Super nice friendly service. Was the first time here. The food (burgers and onion rings) was delicious.

Good and reasonably priced burgers. Only we had to wait a long time for the operation or came only when we addressed them. It was on the day, but also very crowded and apparently little staff.

Location is cool, did't like the Food so much.

I can recommend the down Town motel to anyone who spends their holidays outside of Berlin. We were recently on photo tour and were looking for a nice and affordable place to stay near the Müggelsee. The motel is highly recommended for all USA fans. Everything beautiful, furnished with passion and attention to detail, outside stand old ami sled, really great! Clean rooms are of course also. Perfect for overnight stay. Now for the diner, the reason why I'm pulling a point off. The service staff is super nice and eager, but unfortunately I have to follow the previous reviews. Also we had to wait 2h for our food but only 1 cook and it was full. It was cheap and tasty. Overall I can definitely recommend the motel and diner:-)

Very nice staff also the burgers are delicious. Accommodation is also available, the rooms are decorated in different American-style slogans. I really can only recommend it.

On a Sunday evening with pre-reservation waited 30 minutes on the table. In the upper room which was completely undercooled and pulled it at the window like Pike soup.
So we ate with winter jackets.
One hour after arrival we also had our burgers. Unfortunately, no one ever came up with the idea of asking if anyone else wants to drink something. Staff completely overwhelmed with guests.
Food, however, was good. Never again!

The rooms are beautiful and striking, also clean. But the Restaurant was not so great. We had taken a seat and ordered, but a small family that came in after our order, had in front of us their food. These were even done eating before we got ours. As I had mentioned to The staff, this was short and very evasive. You ran away from me and make a decision there was not, nor was asked, whether everything was okay or if you still want to drink something. We sat for about 1 1/2H without a 2 drink, the was already 45min empty.

Very nice Motel! Lovingly decorated rooms, nice staff and an absolutely reasonable price! The connection via public TRANSPORT in the city is also very good. During the day, leaves every 10 minutes, starting at 1 o'clock at Night, even every 30 minutes for the Bus.

Great find! Motel, ice cream. Drinks and American menu (also German food too! ) — oh and American Cars! V8s galore and a working garage — car lovers' heaven!

I recently stayed at the motel and ate at the diner and I wish I could give Down Town Garage more than 5 stars! I am from the U. S. And the Down Town Garage is very authentic and reminded me of being at home! The food at the diner was delicious. I had the mozzarella sticks and nachos, both were so tasty and were brought to my table quickly. The bartender also makes great drinks — you have to try the Mai Tai! The service as the diner was speedy, friendly, and welcoming. I was able to get a table without a wait. And you can tell the staff really enjoys working there! As for the motel — wow! I stayed for 2 nights in the "Las Vegas" room and the service was spectacular. Not only was the room stunningly decorated but the bed was so comfortable and I had everything I needed for my stay — towels, shampoo, etc. Just like at the diner, the service was worth 5/5 stars and the wonderful people at Down Town Garage went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during my stay. I will definitely be returning to both the diner and the motel and I recommend everyone do the same!

The down town Motel is an experience in itself. Really, a piece of United States in Berlin. At the motel there are different themed rooms. The rooms are lovingly equipped with many setting up gene stands and decorative items. Appropriately, there is a car repair shop, which specializes in American classic cars with large engines. Also the rustic styled diner is impressive. Overall really worth. Good price/performance ratio. Nice owner.

Super Burger (Cadillac tried) in a great, quiet atmosphere!
The operation was very competent, the House beer tasty, the wedges well, dips mostly (BBQ, sour cream, cheese) and not a hit, especially the sour cream didn't recognize I appetizer plate without the name as such, rather than herb Quark. BBQ was good.
I will come back and try the other burgers, chips and dips.

Very cool ambiance. You really feel as you would in the USA. Small point deduction there only because the Burger TK. Nevertheless, you should visit the Garage time if you are a US Fan, or just the Muzzle of the rubber rolls at McDonald's ;)

Very lovingly made and done. But beware: It is not a hotel but a motel. Reception, minibar, room service, bathroom, phone — there is no everything.
The rooms are themed and very detail falls in love with a. Sky HD and 50mbit/second is Internet via Wi-Fi included.
But is just not a real hotel. You have to like. We found it great, but when someone says that is not his, I can understand that also.

Cool burger joint with hammer-delicious burgers, nachos, wings and everything the heart desires. Super nice staff and fair prices make the down town garage to be a must for all who come to village!
