I felt very comfortable at Hotel Freese. Supernice service, super breakfast, nice people. I had forgotten my laptop in the closet, which was sent to me super fast and great packed at the expense of the hotel. Thank you very much!

Also recommended is the corresponding Hubertusklause, which leaves nothing to be desired in culinary terms.
The wellness area offers everything the holidaymaker's heart could wish for.

The food was great! we had a room to the yard. The room was too small. Everywhere it is irritated a lot of people. Otherwise, everything was super.

Excellent location of the hotel. Renovated, well-equipped rooms. Good Gastrostomy. Very friendly staff. Dining and living rooms are exceptionally luxurious.

Juist is a great car-free island, so the recreational value without exhaust gases and environmental pollution is excellent. No hustle and bustle there everything goes a little slower. Super.

This is a very nice and welcoming hotel. It is possible to recharge in a large swimming pool with sauna and fitness.

We came to the North Sea Hotel Frees for the 6th time, were there for 3 weeks and are once again very satisfied. Rooms and service in the hotel are very good, and we also found the half-board food to be excellent. Every day you can choose from 4 meat or fish dishes and choose salad or a vegetarian dish. Individual changes are also possible without any problems. My personal highlight is the large swimming pool, which I visited every morning at 7.00 a. M. Also the sauna area is nice, because of the warmth we did not use it this time. If you don't want to go to the beach, lie down in the garden on the loungers, otherwise the beach is quickly reachable. We'll be back next year!

A nice, lovingly furnished hotel with a personal touch. Perfect location — also suitable for less mobile people. Short distances, whether to the wadden more, to the beaches — bakers, shopping all nearby. Breakfast was a dream — what the heart desires — the bread still warm while cutting. When it gets too windy for the beach — a well-kept garden with loungers and front seating to observe the bustle of the island. DAs staff friendly and helpful. We were able to know the helpfulness of the hotelier in advance, as he has already helped us a lot with the travel possibilities — train/ferry. We had a wonderful stay despite not so optimal weather.

Good location, the room was also nice, our balcony in the morning in the sun. Everything was clean. However, the room door to the hallway is very clairvoyant, you can hear late incoming guests, in the morning the entertaining cleaning women.
We liked the wellness area, the pool is pleasantly large, so you can swim properly. The sauna area was — probably because of the nice weather — not very frequented, so you had good space. If it gets fuller, it could get quite tight.
The breakfast buffet offers everything you can think of. With dinner at booked half board we weren't so happy, it was all very greasy, the beans, the potatoes, the fish you had to fish out among piles of bacon. Such a kitchen is absolutely not contemporary. The soups also consisted mainly of cream. The salad buffet was not very extensive, but changing daily, sufficient for me. The desserts were delicious, too. The wine prices are reasonable, service was fine.

Clean rooms, friendly housekeeping, great breakfast buffet. Nice interior design. Lunch and dinner have ample selections for different preferences, and the portions are generous. The hotel has an indoor pool and is connected to a spa. No self-service laundry anymore, but laundry service. Windows can be opened, but no air-conditioning. Conveniently located in the middle of the town. Short walk to the beach on one side, and not far too the harbour on the other side. Close to a bakery and a small supermarket. My first stay in this hotel was in 1974 and my latest ones have been in 2015 and 2017. I can recommend staying in this Hotel.

The sauna area was very nice to us personally.
Unfortunately, the booked massage was a joke, rather a stroking than a massage therefore only 3 stars.

You forget our order and then delivers half-raw meat, and fade liver ran. There was not even an apology.

I am now the 6th time here and love this hotel because of its charm of the 80s/70s. No room is the same. I've always slept well. The staff is attentive. The price/performance ratio is great for juist ratios. I miss nothing here auchent WLAN.

Room with only one free socket on the room door without storage space is simply obsolete in the mobile age. Then the room doors in the room were filthy. The doors of the shower cubicle do not completely close. Overall the room is far away from 4 stars. The man at the reception is dust-dry and absolutely impersonal, also no 4 stars. There were gum residues on the basket chair.
A bright view was the staff who cleaned up and brought a multiple socket and an extension cord. Therefore 2 stars, without the helpful staff there would be no or only 1 star.

