Actually, I would have to allocate stars separately for accommodation and for the kitchen. I would like to award more stars for the accommodation. The room was very small but everything to feel comfortable. The bathroom was also very small but completely sufficient. I was more than disappointed with the kitchen or the chef. He was unable to acknowledge a fully justified complaint and refused to talk about it at all. The prices were excessive, the soup was cold, the wine not very good and the main course was completely wrong, all in all a pretty disaster and has clouded our stay here quite. This is a great pity because this displeasure falls back on the whole hotel and it would have been easy to get rid of this complaint with a bit of goodwill. So there is a bad aftertaste and the certainty that I will certainly not recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

Nice Hotel. Loved the food and the castle itself.

Very beautiful location, nice rooms, great rooms, mine had a train shower. If it gets very hot outside, is also quite warm in the rooms, but air conditioning is supposedly on the way.

My wife and I had a castle lord's room with great views of the city and its surroundings.

What is still missing is some way to darken the windows. In summer it is already light at half past 5 in the morning. Of course, I am not used to this and was awake accordingly early.
Which wasn't so great that the staff in the restaurant forgot and swapped a lot (e. G. Instead of brown butter, sauce Hollandaise was reserved, then came the brown butter, but this time not with ordered Wiener Schnitzel). However, we have alerted the staff and they have apologised accordingly and have been re-arrested. As an excuse, the dessert was then sent to the house.
A visit is also worthwhile to just enjoy the peace and cool drink.

Ambiente im Restaurant schön und gepflegt. Freundlicher Service. Achtung! gehobene Preise in der Gastronomie. Die Essensportionen sind aus ästhetischer Sicht ansprechend, geschmacklich ok, jedoch ziemlich klein, eine Hauptspeise macht hier definitiv nicht satt. Wer Wert auf gehobenes Ambiente und Ästhetik hat ist hier gut beraten, für studentische Gruppen eher nicht zielführend.

Food — very long waiting times, despite reservation and then unfortunately not very tasty, which was a great pity.

Top views over Bad Belzig and the service staff was nice too.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here … It was very clean, top service from reception to waiter. Happy to be back at any time.

We celebrated our wedding at Eisenhardt Castle in Bad Belzig. The castle has a large courtyard on which you can celebrate very nicely. There is also a fountain on the farm where small guests can splash out excellently. The food as a buffet was very good and the service attentive, there did not have to suffer any guest thirst. The service staff up to the boss were very flexible about the scope of our event. In any case, recommended until this point.

All were friendly, everything was clean and especially the details impress. At pasting places you realize that not everything is completely finished, but that makes the crowd and above all you see what love for detail is everywhere in it.

We spent our first anniversary there in the Castle room. With can. Dinner for two totally great delicious food great accommodation.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, chic ambiance. Rich breakfast buffet. Beautiful view over the city of bad Belzig from the Burgterasse.

Very nice environment. Hotel and restaurant in the castle. The food is a bit expensive but tastes very good. We had super nice waitress. Room is very nice but has very small windows and is therefore very dark. Staff is courteous. We felt very comfortable.

If you want to enjoy an all-round perfect getaway and the castle ambiance here loves then there is nothing better. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen offers a very special culinary delight. For me, every meal in the Castle restaurant was a taste explosion. The rich breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Simply away the best short break I've had so far. I'll be back!

Beautiful ambience, good service. However, the coffee is too strong and the cake was in the display case for too long. Unfortunately, the lukewarm cocoa was also very hot.

The hotel is very nice, cozy rooms and a very good kitchen. That's it! The service in the restaurant was exorbitantly overwhelmed by a troop of 16 people, without any major confusion, to supply the desired food and drink. The same game then at the reckoning. On the second evening the same mourning game although only 8 people were to be entertained. In the end, we were even asked that we did not pay for various food and drinks. Sad! Sad! Room service also saw its task only in beds. No recycle bins were emptied or the bathroom was cleaned. For this price category I find this outrageous. Thumbs down!

The views are incredible, the service is awesome and if you love running you'll enjoy the running paths as well.

Hostel in a castle. Morning breakfast is a good spread.

We have visited only the restaurant, not the hotel, and it was disastrous. Absolutely incompetent service, the food was served after 90 minutes (! ) and had underground quality. The dishes were Luke warm to cold, some courts only half of what was on the card was served (salad consisted only of Arugula and cherry tomatoes and nothing else), the noodles were unseasoned and tasted after nothing original, dead tagged fry meat and potatoes on half raw — for around € 15 per dish. We have heard no apology and have only encountered disinterest and unkindness. Kitchen and service staff are replaced. Still never been disappointed.

