Very clean and all always very hard that one goes well. Can't say anything negative. I'll definitely be back. Thanks to the sweet little lady at the reception for the service.

Good place during travel no far from a1. Clean. Parking. But train station no far so keep Windows closed.

Nice place to stay. The attention is good but they didn't know how to give us addresses or giving us info about public transportation.

Clean, modern rooms. Decent breakfast. Bit off the centre of the buzz though.

Clean, small Hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Fashionable, nice staff, good Breakfast set up. For the price it was fully ok. Only the location is located directly at the railway was objectionable. You had to shut the window. But no leg was fracture. You should expect a 4-star Hotel. There is free Parking and free W-Lan. The access to public TRANSPORT to Hamburg is also located close to the hotel. Otherwise, the nearby City, the district offers Harburg everything you need for catering. We will come back and hope that other B&B Hotels are just as good.

I have been from 26. On May 27 stayed here with a Girlfriend. Overall, unfortunately, not recommended if you have a few Claims, we may have just Had bad luck. Otherwise, I would call it "quite okay" if you only want to stay there 1-2 Nights and don't expect much from the Accommodation.
The good Things first: — the Rooms are furnished As can be seen in the Photos — simple, spartan décor, but everything you need — cozy Beds — breakfast for € 8, 50 is really neat and the Coffee was good — the online Check-in is easy And one saves Time — the Hotel itself looks well-maintained and tidy — the Bed was clean (see Description below to the Rest) The unfortunately negative Experiences now follow: — According to the hotel Information, the Room is available from 2pm. We didn't arrive until about 15:8pm (from Cologne) and then when we wanted to go to our Room we came across the Cleaning Staff who told us the Room was only in 10 Minutes (i. E. 1, 5 Hours. Too late) done. The obvious Supervisor apologized, nudged what from "new Staff and understaffed" and he was visibly uncomfortable. I'm then back to the Front desk and politely told the Lady behind it what was the Matter. Instead of at least apologizing for the Inconvenience, a flappy answer came from her: "Yes, they are done right away. " I then explained to her that we had a long Journey and the Room should be ready for us for 1, 5 Hours and it cannot be that we would now have to stand around in The Hallway and wait.

Great Hotel. Ideal for a Short Stay. Short-term Extensions are Also made possible competently and expeditiously. Breakfast is very rich and delicious.

Good B&B Standard as usual.
We were in the Three-bed Room. Somewhat surprising and disappointing, it was that the third Bed was not covered in a spanner cloth or laken. Just a Kind Of Mattress Saver. This is despite the fact that at the Site a Power outlet Lamp Etc was Prepared completely For a third Bed.
Breakfast was of Quality and Choice very good even for the Price.

Functional, cheap. The few Staff are briefly attached but friendly. Right next to the Hotel there is a Railway Line that is heavily used by Freight traffic at Night. Sleeping with an open Window is impossible, but the Rooms are air-conditioned.

Reasonable Prices and excellent Breakfast Buffet. The Service is accurate and discreet, and even if something was not going according to plan (had forgotten my Certificate for The tourist Tax Exemption) the Staff is open and helpful.
Perfect for — or Business Trip. Unsuitable For Family Holidays, however.

The bathroom in general and the toilet in particular have apparently not experienced any cleaning for a long time. Also in the room would have to be cleaned more intensively. Unacceptable for the price range.

The Hotel is located in Harburg, a suburb of Hamburg. The rooms have a decent size and are comfortable enough, if you only need them to sleep. There is a TV in the room. For an electric Hairdryer you need to ask the concierge and pay a deposit of 10€. Wi-Fi is for free. The breakfast was okay. Bread was kind of hard and there could have been a little more variety. For the price OK, but you can do better. The room itself was directed to the railroad and not good isolated. So it was really noisy in the night. If you have a problem with light, you might get a problem, as you can't get the room completely dark. For one night, it was okay and to be fair, the pricing is quite good.

Check in without problems, beds clean and comfortable. 2 star deduction for the bathroom — not 100% clean, defective soap dispenser, room windows not soundproof, you could hear every train passing by, and too little parking facilities. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Clean and cheap. Received a PIN code at check-in at a vending machine. This was code is necessary to open the room door. I would prefer a personal reception where you get a card or key. Probably the room was not so cheap. The choice at breakfast is a bit varied, but was satisfactory for me.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut! Ziemlich zentral zum Hamburg Harburg Bhf (ca. 10Min. Zu Fuß) der Nachteil ist lediglich eine Brücke auf dem Weg die bei Schnee ggf. Glatt sein kann und sie ist mit schweren Koffern natürlich auch etwas schwerer zu überqueren. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sauber, gepflegt und dazu noch günstig. Das Zimmer etwas klein aber nur zum schlafen mehr als ausreichend! Es war Abends kein Lärm zu hören auch keine anderen Gäste haben die Nachtruhe gestört. Der einzige Grund weshalb ich einen Stern abziehe ist das die Rezeption nicht durchgehend geöffnet hat und genau zur Mittagszeit wo wir angekommen sind… kein Anprechpartner vor Ort war. Ansonsten TOP!

The rooms were to our complete satisfaction. Unfortunately (even when they were hung) you had to run after the towels. And the ventilation of the bath was well in a room. I can't say anything about breakfast.

Beautifully designed Hotel, modern and friendly! Very good Service at reception and garage. In every room, Sky is available in the TV ;) the Breakfast is quite okay but, unfortunately, every morning, the same cold cuts and side dishes.

