Promise of free upgrade of the room will not be kept.
Lounge access to the Junior Suite is not possible.
Junior suite with heavily soiled couch and mini-bar.
Mould infestation in the shower area.
Hotel luggage trolley heavily soiled.
Interior no longer up-to-date.
Only the breakfast restaurant and the hotel bar are attractively designed.
As a Hilton Honor Gold member, this hotel is very disappointing and does not reflect the usual standard of Hilton hotels worldwide. The reviews of this hotel show that the problems shown have been known for years and are not remedied.
How long does Hilton Germany want to watch this management?

Due to coronavirus — Prowein was cancelled. And hotel is keeping deposit and not allowing any rebooking. Horrible decision by management. Do not ever stay at this hotel nor recommend it. When Prowein is rescheduled I will stay elsewhere and highly recommend to anyone and everyone to NOT use this hotel — EVER. Hilton Diamond desk could not help either. Best I can do is post on every social media site how hotel is treating this issue.

On the positive side, the staff and the Breakfast. After a lot of Positive a, the entrance area incl. Bar and the Breakfast room is so loud that you feel like you are in a train station. Exorbitant room rates during the fair time, no free Wi-Fi in the room, that there is such a thing for today's time, I would not have thought of. And actually 15 euros per day is a joke. And high Parking costs are part of it.

Great Hotel, nice double room and the food is very tasty.

I liked it very well. The room is very nice and sufficiently large. The bathroom could be a bit bigger, but everything was great and clean! very well equipped! And the Breakfast leaves no wishes open, everything very tasty.

I was upgraded to a junior king suite, it was spacious and lovely. I was just above the executive lounge, which was nice and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There are taxis waiting away all times. If you're in Dusseldorf, I recommend this hotel.

My favourite hotel. Main advantages: close to the airport, close to the Rhein embankment (cool morning promenade is guaranteed), comfortable rooms, nice staff, good breakfasts. There is a great option called "executive lounge": you don't need to worry about dinner or having a snack/drink because all this is available in the lounge. We always order this option during our stay in Dussseldorf. By the way there is a nice GYM 24hrs open. I recommend this cozy hotel in Dussseldorf.

Very nice hotel in the business district. Staff is very friendly helpful. The breakfast was really good, lounge food too. Room service doesn't work so great after 12am. Views to the outside are not too interesting. Decor is starting to look dated, so some refurbishment in a year or two is recommended (though everything is in top shape). There's also some few parking spaces available on the streets around, in case needed.

Nice hotel. Plenty of outdoor parking, Ideal ifbin a van. Check in was slow, as was checking out. Not enough staff. Breakfast good, and nice executive lounge, if you get access. I took meals outside, much cheaper. Follow team line away from town. Great place next to florist.

Large Hilton, with dated interior. Lots of Chinese travel groups and busses as well as stranded passengers from cancelled flights make the place extremely crowded. There is little or no recognition of Hilton Honors Status, this Hilton is the only one I know that only allows access to the executive lounge for Dismond members. As a gold member there was no upgrade or treat. Very positive is the restaurant with really good food, apart from regular hotel cuisine. Location is also very central.

I do not think the rooms deserve the cost. Especially the bathroom is very small and looks old. There is a curtain in the bathroom to separate from the toilet side. I was surprised to see something like this in a Hilton. Also the water closet seemed to be placed between the bathroom and the tap by force in a very small area. If the bathroom is renewed the hotel can deserve 1 more star. Regards.

It's worth it because of the staff alone. Nice, friendly and always helpful. No matter how much is going on right now. I always like to come here.

Like many Hilton in Europe, this one is a bit dated and would need a makeover in both style as well as technology. The air conditioning is extremely noisy so it needs to be turned off during the night — fortunately it is possible — but then the heat strikes back! The hotel isn't too far from the airport and there are a few restaurants and bars around. The hotel restaurant itself is quite good, I had a local speciality for dinner. If in a rush or just lazy after a long day, it will be perfectly fine.

Ätzender a Business event. Single large area vor thi s purpose was quite impressive. Orientation was good. Made my way in One shot.

Hotel which has aged badly and does not match the Hilton standard. I felt like the elevator was crossing my room. Bathroom from another era. Restaurant OK.

We had a wedding arranged in Hilton, Dusseldorf on 14 April. The staff, place, and food all exceeded expectations. In particular, I would like to thank the Convention Team members for their kindness, professionalism, and courtesy, and point out Sandy, Lora, Adnan, and Kris who made that occasion very memorable for us.

