Very low qualified staff. They have strange policy with breakfast payment. Confusing!

Mrs. Cindy Chen from reception is really nice and make you feel comfortable like at home. Very nice person.

Very nice staff, really helpful. The place is very clean and suitable for business people and families.

Ok and big enough rooms. Shower cabin is a little bit too much plastic. Not far away from TXL airport and subway directly in front of the building.

We stayed here two nights. Nice ambience, nice staff, room okay however, the décor was partly dirty (chair spotty) breakfast was available in a wide selection. Price was great for the capital. Dinner in the wine lounge was also delicious and cheap. We're happy to come back.

I like it. I've been trying for the last year to stay as it is in front of Siemens and finally I made it. But it is very average for a 4 star hotel.

Everything as expected, friendly and clean. Location is directly on the subway, from the highway very easy to reach. The reception also knows how to provide local information.

The hotel is located on the main road. One or the other car can not be heard any further disturbing.

Quite hotel, mainly for workers or bussiness trips. Clean and nice personel. The wiew is not so great but I recomend anyway.

We were there at the beginning of the year including New Year's Eve party and certainly come back. The staff was very nice and the rooms very clean. The breakfast was very extensive and was always replenished. Hats off and thanks to the staff! Until next time.

It good. Service is good, but if you want to do shopping during your vist then its not a better optiin.

Old and somehow disorganized… Lady at the bar takes forever. Rooms smelled old. But right on the U7! Therefore not bad but nothing special. Prices reasonable.

Good accomodation and restoration. Correct cleaning (carpeting does not fill the socks with dust). The fifth star does not fall for the price, surely elevated to coincide with the ITB.

We make our honeymoon here and are very satisfied. The breakfast in the room was also very good. A warm thank you once again for the nice decoration on the day of arrival. We like to come back.

Exceeded my expectations and became the hotel I'll book on my next visit as well. Mostly the attitude of the hotel personnel and my curiosity to this side of Berlin I hadn't visited before. And easy connection to U bahn. If you are tourist, this may be far away though.

4 Stars in Siemensstadt in Berlin. For a business trip the hotel is fine. A pool is also included but outside so it was not feasible to try it. Overall a good hotel for a reasonable price.

The reception was great, the room clean, the service courteous. Easy access to the subway. Parking at no charge right outside the door.

A great experience from arrival to departure. Very nice room with tub. Very friendly staff. Very rich and balanced breakfast was offered. The location is close to the hustle and bustle but conveniently located. Approx. 40min with u — and S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz. Metro station Siemens Dam right next to the hotel.

Convenient but the price is a bit too high.

The hotel is close to one of the business parks and close to the airport, so the ideal choice for the business traveller. Cab ride to Central Berlin takes about 20 minutes. There are some supermarkets close by if you need anything. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. All in all it is a pretty nice deal but the reason why I can give only four stars is that the breakfast options are very limited and definitely not worth 20 bucks, Wi-Fi costs extra (and that in a hotel that geographically mostly attracts business travellers, why?! ) And the rooms look kind of lifeless and old imho. Recommended if you just need a bed to sleep close to the airport, no problems there and you will enjoy your stay, everyone else goes more central and where more life is.

The breaks-catering at seminars is very tasty, rich and versatile, the seminar rooms are quiet and pleasantly tempered and well equipped, the staff is very friendly and nimble, extremely accommodating and helpful.

We have been there from Friday to Sunday… a few meters from the hotel is the subway and opposite a grocery store.
The room was very clean and the staff super nice and accommodating.
We were very pleased and will take the hotel again when we are back in Berlin.

The last time I was there a year ago, I liked it very much and this time I tried the new armchairs in the foyer and must say you know to pamper your guests. It's just a point that makes me come back. Staff top and also the rest is great. You feel well lifted and very welcome. Thanks for that!

Descent hotel. Located at a reasonable distance (about 10 min Taxi ride) from Tegel Airport. Rooms are good size and cozy. Bathroom can be better. No gymnasium in the room. Front desk advised that one need to travel 15to 20 mins for going to gymnasium. Breakfast is okay. Not a very big spread but good working breakfast. Good choice of beverages. Facilities in the room could be better.

Rooms are fairly modern but bathrooms need desperate updates. The building is quite old and you can smell it slightly (damp). Staff is very nice and friendly. Overall okay to stay for a night but there are better options in Berlin.

The hotel has no charm. Old. Dark. Grey. Give It color!

Very convenient place… Just 10 minutes from Berlin airport. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Though breakfast is till 10.30, when I entered late, they served me properly. Rooms are small but comfortable. Value for money… Rooms with balconies are very good… Nice cozy balconies with great cool view.

Close to the airport but also from the centre of Berlin (30 min) by public transport. Basic rooms. Staff OK.

On my way to the Berlin marathon. Hotel far from the center but a few steps from a subway mouth to 20min from the city center and the team very friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very lush with freshly made eggs. (Order is accepted at the table) Generally pleasant atmosphere.

They were locking my door due to lack of so called "intermediate payment" after 5 days of stay. Annoying! But the hotel itself is ok for a short business trip in Siemensstaad area.

Smells like quite old hotel. Some refreshment of walls and floors is really needed. Price for this quality, even during fair is much too high. Service as in other Mercure hotels very polite and helpful.

Prima hotel. Dichtbij luchthaven. Toevallig 2 nederlandse stagaires dus in "eigen" taal aangesproken. Vers omeletje bij ontbijt zijn echte pluspunten!

Room was a little bit small and bath too. Breakfast was very nice. A tiny open roof pool also existing… Around of this hotel a lot of restaurants and nice park.

Was a nice hotel but went down for 1 cup of coffee only was charged for breakfast 18 euros a big rip off and girl at counter not the nicest. Great location but probably wouldn't stay there again due to that.

Nice room friendly. Good restaurant service up to 23 h. Long here trip immediate comfort.

I had the Superior room but they honoured my corporate rate and I paid a good price for it, including free internet (other guests have to pay, which is wrong in this day and age) The restaurant is overpriced, and service very slow. Breakfasts were good, although again the service for tea and coffee was patchy and variable. The restaurant menu is unchanging, unimaginative, and limited. The 'signature' thyme-flavoured pasta sauce was prepared differently every time I ordered it, and rarely had any flavour at all. My biggest complaint is the nasty way they insist you make stage payments every time your bill gets to 500 euros. Every other hotel chain on the planet can wait for their money until you book out, but this one wants half-weekly payments like a dodgy builder. If I was an Accor shareholder I would be very worried about the image this presents of a company struggling with its cashflow. Maybe the food is expensive because their suppliers want paying up front.

The restaurant food is very good and with an excellent price Free Wi-Fi with good connection.
