My wife and I have stayed several times at the Ameron Hotel Regent Cologne and have to say that we are thrilled every time. Class service, clean, large rooms, pleasant atmosphere, super tasty and great breakfast buffet. And that all City-Nah. For us in Cologne only this hotel is possible. Please carry on the same way.

Excellent staff. Very friendly, a rebooking due to an accidental misbooking was no problem, very friendly and courteous service. The hotel is friendly, with direct access to the city. I will stay there for the 3rd time and can highly recommend the AMERON Hotel!

It’s the first time I stayed here and I would certainly come back. The staff was very friendly and professional, the spa and fitness area absolutely clean and well maintained and the room was super comfortable. Definitely worth a stay! Great value for money.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything clean. Service was also very nice. The breakfast is really good (until 12 o'clock). S-Bahn less than 3 minutes from the hotel. If I ever come to Cologne again I would choose this hotel again. (July 2018)

Great service by the staff who were happy to help at any time. Clean and comfortable rooms conveniently located near the tram for access into the city.

The Regent is a pleasant hotel. Really coherent everything. Friendly employees who also act professionally. Spacious and very well maintained room. Rich breakfast, good location. Easy to reach and centrally accessible to the city centre. I like to come back there.

We were a weekend there. From the reception we were welcomed friendly and with chocolate. The rooms are very spacious and the bed very comfortable. A flat-screen TV and a well-scented shower gel is one of the Standard. The Breakfast is a dream that leaves nothing to be desired. Also, the Service always attentive. The transport links in the City, S-Bahn directly in front of the door. To recommend only.

At the meeting in the hall there was unfortunately no intermediate of cold and hot, one heard noise from the neighbouring room. Sanitary rooms clean. The lunch buffet was not sumptuous, but quite sufficient. Then a delicious coffee in self-service from the full machine machines and the meeting continued — relaxed stay.

Great hotel, breakfast has everything your heart desires, very friendly staff, like to come back. The only thing for small people is a mango, the exit from the tub as it is very high. Kudos also to the cleaning lady.

Visit in the context of an official event. Service was very good, the premises very clean and equipped with good media technology. The buffet lunch was varied and delicious. Also suitable for vegetarians.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was huge and everyone could really find something!
Not so good was the lounge at night, because someone has clearly used too many incense sticks, you could barely breathe. And the shower head is always to the side when used Umgeschwungen because it could not be tightened.
All in all but still recommended!

I stayed with my mother for 3 days at ameron and everything was perfect!

A class hotel with high quality facilities and well insulated windows. You can sleep and eat calmly and comfortably. Also the evening beer is very good at the bar!

Located only 10min from the city centre it's an amazing location to discover the city from. The rooms feel very luxurious and the spa is amazing.

I am several times a year at Ameron Köln and look forward to the stay every time. The atmosphere and clarity of the hotel is very appealing as the holiday begins from the first minute.

We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good there was something for everyone. It is not close but easy to reach with the tram. We loved the hotel and we recommend it to everyone else.

Nice hotel, stylish furnishings, very nice staff, good food. The room is very modern, the beds comfortable and everything was clean. Moreover, despite the location by train it is fast in the centre! The only drawback is the but somewhat expensive parking spaces. We would love to come back.

Very good overall, apart from the exorbitant price of breakfast 20 €/person! And parking is not given either.

18€ per night parking is a joke. Customer service at Restaurant is terrible and amateur for 4* hotel. (Dinner) Food acceptable when You actually get it (waiters never rememeber full order). Reception desk super Nice and friendly. Cleaning service top notch. Improve your waiting Staff and kitchen please.

Great location next to transport, free Wi-Fi and a great bathroom and beds. All in all, perfect for me.

It is a little bit far from the center, but well connected with the means. The hotel is very host, and in the rooms there is really nothing missing.

Also the location is good, although it is not in the direct Center of the city. The S-Bahn is not far away. Well, I found expensive the car park in the hotel.