Good as a conference hotel. The doors of the meeting rooms, however, are very noisy during the automatic fall. That sucks.

We were on a training course here.
The service was great. The catering was tasty and tasty. But the Kuchenbūffet was the hammer. I have never seen such a beautiful and delicious Kuchenbūffet. With a lot of love and a feast for the eyes.
I'll remember that for a long time.

Decent Hotel, especially the lobby area, my room was a bit "tired"… no free water in room (ice machine in corridor? ) and as usual silly snacks, drinks (Dusseldorf as as a whole) are triple the price in room.

The Hilton Dusseldorf is a great location to attractions and restaurants we stayed 2 nights and was not disappointed. The train station is right around the corner but if you feel like walking, you can walk to most of the attractions. The executive lounge was on point Offerring top shelf liquor and great tapas, but the highlight was the breakfast buffet which was outstanding offering a variety of items including an omelet station which I hate my egg whites daily. The staff was so helpful and accommodating which is all the reasons why we love the Hilton brand.

The room has already been in the years. The air conditioner did not work properly. The room had a very dry air but was still not cool. Because the window was only adjustable to "tilt". It was not possible to let air in from outside. In the bathroom we found mold and the bathroom door had to be replaced years ago.
Since mini bar was plentiful including me for 14 days expired yogurt.
That we had to deposit 50 euros per day, or Alterntiv a credit card I found unusual and frankly also rude.
Unfortunately more "sham than being".

The hotel is located outside the city centre. The station (Theodor-Heuss-Brücke) of the subway is about 500m away.
The journey to Heinrich-Heine-Allee (Old Town) takes about 15 minutes. To the old town we walked along the Rhine about 45 minutes.
Our room was quite small and stayed. The bathroom needs a renovation.
The breakfast was very clear. Of choice, but tasty.

It was ok place, nice lounge, good restaurant, but needed to check and call for the points with Honor account. Don’t like to control.

Good hotel. The rooms are spacious. The bed super comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Free parking. Underground parking at an additional cost.

Have celebrated there prom, was really a very nice evening. The food was delicious, the drinks cold and plentiful at any time. The room was large and sufficient for our vintage with about 100 people + Appendix.

We visited the large conference room for a company celebration with about 1000 employees. The Hilton Hotel is well equipped and very well maintained. There was plenty of space available and the staff was friendly too.

The name Hilton and what you associate with it does not come to the hotel unfortunately.
But because everything I needed was available and the food was really good and also the breakfast was very good so I give 3 stars.
As for the offensive service readiness and cleanliness in the hotel, there is still air to the top. In the wardrobe I first wiped dust.
Thus also in the price-performance ratio not on full score.

Excelent. One of the best hotels I've been in Dusseldorf. Got internet connection, good rooms, good food and staff.

Can't understand the 5 star reviews… We now know the 10 the Hilton Hotels and this one we will not find again. Let's start positive: The Service, the staff and especially the Breakfast are insanely good! Just the Breakfast is a dream, and as we it from other Hilton Hotels and have learned to love… The rooms themselves are mediocre: clean, but old-fashioned… so totally okay. Bad we found the "Spa"area. Those who book a Hotel because of the Sauna, you should not check in to the Hilton Düsseldorf. Cold Means (4! ) in an uncomfortable barren room, towels and cups for water constantly (were missing 3 days at different times there). It will not look regularly after the procedure… Sorry but the Sauna without a towel is not cool. Everywhere, the mini-Shampoo/shower gel flying bottle of rum… There is a Sauna and a Sanarium, these are good for up to 6 people quite suitable. But a Sauna means relaxation for me and if you have to stand in a queue for a lounger or a towel is said discreetly : stupid.

For a Hilton the decor is rather old (I guess mid nineties). Got an excellent night of sleep though, so main objective was achieved.

Large hotel complex with friendly staff. The rooms are pleasantly large and you can also work well there. The bathroom is large, modern and clean. This also applies to the rest of the room. Negative to mention are the outrageously high parking prices, I am always amazed that a hotel for this so asked to checkout, especially as this should actually belong to the service. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and fresh on request is also a freshly prepared one.

Service is "typical Hilton" — conference starts 9:00, coffee/breakfast is built from 9:10. Technology does not work. Entertainment is average. Service behavior friendly. The room without window, from noon, half of the participants complains about headache due to the bad air in the room (from the old Beamer, which stands directly in front of the participants).