The hotel makes a clean impression which resists even closer. That was decorated by me on the second floor for 2 nights in June occupied single rooms. So much for the advantages… No info folder on the room.
The restaurant garden terrace) should have opened until 22.00 — kitchen is 8: 00 according to the staff-in the summer! Kindly man brought me gg. 20 30 something still in the kitchen, from 21: 00 was then finally concluded also not a drink! On the second evening and lively after midnight on the terrace of the restaurant bustle with drinks-it was not a closed event? … Then, still chairs & tables for the next day were moved up to 1 o'clock. The rooms hot 30 degrees and to ventilate only by tiny window in tilt mode was to the yard side (restaurant), it was not to think through the temperature & noise on sleep. A fan was provided though but he made only noise. The Windows are not to obscure, not to mention the one in the summer the heat something insulates. From approximately 7: 00, the first car doors then fold on the Court.
The whole House was unbearably hot.
The breakfast buffet was not refilled during my stay and then only after guests have pointed out what was missing… Breakfast until 10: 00 — 9: 00 4 buns, vegetables, not fruit, and except for a few slices platters, from 9 30 phenomena sausage/cheese leergefegte no butter, etc. The young waiter sat down at the empty guest tables to clear away the dirty dishes… I had never even seen!

Simple double room clean but small. Double bed has great visitors crack. Bath SOAP for hand washing, ventilation system very small, very noisy. From 8: 00 (Saturday), the courtyard before the window was gekärchert. We had the room above the breakfast restaurant, where was smoked out in the morning, too. The smoke moves with the window open in the hotel room.
Dinner at HP solid. Staff unfortunately overwhelmed. 45 min wait for the 1st gear (soup), no bread as a bridge, main course served only wrong exchange of gangs only against payment, then only lukewarm. Bills except for one all incorrectly (so just look! ). Drinks were forgotten or only after the food at the table, served.
Breakfast buffet rich sitting before 9: 00 at the table. Then, some things were gone and were not populated.
At the breakfast, the staff was very friendly and obliging.
If one accepts the offer with Spa voucher, the sauna world is not included and must be paid extra.
Conclusion: Was OK because we had special GroupOn. At the regular price I would not recommend it.

The nights are very authentic and like in a real Castle, with many bars and Tay window.
The hotel itself is well run, very clean, friendly and always welcome.
The kitchen is worth much more than three stars, the Burgbräu beer offered a pleasure.
The existing thermal close in place, the lack of any wellness hardly falling through.
The complex itself boasts a high quality, we love to come back and will certainly do so in the near future.

Arrived and immediately fixed that I made a reservation for the wrong day. The ladies at the reception have done everything to accommodate us somehow and have also succeeded. Great! The stay, the visit to the bathroom world, dinner and breakfast were good. The rooms are not large and bright — how should it be otherwise in a castle — but completely sufficient and the stars according to. We will be back!

Great wedding location, super nice staff, everything was according to our Wishes. The food was really tasty and not "08 15". Rooms are of a good size, the Suite is very nice and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious — all around a very nice stay! We will come back!

Unfortunately, no Service. It was not greeted, there was no staff there, that one could say how the Buffet works. At best, for hotel guests suitable. We are without Breakfast again gone.

It is a very good hotel designed in a historic setting, with friendly staff, clean and dignified.

Great and very comfortable and clean rooms. The cuisine is excellent and the staff very friendly and accomodating. One night here in the castle is thus a genuine experience.

During our stay we got with unfortunately nothing of an integration operation. Not at the reception in the restaurant or at the breakfast buffet. And we have searched the "special staff" also in vain. More "Standard", what I expect but less than a hotel. But to advertise. Is compared to the guests and certainly not compared to the disabled people there maybe working just not fair.
The breakfast buffet was quite sufficient and for everyone taste what.
In the evening, we could not unfortunately underline the fine cuisine. The food was getting.
The rooms are small, but fine. Something was saved only when the lighting.

Very nice view in a beautiful landscape. Clean. Good kitchen. Large terrace. Ample free car parking. Well maintained Castle. Friendly and helpful reception. Hot water occasionally overwhelmed in the peak shower time.

We have stayed at the Castle Hotel bad Belzig Bike Hike spontaneously and were thrilled. Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and a truly versatile and delicious breakfast. We started stronger on the next stage. Thank you.

Very nice, the staff is pleasant. His Castle charming hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable. In the area of the wardrobe, some more light would be required. The bathroom is very small, also — like everything else — very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening meal is excellent. My compliments to the chef (the chefs? ).
