Very conveniently located. S-Bahn around the corner. Flair in the hotel is really good. Breakfast good cut.

Pricey. Bad location. Impersonal. Small rooms.

We booked it for 3 nights.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work.
Sleeping at 35 °C was not nice. When opening the window, it was too loud.
Towels are not only available. (really doof)
Breakfast was good was a lot there.
I wouldn't book again.

Very nice place to stay. Did 4 days here and I really enjoyed my stay in the room but the breakfast is very limited.

Location in S-Bahn near. Room very bright-hearing. When we arrived there were only large double ceilings instead of two single blankets which was not very professional as we were here for business. At breakfast there were waffles which was great otherwise unfortunately only lower average.

Excellent hotel near public transportation. Various food options in the neighborhood too. Friendly reception. Amazing stay.

The rooms are functional and clean. The breakfast buffet is good and sufficient.

Small central hotel … highly recommended for a stay in Hamburg. For Hamburg, correspondence little money is a clean and beautiful hotel. Rooms very simple and nicely directed. Nice staff at reception and bar. If you are looking for a central clean hotel in Hamburg, which, unlike other hotels at the main railway station, is also a little cheaper, I recommend IBIS at the Alsterring near the Stately beker Chaussee train station. From the Chaussee Wandsbeker, you can also reach Hamburg city centre quickly and easily within less than 10 minutes.

Minimalist chic, perfect for a slightly younger audience. Very good mattresses. Rooms are small but super cozy and very clean. The breakfast does not leave any wishes unfulfilled, there is something for everyone. The location is also really good, in the immediate vicinity there is no end to eating options. There is also an S-Bahn station right around the corner.

But the baths are Plastickkabinen. I don't know if this is the case in every room.

Room is quite clean, and the size is appropriate for 2 adults. The bathroom is also spacious enough for comfortable usage. Public transportation, subway/underground is just around the corner. Parking is not free but public parking on the streets are available. Unfortunately, no safe or (free) Wi-Fi in the room. It's only available in the lobby area. Staff in the reception and restaurant area are not friendly at all.

New and neat. Not quite far from Wandsbeker Chaussee S+U. Has a bit confusing corridors layout. The bed in the room with the sleep concept option was nothing special though.

A good solution quality — price for the visit to Hamburg. By train-Metro.

For an overnight stay only a stopgap! Especially the bathroom in the room is a disaster! The door can only be opened and closed with a loud bang! The whole floor is awake! Terribly!

Nice hotel and nice staff. We had a nice and clean room. Price it was ok too. Only the entrance to the parking garage was confusing. Nearby there were small shops and a baker where you could have a delicious breakfast. In the hotel you would have to pay the breakfast at 11 €/person. The subway was also not far away from the hotel, so you quickly came to the city.

Standard Ibis, depending need of location this ok to consider. Recommended more for business stays.

Hi, I stayed at the Ibis Hotel for one night and it was ok so far. I have a shortage though… The room in itself was great as far as the window is in the direction of a train station. That was a little annoying. Breakfast and service were very good!

Basic Hotel, very basic rooms with poor lighting, Front Desk is not very forthcoming, Breakfast good value for money, full of shops and bars within walking distance.

Very good city hotel with good breakfast. As it is very centrally located is especially suitable for a weekend getaway. Located directly at the S-Bahn station.

A convenient Ibis hotel between the airport and the main train station to rest well after a long day of work in the tried and tested Ibisstandard. Cheap and good, Whether it is a varied breakfast buffet or the room rate in the Hamburg-wide comparison, the house is a good choice.

Wonderful breakfast with a bake-it-yourself waffle, yum! Its near to U1, S1 and to buses.

Very friendly reception on Arrival. Also every wish is tried to make Possible. For a city break or short trip to Hamburg to recommend subway and S-bahn station within walking distance in 5 minutes. Even after a tiring day, you can end your day with a beer, wine or coke in the evening at the small bar. All the staff at this hotel from the cleaning professional to the boss very friendly. Breakfast is Ok. There is also a parking space for a fee.

One of the bad hotel I have ever seen in Hamburg. Personal and service is very unfriendly.

Central Location, quiet and clean room, friendly service, good breakfast.

Standard Ibis, sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Die Klimaanlage war zu laut und ich habe deshalb lieber bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig.

A standard Ibis like all other, without charm but without a bad surprise. Good water pressure in the shower and windows that can be opened in large. Very friendly and Francophone reception of one of the staff members.

Not the best Ibis I have seen, the hotel itself is pretty nice, the décor is nice but the room a bit antiquated. The staff on the other hand is very friendly. It is close to the center and public transport.

Good for short stays. Clean rooms although lacking in towels. Good breakfast but for us Italians a little ' dear better get it in the bakery bars nearby.

Ibis unfortunately can be. Motel one and B&B get over… I will no longer pay for plastic room with plastic beds. And $11 for a std breakfast is too heavy. I can do this in the Alex on the Inner Alster Lake for 9 90 better breakfast. Too bad also that my demand for and confirmed desire not done separate beds for rooms with Heiko would.

Quiet hotel ibis 4 stops from sbhan from the Centre of Hamburg and in an area with all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants…)

I've been before in this wonderful hotel. Always very satisfied. Staff very friendly. The rooms very good.

Accepted late notice reservation. But the room was not What I expected for a Hotel of that price. Staff was friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly, we had a chance to turn off the car in a closed parking lot free of charge. The hotel is located directly on a s-Bahn station, so that is also a good connection to the public transport.
The included breakfast was quite good and tasted. The room itself was spacious, the reserved single school in a double room. Also the shower was spacious enough.
The cocktails in the hotel bar were sooo not intoxicating, but since I am eh something spoiled. ;-) I'm considering hotel for more stays in Hamburg again with all in all.

We (2 adults, 1 child) two nights in a hotel were booked between days.
It is a very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, there is something for every taste. The staff is always very friendly and obliging opposed us entered. The rooms are large. The beds were very good and our son had a great bed. All in all we were very happy and like to come again.

And why the hotel has only 2 stars is beyond me. There, I've been to worse 3 star hotels.
The only bad at the hotel is using free Internet which is so abysmally slow. You can not even watch a YouTube video in 360 p without previously before loading it.
You could while offering premium book for €6 per day but it is of me really not worth it.

Friendly! Clean. Good Breakfast Buffet for the price.
