The room was a bit stuffy, would've liked a fan at least. Despite that it was a nice room with a great bathroom.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was also class and the sauna was also excellent and provided a great opportunity to relax. The rooms were beautiful, but it was generally too warm in the room. It is a pity that there was no air conditioning. Other than that, I was very pleased.

Beautiful Hotel with 2 Lifts and delicious Breakfast buffet. Kettle for Tea and Coffee in the Room. Nearby train station and easily accessible by road and metro or Connecting to the City centre.

Great room, plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and polite. My only complaint, if you can even call it a complaint, is that some of our light switches didn't seem to have a function. All in all, this is a great hotel!

The room was very nice. Everything was better than expected considering the good price offer, and the room and bathroom was clean. The young man (who was now at his job) in the reception was very kind, polite and and nice. Unfortunately, he was the only one in the reception, who made us feel welcome. One lady did not even look up, when we entered and passed her. You can get many points from me with a nice greeting/nod and a smile. The young woman at the breakfast restaurant was very kind and service-minded, and overall the selection at the breakfast buffet was good, tasty and fresh. As I believe I can survive without a smiley greeting, I would definitely considering staying at the hotel again, if I ever return to Düsseldorf.

Heating was no working so the room was freezing! Dirty room and smelly on my arrival and when I asked to change the room they said it was fully booked. The remote control was sticky and the carpet dirty and dusty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was OK, albeit a bit frumpy and stayed. Stains on the chair, dingy carpet and clear signs of use on the wooden elements.
The shower has a faucet that I need to get used to and only a non-ideal shower curtain. Flooding was pre-programmed. Cleanliness is better. There were hairs and dust in several places and in the otherwise empty minibar there was still Anbruchware from the previous guest.
Parking spaces have to be reserved and are rented in an external underground car park 2 minutes walk away. Price Surcharge €20. That's not a little.
Conclusion: Price-performance for the room is OK and the Hotelfür a city trip or short overnight stay is certainly sufficient. For me on business trips, however, no longer an issue.

Breakfast was limited and the not much staff around. Lift is very small. Not impressed.

Je recommande! Really big and nice room. The bathroom was clean. The reception man in the morning was really friendly and funny! The breakfast was good but you need to wake up early to have some pain au chocolat! (French comment)

You will sleep well but to be a 4-star hotel is old and the bathroom is very very narrow.

Very well placed. With tram in several directions everything is easily attainable. All-City Boat Fair etc.

Ideally located in Dusseldorf, great bar across the way. Room clean and tidy and staff very good.

Service was very nice. Friendly staff. The hotel looked old inside and not so luxurious. The elevator was very small and is not meant for two people with suitcases. Don't keep your bags in your back while standing in there or you'll be pushed by the doors. Location was good, around 15 minutes walking from the main station and around the same for the centre. I was ill during my stay, went to first aid. The hotel offered to pay for the taxi costs.

Too noisy in the room. You can hear everything and with the workers outside you can hardly sleep from 7:00 in the morning. The breakfast is nice with nice and helpful staff. The room is clean and comfortable so I recommend the hotel if you don't like sleeping in the mornings.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is quite fine. Unfortunately, my room is very frumpy. The furniture is by no real shower just a bathtub in which one can stop also. I'm not going to book again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room clean and breakfast was also great. We would spend another weekend there.

Super nice staff, unfortunately the cleanliness in my room has not been so great. Small dust heaps on the door hinges and how the mirror looked after the shower unfortunately does not show such a good picture. The hotel itself is okay and recommended.

Dirty room, noisy environment, dead animals on the window sill dust on the sockets of MDST 1 year, hair on bed and toilet seat, furniture part broken. 4 stars were probably bought or so… Never again!

Not even one star is justified! Last year we were there in December, so far as well. In January, all of them has been charged, incl. The payment confirmation. And now you rush me to a debt collection company on the neck, because, allegedly, was not paid. All the evidence incl. Debit. On Mails will be responded neither by debt collection companies. Reportedly is overwhelmed with your accounting heilos. And I have the all the effort for something that is absolutely not justified! You should log in next time, still none of that goes to my lawyer.

Lovley Hotel. Very kind staff. The construction just outside woke us early.

Definitely not a 4 star. Walls paper thin, you can hear every word of the neighbors. Mattress one-sided. No TV channel is free of Interference. Lamp in the bathroom is so warm, that you can't stand underneath it. A sleep is a night of…

Nice rooms, though not real big. Not too far from Altstadt.

A very cosy hotel, great breakfast buffet, rooms are spacious and very clean, a very friendly staff, a very good value for money we are using this hotel for more than 10 years now.

Rooms were well equiped, with good Wi-Fi spots. In the summer time rooms in upper levels may be too hot. Breakfast options were modest, though might be enough. Takes about 20 min to get to Konigsallee by foot. Going that direction can find Lidl. Nearby restrongs are few. Better restaurant options are in the river and Konigsalle area. For the hotel service itself would give higher rank, but basicaly location and neighbourhood is less attractive. Attached picture from the window.

Negative: Disorganized arrangements with the Rhine tower. The Breakfast was nothing special. Have never eaten such tasteless fruit here in the fruit basket in the room. Toilet flush runs after use and requires a few Tricks. Bath had let in some water in the room. The goal in the paid Garage was broken! Staff at the gate has open, you refused to and you had to drive back in reverse (despite the cars behind) the whole strud… elartige exit. A Insolence. Service door directly to the Buffet and therefore very uncomfortable. You also get fast the door against the shoulder hit. For sensitive or older people is certainly worse. The room design was great for the price probably okay. Positive: Flexible bookings, discount at the Rhine tower, delicious and sufficient water in the room, Sky available, comfortable bedding, a bathtub in the room, fair price, nice Service. Sufficient power sockets, free W-LAN. Dirty and the only free table was covered without a note as quick as a flash. Conclusion: Very nice view from the Rhine tower, with reasonably good food. I would like to have a choice in the corresponding Rhine tower, better catering and less hectic Service. Price nice package, with a visit to the tower. However, the Hotel is more than appropriate and wouldn't be my first choice. Anyone looking for a nicer atmosphere at home is wrong here. Nevertheless, I have the view in the tower fascinated, and I will visit again.

Room was on floor, where everything was und er construction. Very strange people working there.

Hotel with small rooms without air conditioning, no nearby drinking restaurant, with fire sirens at night.

Very nice, helpful staff. Very rich breakfast, big rooms. Had the arrangement in conjunction with the dinner at the Rhine Tower. Very, very nice. Only downside, €20, 00 for the underground car park at the hotel.

Have business, spent the night and found the stay rather bad: The staff is simply overwhelmed. Parkgarange the Hotel is located 3 streets away (against Parkaufpreis 15€/day). In the room on the window sill was a dead moth that apparently been there for a long time. The room has nothing of a sophisticated equipment. Breakfast was also not quite good. I will in the future the Hotel avoid.

We got a promotional price of 47 EUR for a double room incl. Breakfast. But even the normal price would have been appropriate. Our room was small but adequate, the mattresses comfortable (which is always a matter of taste), and is otherwise expedient. The disadvantage from my point of view was that the room for Fürstenplatz out something loud was: who here in the summer with the window open sleep, earplugs should already have it. The Garage is located around the corner, and a Parking space costs 15, — /day. The Breakfast I found completely okay, and the staff was very friendly. For what we paid was the equivalent of sensational.

Was already 2 times as very friendly. Super rooms. All the best. Further, this was not the last visit.

Cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. There is no direct access from the underground Parking of the Hotel. The Breakfast is a a dirty table, glasses for juices on demand, wherein the Breakfast itself is ok.