For the price in Hamburg, you can't go wrong. Skinny but for a Hotel it is more than enough. Very nice Reception.

Not very clean: — internet not working: — very loud: — 1 rude member of staff on reception. Bathroom nicely equipped, big mirror, nice sink. Breakfast much better than expected, a good selection, all cutlery, plates and mugs very clean and everything nicely displayed. we had breakfast on the first morning (which we ordered the night before) but no one controlled who was having breakfast or not. Anyone could have come in and had breakfast free of charge! On the last night we wanted to order breakfast but “the breadroll order was already gone” said the man on the reception. But we could still come for breakfast, it would be Ok, he said. But we felt as if we could not eat more than one breadroll as we were worried that there would not be enough for everyone. A guest was checking in after we ordered breakfast but if the breadroll order had already gone, does it mean that all arrivals cannot have breakfast anymore? We also mentioned our internet. It did not work in either room. We had two rooms. I wanted to come down and complain but on the corridor it worked! But the man on the reception said that is not true, of course it works in the room. We were lying! At reservation stage we asked for 2 rooms together as we had a child with us, We received one on the second floor and one on the third floor! : — ( In the shower was red mould all over, between the tiles and on the shower door.

So 2 days in this hotel was enough for me to feel like a biked train. The rooms to train, unpossible, why I go to a hotel, certainly not to ride at night train. We are often and gladly in hotels of this chain. But not even ours please to follow up, to book one room on the other, no go. Room, well cleaned yes, but found in the bathroom hair in some places, dust in the cupboards, curtain unclean. We will stay in Altona again next time. Clean, and friendly staff who care about the customers.

Small, simple rooms, but clean, very friendly staff ; unfortunately, too few towels, even after we had already pointed out. With the window open too noisy, as train tracks and road are in the immediate vicinity. To the city centre 25 minutes by S-Bahn.

The hotel is part of a chain, it is clean and new. The room is nice but the blankets and the pillows are synthetic, which made me and my friends sweat every night. The breakfast is not worth the 8.5€ they ask, but since the location of the hotel is in a residential/ offices area there was no better option.

99€ for a room and then there is not even! a hair dryer? We are not in a youth hostel! Sorry. Can't be. And in advance (2x) a wrong price information on the phone is also not ok.

Good locatiction nearly to neccessary shops, clean and nice rooms and a good Service.

Self checkin. Easy access to metro. Affordable. You should stay here if you are on a budget. Nice rooms and bathroom. Good environment.

Nice place… suitable only for an overnight stay.

Clean and tidy can order in a takeaway in an evening only continental breakfast but plenty of it.

The Hotel is a good Hotel for business trips. Central location, simple but nice rooms. The Hotel offers 26 rooms. There are single and double rooms are available. Arrival is open daily until 22.00 PM. In addition to a bottle of water and a variety of teas, velvet sugar, we put on the room a fridge, microwave and a kettle available. A modern TV with cable connection is available. The bathroom is spacious. For hotel guests Parking is garage available, which is reached via a Car Elevator. The Elevator is only suitable for passenger Cars. Vans and SUVs do not fit in. The Breakfast is held the intercontinental.

Extreme volume due to passing trains, the bathroom was not cleaned properly (not before or during the stay) If complaining at the reception one was rejected pamphlets.
The modern rooms are positive.

Personally, I will avoid the hotel.

Equipment was ok but the cleanliness wasn't there. In the bathroom and in the bed I found long black hair. It is only the bed were linen put together in the days where I was there and to travel were the ground stays in the bathroom with the black hair. I would also have myself in my bathroom swept if then, at least, a broom would be there. The worst, felt I, if it complains about anything. The employees are friendly and not as responsive as the Lord has done it. Breakfast was very tasty.

Well maintained in a quiet location with good Parking facilities. Definitely Inexpensive!

The location is close to shops and the university. Breakfast is good and priced well. My only complaint would be that I wish there was an ice machine or mini fridge in the rooms.

Room good, bathroom good, everything is well maintained and clean. Price / performance is very good. Top! :-)

New Hotel and therefore, also tiptop. There was everything you needed. A hair dryer is missing but it can be at the front Desk asked. Deduction is available for the Breakfast coffee and the unsecured Wi-Fi, which is blocking VPNs. Thus, unfortunately, unusable.

We arrived at the Check day and in the Mail check in as from 14 o'clock, shortly after 14 PM and wanted to check in and then we got told that we're only now able to check in when we pay by card and if we want to pay cash or can you would have to wait until 17 o'clock until the switch is open we found not so great, but also went and then the night we were there you could hear other guests so loud you could hardly sleep otherwise the Hotel was very good.

All in all, very good and the price accordingly in order. Also great that there are Smoking rooms. However, the smell very much like smoke. Staff is likely to be a little more friendly.

Design, cleanliness, the whole concept of B&B are great! Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the room (which we liked very well in terms of size, furnishings, Praktikabelität)
Unfortunately, we had a smell problem, not only but especially in the bathroom, it stank said in German, disgusting. You have some channel problem. Also, we found the heating a bit strange. The room is always cooled quickly, but the fan is very loud. One reason heat should be there. But that was probably just the room. Overall, it is a good hotel, a good (price/performance) we found the Breakfast. And Wi-Fi! Quickly and easily! Thank you, much success and a beautiful greeting

Book a non-smoking room 8 wks in advance but only got a smoking room. Clean but unpleasant rooms. Have seen a better breakfast for an expensive three star hotel. Street light could not really be avoided by the blends. Really not recommendable… stay out of here.
