Super nice here right to switch off and relax. Very very quiet here.

I love the atmosphere and the surroundings Perfect for a long walk.

So I wasn't in the hotel, I just used the archery course there! But at first glance I wouldn't want to live/stay there myself! It looks like it's had the best days!

Absolutely suitable for a family holiday.
The rooms are equipped with everything to feel comfortable. The outdoor facilities are very family friendly, and the location is very nice.
We also had a lot of fun every day in the pool of the hotel.
From the outside it's quite a block, but it's worth a closer look, as with so much else.

Very easy reservation. The apartment that was rented was clean and tidy. Appropriately equipped. Parking available both in front of the residential building and underground parking. Very friendly staff. Pricing is appropriate.

At first I thought, oh man, what did you book there that building outside reminiscent of earlier. When you came in into the building, everything was different, very tidy and clean, super nice staff and the prices in the bar etc. Normal
My apartment was very nice and I had a beautiful view of the countryside. A huge respect for the workers in the swimming pool, who were actually responsible for everything and sacrificed their free time for the holidaymakers.

Apartments were ok. 2rooms, parlour, bathroom, small kitchenette.
Everything was clean. Mattresses, however, were totally bad. Total mies slept. Otherwise, everything necessary there. Vacuum cleaner defective. Would have liked to have sucked The 2 Tower already look quite shabby on the way. The best days are over. On the upper floors you have a great view. Parking is there enough. For dog owners quite well there. Animals allowed. Forest everywhere. Bath with tub. Pots, cutlery etc is there. Book a prize performance there again.

Cozy. Large kitchen with a small bathroom and sleeping skimmed. A bit of the years.

Mit dem Auto ist fast alles erreichbar. Einkaufen kann man aber nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt weiter in braunlage. Alles für den Preis super gepflegt. Gerne wieder.

A hotel that has come into the Years. A lot of things get mixed up. So our room was booked twice. We booked with duvet cover and towels. Where a pillow cover was missing. What can Happen. However, since the reception is not always open and not long, questions can sometimes take place. There is another office with opening hours, but we have not tested it. If you come with many people and stay for several days, you should bring your apartment toilet paper. One to two reels are provided from Home. The swimming pool can not be viewed as one is immediately justified, that it is not a "fun bath", but only a small bath for swimming. The rooms are 80 years of charm and with us there was an extra door behind the dining table. What should not happen in the present time is that you can rent a room with internet connection and then just down in the lobby is Internet. Some holiday guests met and then all had the same problem that there was no internet in the Rooms.

We have been there 3 times in 4 months, and thought at the first time God we are right here, but you have to say we are very happy with the hotel.
The staff is not an arschleg staff but direct and friendly.
The first 2 times we had the room in the 2nd skyscraper which was ok for the price, at Walpurgis night we wanted to have the best room and were not disappointed it was all great.
The restaurant is not bad, eating well the female service was not so great.

Cheap Hotel. Well suited for families. Swimming pool and games room in the hotel. A large playground and a mini golf course in the outdoor area. In winter, a great Rodelberg is just behind the hotel.

Horrible customer service! Called the hotel to confirm my reservation. The woman who answered the phone just said "write email". I asked for her name — she said no. Asked for a supervisor or a manager, she just dropped the phone! I have called again. This time she says "No English". Dying to arrive and see what the rest of the service is like.

From the outside rather not so great. But inside… Great. Beautiful Apartments.

The location on the outskirts of the village on the toboggan slope and close to hiking trails is ideal. Beautifully quiet.
In the terrace apartment, however, not everything was in good order. After the first day, we noticed the following:
— was cleaned only clean. Thanks to our children, we found that traces of the previous users could be clearly seen under furniture.
— no Wi-Fi
— Refrigerator defective. Either exhibit or freeze…
— various lamps or lamps defective
— the slats of the slatted frame simply fell out of a bed.

3 stars for the location, children's playground, small toboggan run right next to the hotel. Swimming pool is included. One star deduction for old furniture and one star deduction for misrepresentation on the Internet. We had a tube TV instead of an LCD TV.

The apartment was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Very good location, great area, great for tobogganing, great playground.

The view is bombastic and scenic, the grounds are very quiet. The apartments are functional and partly frumpy. Differ in part but strong. It's not bad for me. Negative are just a few little things here and there, among others. The cleaning condition is well. All in all but fair price performance model. Even if the plant is only limited in what can, but the dog owners can not run 10m with their dogs in the forest, which annoys. In the case of snow all 2m yellow spots can be seen. Is unfavorable with small children. So after "do not eat yellow snow, because it is not a lemon sorbet". This is so disgusting that I'm pulling a star for this. And as I said 10m further is the forest.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool, child friendly and cooler Rodelberg next to the house. However, everything is a bit outdated and inhabited.

When I saw the two slabs of skyscrapers, I was afraid. But it didn't get any better inside either. Where it was better, however, was in the room. That was modern. The view was nice. Cleanliness was okay.

Great place with a gorgeous and service team!

The apartments are all very different, both in equipment and in price. We always had a lot of luck. If you don't mind the skyscrapers and don't need a lot of evening entertainment, this is the place.

We stayed 4 days in a nicely-cleaned apartment on the 16th floor with a magnificent view. Right behind the building is a rodelhang. In the EC you can play billiards, darts and air hockey, the free swimming area is available and a sauna for an additional fee.

We were here on vacation and had one of the penthouses at the top with two families. The price was OK. The view is delightful, especially in good weather and sunrise. The building, however, can be seen from the outside and inside its age. Our apartment was well furnished and equipped. The offer in the house itself is also OK. Swimming is included in the price, the sauna must be paid extra. In the village itself there is a Rodelberg with lift. The nearest ski resort is in brown, about 10-15min by car.

Mooi en schoon appartement. Café en zwembad aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht.

Nice big apartments with a big balcony, the apartments are however very outdated, and haven't been updated since the 80's, that's not really a big problem since you won't spend much time indoors, seeing that Harzen has so much to see. If you're going to stay here remember to bring everything among with you, our apartment had an oven but, no baking trays, the apartment had a toilet but no paper, and so on and so forth. The hotel pool is nice and clean, and the pool staff is very friendly. The hotel staff doesn't speak English, but you can usually get along on your high school German. All in all a nice hotel in need of some renovation, we would like to visit again.

Location and hotel facilities are good. But 70s prefab Sharm and sanierungsbedürftie parking garage.

I've enjoyed this holiday but it's already 2-4 months ago, but 30 years was very great was quite okay except that hair on the bed and in the bath were on arrival. Down in the lobby area there was eating a few slot machines it very tasty, but the Milan left something to be desired but was leckerDas swimming pool was very very cool but money had to settle for the hair dryer bezahlenaber well. The only thing that I found something stupid we had drinks at dinner pay but well.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Fahrstühle sind leider eine Katastrophe. Gutes Essen, toller Rodelhang direkt am Hotel.

I found the stay very pleasant. The food was but it did not especially large varied and there was something delicious for everyone. The rooms were great, there was a kitchen and a bathroom with either bathtub or shower, a CRT TVs from the last century and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms were nice large and brightly lit by large Windows. There was a balcony, which was not very einladent, but asked for this incredibly beautiful views of the sunset. Internet was available but only on the ground floor and nearby the reception in the form of Wi-Fi and costs amounted to € 6 for 20 hours, what completely adequate. The hotel is perfect for people who want to enjoy hiking go and breathe the fresh air of Harz.