Very unfriendly staff with one exception. A waiter was very höfflich. But the reception staff do not go.

We stayed at the North Sea Hotel Freese from 12 December 17 to 1 and 2 18 and spent great days. Here is the phrase "The guest is king. " From cleaning staff to boss — — we've only seen friendly faces. Breakfast left nothing to be desired and dinner was always a highlight. The location of the hotel is great. It can start immediately towards the beach and dunes. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back. The Hengelbrock family.

Have spent a wonderful weekend here. Hotel and the rooms are cozy and beautiful. The service is very friendly and effort. Breakfast is just great. We like to come back.

Stylish? Cozy?
Sure style is always given. Just a question of position and one where it is located.
If you want to look at a few days of bad faces, who only know the idea of service from the TV program, you are in good hands here.
There really can be no question of friendly or even professional.

A stylish, family-run hotel. Location central but quiet. Rooms vary in size. Multiple plugs or more sockets would be desirable. All very clean. Good rich breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. Great big swimming pool. Showers unfortunately easily visible.

This hotel needs to be completely refurbished from below anch above, so I mean from management to building. The hotel has a lot of troubled staff, but the management predetermined Seviceansatz is really incredible! In the morning "can" one, according to service, have no more than one water bottle on the table? For twelve people! Moreover, it was not possible to have buffet for our group earlier, although some people were already there at the time! Even the staff seem to really displease the predetermined rules and, above all, to restrict the provision of a passable service. The rooms are Geschmakssache, I personally find the 1980 year Grandma look grotig, but good there you can do nothing. But the problem is that you hear everything! The floor above one, the rooms on both sides, the courtyard, the screaming children at 5 o'clock in the morning etc… This makes a relaxing holiday completely impossible. The food was fine when auchh with very limited choice and flexibility, but what was crucial was simply the service. Never again.

The room was beautiful and the service super nice! The location is great, so close to the port and not far from the beach! All in all a great holiday:)!

Joe Pütz is a con man. He didn't pay us bills, even though he signed a contract with us. JP has ordered the staff from us. We have appropriate documents that can confirm our opinion. As long as we do not receive our payment we will tell everyone about hotel and its manager JP the truth. Please also pay attention to his wife Ewa Walczuk, who is the owner of wellness by Ewa. It is AUC Betruegerin. She does not answer emails, no calls and she also has no intention to pay her debts.

Contrary to many negative reviews, I have spent a completely successful holiday at the hotel "Freese", or have the very friendly staff, the chef of the House and also the locality as such (my room was very clean and furnished to feel good) to a Contributed in a pleasant manner.
I recommend this House very much and good conscience.

The hotel is of course not the most modern, but it is centrally located, you get a great breakfast and in the evening you can relax in the sauna and use the pool.

My food in the Hubertusklause consisted of a properly fried plaice with potatoes that were not quite cooked and had formed a skin! Liquid butter mounted on Verlangen (! ) couldn't save this disaster. The salad consisted of ganzen (! ) Lettuce leaves, you had to first dry chew rabbit style, before a mediocre dressing in light came. The plate was too small to otherwise eat the salad! According to note this fact, a knife was nachgeliefert (! ). Absolutely out of the question for this price range! Really too bad, the operation was very pleasant and obliging. The ambience is very outdated, no longer appealing and artificial flowers on the tables do not really better…

Nice and friendly, fast and not on the mouth like. The menu is clearly laid out, the prices are moderate. The food itself was great, no reason to complain. The price/performance ratio is right.

The price/performance ratio is not correct: 99€ p. P. For an old-fashioned furnished room, in his bathroom at arrival nor hair of the predecessor lying around, and even after a request to repair, only a towel more in the bathroom was, and no apology came, its not worth the money. The Buffet is of good quality and rich, but is unappetizing presented and not fast enough replenished. Also you must be with his plate through the Lobby of the hotel run. Very unpleasant! The Service staff was very friendly. The view from the Hotel was not available and it is very noisy. Conclusion: we go to this Hotel anymore.
