Very Nice place in a Nice setting. My dogs were greeted with smiles and snacks; Perfect!

This is a superb hotel! Rooms are incredible; service is five star; food is delicious! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Theophano. The location is perfect, right in the town square. Rooms were large, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a very old building (note: No elevator), very well restored, nice outside area right on the market square overlooking the historic town hall. The kitchen is also good.

Very Kind, enjoyable breakfast, the rooms are lovely with many details. Good service and a great location to start exploring the surrounding city.

Very nice hotel in timber frame construction. Rooms all very individual, just as the wood construction allows it. The floor is partly quite uneven, which does the charm of the house very well.
The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast and good evening menu. The card is not overloaded with endless food, but also seasonal dishes are offered.

Several Quedlinburg have warned us of the unfriendliness of the house. Nevertheless, we have tried and have been so unkindly welcomed that it is hard to put it into words. Instead of a "good evening" s we were first ignored at the entrance standing. On request, we were very rudely justified and stood up, as 5 employees took care of a seemingly non-functioning cashier.
Afterwards we were told that we could not be used, because despite 3/4 empty seats were busy. We also expected a goodbye or an apology in vain.
Staff.
The hotel Theophano adorns itself with an imperial name, but treats its guests neither as a king nor is it to be settled by its staff in the midfield. In a city of day tourism certainly not endangered, but absolutely unworthy!

This rating refers to the restaurant. It was very busy. That will prolong the waiting time is normal. You should only communicate this. After we sat unheeded for a long time, we asked for the card. Well, we should have gone. We got no cutlery. After that we had to actively ask, the food was already there and became cold. I was wrongly brought a salad and taken away again after some time. That we had to wait for the bill again, then did not amaze us very much. And the food unfortunately did not make up for it. Was greatly overspiced and did not meet our taste.

One of the best hotels I know.
Not everything is perpendicular, there are steps that are not uniform or small windows to the market. But it's uniquely beautiful here.
A place that I will probably return sooner or later.

We were not yet… but have become aware of television. Quedlinburg itself will soon be the target… Architecture Unique Class.

We were here on Easter weekend and I have to say the food was very good. A great Easter card with lamb and kids, on Good Friday a nice fish selection. I had pink fried lammhüfte on a ragout of three beans with bacon, red wine sauce and potato baumkuchen. Unfortunately, the meat was no longer pink, but I exchanged with my wife — she had lamb back, fried in Tramezzinibrotmantel. The piece of meat was very nice pink, very tender and tasty.
The kids had chicken McNuggets, huge portion and the meat was also good quality.
The only real criticism, refers to the extra cost if you want to change a side dish — fries instead of potatoes costs 2, €50 "fee". At the prices of the courts, I do not see why this is so so. Especially since I can't see the value of the consideration, because all the encampments are there.
All in all but recommended.

It was a pleasant stay in the sympathetic room. Very quiet. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant/dinner does not count for the rating, because there would be 5 stars far too much.

-feel-good factor very important — very nice rooms, historic flair, friendly people, no matter if service, operation or reception, but also the Quedlinburg citizens very open, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice little sauna with a wonderful terrace that overlooks the rooftops of Quedlinburg. Moments of happiness are guaranteed.

Very nice hotel. Our room was modern with nostalgic furniture. Although the bed seemed so old and nostalgic, there was an electric bed adjustment. Great. The price of €124 for the double room for 2 people goes OK.

It would seek courtesy, but the operation was relatively rude and uninterested.
The food and drink was fine. Nothing extremely special, but delicious.

Super location in Quedlinburg directly on the market. Nice staff, spacious rooms. Somewhat clairvoyant, breakfast was okay.

We had the opportunity to enjoy a goose menu, really not to outdo a palate, cross, delicate and tasteful!
To do this, wine accompaniment according to the recommendation of the house — simply awesome!

Unfortunately very tough operation. Despite coffee and ice long wait. Collect absolutely unproffesionell.

Apart from the long waiting times and the somewhat awkwardly insecure trainees, you can dine well.

We had a nice weekend. The hotel is centrally located, so that you could explore the entire city center within walking distance. Our room was very well furnished and clean. Through the bank away friendly and helpful service. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious — especially the homemade bread (we bought one for takeaway)! We will definitely come back again.

The food was good. First, we got a little creative and great-tasting snack. The staff was super friendly, but our dessert was forgotten.

The location is beautiful. The restaurant room for expansion.

So, very to common operation even in the late evening just before closing time! We have still get some food which was very tasty. Stylish ambience.

We were guests at the Theophano now twice before and we like it again and again. The hotel is very nice, breathes history in every corner and the staff is really friendly. A note: near the bottom book room who very large or perhaps no longer so good is on foot (there is no lift), which should be. The stairs and the height of many doors show up very clearly that our ancestors were smaller than we! The restaurant at the hotel itself (in the cellar) is unfortunately closed (breakfast and Cafe there but remain in the House). Took his place the Theophano restaurant in the Palace of Salfeldt, a few minutes away from the hotel.

Everything very well and very to recommend. Unfortunately you can not close get a bus, which is sometimes difficult for older people, but this is just so in a medieval town.
