Good place to stay. 45min distance to city on metro, only one chance. If you need cheep and nice place to stay with good connections of transpoint come here.

So bad! Money was stolen from my bag (only I and the housekeepers had access to the room). My hard earned money, yet the hotel did nothing about it and they had no locks or safe in that room. I wish I could give negative stars. Even regular hotels in underdeveloped countries wont employ such staff or would admit their incompetence. I had to go hungry all day and stranded as well. They weren't even sorry at all… Just looking like it were my fault. So do I have to take all my luggage just to go across the street of the hotel for some minutes? Worst hotel experience I've ever had! I'm still pained. I wish I stayed with a friend instead of lodging.

Nice hotel, good breakfast but need to bring your own English Breakfast tea bags with you. Nice and clean.

Spire member gets a suite upgrade and free mini bars. However, the service at this hotel is not so good. One receptionist was so rude and not willing to be polite even if I asked her to be polite.

Good hotel about 10 minutes by taxi from Tegel Airport. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, rooms well adequate, clean bathroom. Breakfast standard, except for the bread and bun offer good. Always enough taxis right in front of the hotel. I would book rooms here again.

One of the best value hotels near TXL airport. It takes less than half hour to airport with u-bahn/bus. The interior and facility is pretty good at this price range. The only flaw is there's no shop/restaurant nearby, and the only restaurant in the hotel is a little bit pricey considering the quality. But not a big deal if you're willing to take 5 mins walk to main street and station.

Check-in lasts forever and rooms that have been booked online have simply been canceled. Breakfast was passable, the coffee awful. Coffee machine did not work and instant coffee was offered instead. In the rooms it was cold and you could not adjust the temperature. The service was incompetent and overwhelmed. Not recommended.

Comfortable if you want to be close to the airport. A little bit of the reception and common areas.

The rooms are not in a great shape. It's clean but quite old and used. The bathroom is big. The bar is nice and the staff know their business. It's fun. The choice of music wasn't the best that evening. Breakfast ist too expensive for what you get…

The hotel is quite okay, but stop. If you are looking for little things like noticeable wear marks on the inventory or a locked pool area. I've been here the second time now. And I'm just not really comfortable here.

This hotel is always my first choice when I need to return to the airport in Berlin, with early departure or later. The car can easily be parked in the underground garage and the check in is a pleasure for the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are very well equipped. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is top! I'd love to come back.

Poor service in the lobby. One sits with business partners and is felt ignored. When ordering, you almost had to get up and dance to get noticed and the same theatre while paying. Everyone knows the prices in a hotel lobby, because this poor service is a bit inappropriate!

The Holiday Inn Berlin city has certainly been on the hump for a few years. That's what you notice to the hotel. It is good to reach the public.
We used it for a short night, but it's certainly okay.
Overall, the hotel would do a good renovation. The hotel is absolutely clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is free on the street or in the underground garage for a fee. For smokers It is good to note that there are also smoking rooms. Unfortunately, many of the rooms are no longer so fresh and somewhat unaccustomed but nevertheless in my view perfectly acceptable. The TVs only have a limited channel program and are not operated via the original remote control. All in all 3 stars for an acceptable mediocrity.

Paradisiacal place to stay, is totally worth it since it has the most comfortable and comfortable rooms. I invite you to come and taste the food, which is a delight in all levels and buffet service of the best.

Disappointed with the hotel, no luck twice as I come and two times room problem, smell of sewers in the bathroom and shower leaking from all sides. Then the second time half made room, empty bottle of water on the table with a glass half full on the bedside and bathroom glass used.
What to be disappointed for a first. Damage.

A very decent hotel located near the park, near Theteel Airport, six kilometers from the center of Berlin. The advantages include cleanliness, polite staff, sauna and pool, of disadvantages a little cool in the rooms and remoteness from the center. Supermarkets are one kilometre away.

The service was really good and effort. The meeting room was very large and all had plenty of space. Smoking area was at the main entrance and the design of the entrance was inviting.

