gym could be equipped better (for example, other devices, TV or at least Radio/music).

I'm a very frequent traveler and most of the time I'm choosing Radisson Blu hotels. In most cases, I have a pleasant stay (the ones in Frankfurt and Cologne are very good! ) — everything's fine. Not this time. The building, the furniture, the bathrooms — everything there is old, ugly, worn-out — just crappy. It's worse than every Holiday Inn I know — which means quite a lot. The garage is next to the Hotel — which means you have to walk there (~200m) — come rain or come shine. The staff is neither competent nor friendly. I really would NOT recommend this hotel.
