I have been from 26. On May 27 stayed here with a Girlfriend. Overall, unfortunately, not recommended if you have a few Claims, we may have just Had bad luck. Otherwise, I would call it "quite okay" if you only want to stay there 1-2 Nights and don't expect much from the Accommodation.
The good Things first: — the Rooms are furnished As can be seen in the Photos — simple, spartan décor, but everything you need — cozy Beds — breakfast for € 8, 50 is really neat and the Coffee was good — the online Check-in is easy And one saves Time — the Hotel itself looks well-maintained and tidy — the Bed was clean (see Description below to the Rest) The unfortunately negative Experiences now follow: — According to the hotel Information, the Room is available from 2pm. We didn't arrive until about 15:8pm (from Cologne) and then when we wanted to go to our Room we came across the Cleaning Staff who told us the Room was only in 10 Minutes (i. E. 1, 5 Hours. Too late) done. The obvious Supervisor apologized, nudged what from "new Staff and understaffed" and he was visibly uncomfortable. I'm then back to the Front desk and politely told the Lady behind it what was the Matter. Instead of at least apologizing for the Inconvenience, a flappy answer came from her: "Yes, they are done right away. " I then explained to her that we had a long Journey and the Room should be ready for us for 1, 5 Hours and it cannot be that we would now have to stand around in The Hallway and wait. I would have paid for the Room from 2pm, after all, rather than from 15:30. Somewhat misboldly, she then picked out another Room that was free. When asked if that was done or not now, she replied to me with a Shrug of the shoulder and "no Idea. " Service level Minus 5000.
— I then opened the Room Door of the "new" room … And then under the Desk I discovered directly two pretty Large Pieces of a (foot) Nail. Since the Cleaning Staff was still employed two Rooms, I informed this directly to the Man, who had already apologized before and who was now even more unpleasant. He also came immediately and sucked the entire Room again before we finally could in. Apparently, this Man was the only Employee who didn't find that okay.
— overall, I didn't find the Room clean. There were Streaks on the Mirror, the Windows were also not cleaned for a long time and you saw many Quirks on the Walls (e. G. Dark Strips of Suitcases), which you should perhaps swipe again. But maybe I felt this a bit more violently than usual, because I was already quite disgusted by the Toenails. It wasn't totally dirty, but you could definitely improve it.
— we had a Room Towards the Road and directly opposite the Train also runs. Unfortunately, the Windows are not quite Soundproof, i. E. You can hear the cars and Trains passing by, even when the window is closed. Personally, it doesn't bother Me that way, because I can sleep despite the Sounds, but my Companion has not been able to sleep well, among other things.
— breakfast itself was quite good, the Staff were polite and anxious, but unfortunately had absolutely no Idea what they were doing. There was a Plate of Fruit and on this one was at the very top, visible Right forward, a mudge-up apple Piled up. No Employee noticed that, even though they were constantly replenishing missing Food around it.
Actually, this is a nice Low-Budget Hotel that you could definitely make more of. I remember the Receptionist particularly Negatively because she made you feel like you didn't have any Claims to register. Her whole Manner was somewhat down from above, camouflaged behind a avoidably friendly Smile. What a pity!
