➜ We stayed for a weekend in Hamburg. The rooms were clean and the furniture was fine. A little small and spartan, but absolutely sufficient for a short stay. You don't want to spend the whole day in the room. There is no key or card but a number code to open the room door. I find it very practical. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary now but it tasted good and you had quite enough choice. If you are looking for cheap accommodation and nothing special is expected, the hotel is definitely recommended. The connection to public transport is also positive. In 5 minutes you are on the S-Bahn and thus in 15 minutes almost everywhere. From the city centre/port to the airport.

Friendly staff and friendly welcome. Rooms were clean. Good transport connections through nearby S and U-Bahn. We had a very pleasant stay.

ATTENTION when making a reservation! We called especially beforeto to know exactly how it works at this hotel. We were told so badly that we suddenly stood at the fully occupied hotel without reservation.
Then an expensive taxi ride to the nearest B&B hotel which, quite coincidentally, the same owner still had vacant rooms.
The room there was more expensive. In addition, the kind of "misunderstanding" was ggü. The customers have no consideration, respect and apology.
On the contrary, unfortunately a very unprofessional species on site and by mail. Unfortunately not recommended.