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is great. The procedure for wlan however is not very user friendly. For free wlan you have to register to their honors program (for free), in addition to getting a new code at the reception every day. There are better ways to do that… Overall still a superb hotel ;-)

Great hotel friendly staff like that it has a bar but it is not that close to some stuff like old town but it's 5 min from the airport!

When I think of Hilton, I immediately think of quality but so it is no more. The hotel looks like a home from the inside on the corridors. Also the room, and the bathroom was not really clean and that was nothing you forgot about but was not made longer like sticky dust on the makeup mirror and a defective mirror lamp. The shower head was defective and toilet paper was also not available. That was a clean-up.

In the hotel restaurant Max You experience a wonderful fish meal. Buffet and then still grilled fish. Delicious and very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

I have not stayed at the hotel but have gone for the second time to the hotel for a festival. There are many conference/event rooms on the ground floor and 1st floor, spacious, well-conditioned and quite pleasant.

Nice but the staff at the front desk of and proved rude and incompetent.

The hotel has a clean lobby and bar, but the seating is a bit old and creaky. The room overall was okay, but the bathroom is very small with a rundown shower stall. Black spots on the grout showed it's age and to top it all off my shower never got above lukewarm. My experience did not match my colleagues as their showers were toasty hot. The bed while having fresh linen was akin to sleeping on cement blocks. Fine for an evening stay but look elsewhere for anything longer.

Clean room. Location not very good. Need to take tram to town. About 15 mins. Nearby got a supermarket, a Vietnamese restaurant, a burger restaurant and also Italian pasta restaurant.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The 1st time I arrived at the reception the staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The location is bit far than the center. Overhaul it is a beautiful hotel and I do recommend it.

Perfectly clean rooms and lobby. Decent fitness room. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a supermarket. 10mins 20 euro taxi to airport.

Nice hotel to stay at. Location is out of the way of the downtown area, so be aware of that if you're planning a visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The staff was friendly, and the accommodation were fantastic considering the prices of the area hotels.

Very closed to the airport. The neighborhood is quite residential: few restaurants, pubs and kind of things. Rooms are ok for business purposes, otherwise fare is too expensive. People is efficient but not that nice.

Not up to the price.

The first time I was here… They upgraded me. And… When I went to the bar… I simply mentioned that I was hungry… And lo and behold… The bar manager… And bartender… Hooked me up with sushi… And oysters… And a taste sampling of several local spirits. Good lord… I want to live and work here…

Pretty decent Hilton. Interior of the rooms is a bit old fashioned. A lot of brown/beige colors — not my taste. Friendly staff overall clean and pleasant.

Look elsewhere… Worth it at maybe half the price. There's nothing much around it.

Stayed for the Japan day festival and it's location is very convenient. It's an exit off the highway and just far out to be quiet. If you need to get to anywhere the metro is right down the street. Rooms were clean and comfortable and service was very friendly.

It was a room full of people and no aircon there. It wasn't realy comfortable. The Food was Great and there was always a good service.

After attending only a conference, there is nothing to really complain about. Everything was clean and sorted, only the beverage supply could have been better from the start, but nevertheless, it was corrected later. The food was of good quality and taste. So, everything was as good as expected from a European Hilton hotel.

Excellent ovrall experience. Wonderfully clean room, friendly staff, and about 5 min from Rheinbahn public transit.

Good German Christmas dishes, a whole roasted goose leg meat + two + two goose breast German potato balls + a + toasted almond baked apples mud and sugar chestnuts several, but calf loin salad a bit smaller (Japanese style), the next table some amazing lamb chops look like. Breakfast very good, is to serve a little bit slower, but still acceptable.

We were there yesterday to "Boston Fish Market".
Including I understand something else!
The selection was really poor.
There were 4 kinds of fish, a sushi buffet, which was not refilled, a salad bar, which had nothing to do with fish and a few oysters. There were shrimp, already at 20:30 from were.
Where are the seafood? It lacked crustaceans, fish salads, caviar, clams, and various Varitionen that definitely should be represented on a price €48 on a Fischmart in my opinion!
The expectations were great and were unfortunately in no way meets.
The tuna Tartar was good and the service was very nice.

Very unfriendly, dirty rooms, for the € parking 24 hours 23 extra demand.

Members of the staff are very kind and friendly. Rooms were big and comfortable. The part I enjoy best is that you can borrow a bike and go into town. You can see the lovely park alongside the Rhine.

Friendly staff that bickering allows a car Exchange out of turn without much. Other station have responded since different with me.

Nice hotel but the rooms are quite small, especially the bathrooms.