Great room, super comfortable beds and pillows, nice showers, I slept like a baby! Reception was helpful and kind and they were so nice to store our bikes for us securely. They can sell you a day pass on public transport for 12.5 Euros which covers up to 5 people in one ticket — genius! I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. I did have dinner at the hotel restaurant and the pasta was not al dente, so maybe head into one of the great beer halls in town and have some sausages or schnitzel or some porky delight instead.

We were during a Silvesterpakets in this Hotel in Cologne is housed and it has us very well fallen; the rooms were very nice, the bed heavenly and the Breakfast plentiful; all in all is this hotel very recommendable in a city, the us didn't like.

For this year's carnival I was looking for an attractive Hotel with a good location, but not in the crowded centre. The Ameron Regent surprised me by a very smart Appearance, spacious rooms, a great view with a bit more night and always friendly staff. Internet / Wifi so as it should be: no frills Sign up and fast connection. The Highlight of the Breakfast was that for a small fee delivered to your room. So it will be a worthwhile recommendation for the next Cologne-stay.

Good location, excellent beds, extensive Breakfast menu, nice Service, deductions's for the window not to open (standard room) and the ventilation on all night, also the Breakfast room is quite small, which to a certain volume level. For short stays very suitable.

City Centre via tram 1 series accessible – caution, the stop "Aachener str / Gürtel" has several tracks separated from each other for arrival spatially by and departure direction city center — the stop is Hay market downtown including DOM good walking distance.

Have here my parents had billeted and was amazed by the Nice and friendly service of the staff there. My parents had a class time and also like to come back! :).

Great hotel with a beautiful view on the upper floors. Sauna was doing I could but do not use (no time). The breakfast price is outrageously high (€18). For Wi-Fi, you pay extra (4, €5 per hour), also parking costs (1, 5€ per hour, Max € 15). The room prices are okay.

The breakfast buffet is ok. A bit small, but ok. DieSachen that were found were ok. Very fancy House itself has become. Very attentive and friendly. The chefs can fill the buffet übriegends even smile. It's part of the show. Y

I have a business trip at the Best Western Hotel Regent in Cologne and stayed the night. There, I have the room 110. Unfortunately, I have only noticed too late, that it is a behindertenfrundliches room, with appropriate amenities. It is such offers for those Affected, there is certainly positive, however, I like the atmosphere of a nursing home not because I have no physical infirmity have. There is no reasonable shelf at the sink, the faucet is very low and it is a problem with the IR control of a private Zahnbecher properly fill with water. When using the shower broke de hose and the already towels were wet. I had previously already once in this Hotel and stayed the night. At that time I had a kind of "folding bed", which I also for this hotel class incongruous feel. The price for the Breakfast is 17, 00 Euro outside any Reasonable pricing. The use of W-LAN is available in many Hotels already free. Here 8, 50 EUR. The staff at the reception are very nice and friendly, that Hotel I like, however, not at all. Maybe the hotel management time in different rooms, themselves, are Probeschlafen to defects to identify. I will on my next visit in Cologne at least a different place to stay looking for.

It´s a very nice and beautiful hotel but if u have kids u are not welcome. The children channels never work. I had to call someone to repare every day (! ). But the bad thing is: of course very small children throw sometimes cookies on the floor. The cleanning woman screammed loud with me I n front of everybody (! ) and when we wanted tpay to leave, we had to pay extra 50 euros (! ) because there were cookies on the floor. And they told us nothing before. The director of the hotel said that "its is not normal" to have cookies on the floor. It´s a boy with 1 year and 4 months! NEVER AGAIN.

Modern furnished rooms with parquet floors rather than a dirty carpet. Shower very spacious. Class Service: Accidental double-booking has been detected, the things in the room were forgotten, were from the staff lifted (and would also be sent to can). Connection to the city centre with the train directly opposite the hotel.