The hotel has come a long time ago. This is particularly noticeable in the inventory in public areas and the rooms see. Should be brought to a newer level.

Simple, clean room. Breakfast is more than adequate for a quick bite before leaving for work. Walking distance to subway.

Rooms are good. Remote of TV missing battery cover and couldn’t switch TV off, used manual switch. Breakfast well organized. Dinner bit expensive for German standards. Bottled water very expensive in room. Gym was a very big disappointment, nearly no equipment and no proper cardio equipment. Swimming pool and whole gym area dated, towels very few, basement atmosphere. Remodeling should be considered.

Expensive underground parking, parking in the vicinity due to residential area and underground parking complicated. Prices above average. Meetings and seminars are well looked after. Good cleanliness. Siemens factory site and subway within walking distance. Bus stop almost in front of the main entrance.

Very good Hotel.

Lovely hotel with great rooms. Had free Wi-Fi for 24 hours, but it stayed on for my whole 2 nights stay. The beds we're comfy and bathroom was clean. No problems with my stay.

The locality around the hotel is just beautiful and peaceful. It is around residential area. The hotel overall is okay with smaller rooms and not so great ones but it's a basic room.

Terrible service. Arrived late evening without a booking voucher (I did have booking confirmation, ID, card on which payment was made on, proof of payment) which had been wrongly addressed and staff at first did not let me check into my room at all. Had to buy the room at double of what I had already paid. Absolutely zero understanding from hotel staff. Receptionist was furthermore generally unfriendly, no pleasantries, simply turned around and went away after handing over the room key. Rooms alright but definitely not nice, dirty in places, stained carpet, bathroom outdated. Breakfast okay, decent selection but even at 6.30 when breakfast first gets served not hot anymore. Security staff very helpful and understanding. Confirmed that evening receptionist was (literally) useless. Will definitely not stay here again and do not recommend at all.

Better not go. Dinner with little food and service to forget…

Very good breakfast both in quality and selection. Rooms comfortable and mine had good airconditioning with coffee making facilities and a fridge to use.

Excellent breakfast and a huge guest experience. I very much recommend this hotel. Close to the Tegel Airport and minutes from the city center.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The smell of cigarrete smoke is so strong in the hallways and in the room that after we left I had to change my clothes. We were only there 15 minutes. The carpets were stained and had cigarrette burns. The walls needed a fresh coat of paint, the furniture looked like it came from a second hand shop, and the bed was exponentially worse than the worst hide-a-bed you can envision. The bathroom was clean and they did have a parking garage but it was poorly lit. The neighborhood is not good, graffiti everywhere and bars on windows. My husband was bit by 3 mosquito's in the first 5 minutes of being in the room. I worried more about bed bugs. I felt bad because the staff was very nice and professional, even when we asked for a refund. If this hotel was updated and they had the cigarrette smoke removed, I would give it a three star, but as it is, I have to give it a one star.

A tourist factory. Noisy and old-fashioned. A poor quality restoration (consisting of frozen dishes).

Got an one night accomodation due to flight company error — have to say, very nice! Even though we arrived very late there was still dinner for us. The reception people spoke very good English and were very helpful. My room was very clean and the toilet was exquisitely sparkly. Only minus from maybe the bit stale taste of the dinner — macaroni and tomato sauce only — but who am I to say anything about free food! Thank you, Holiday Inn Berlin for being so great. Will come again!

Basic Holiday Inn. Close to the airport (TXL). Nice park right in front for walking. U station is close by… bus is also close but it's the 123 line which makes 100 stops and only comes by every 20 minutes. Nothing to complain about. Rooms have a fridge. Indoor pool. Still have smoking rooms.

I stayed overnight at this hotel due to the cancellation of a flight to NYC, the hotel is great and they were nice to provide me with toothbrush and razor (I was without my luggage) The dinner included buffet was the classic dinner that you can find in a hotel of a grand and European city. Too bad that the included breakfast does not provide a coffee or cappuccino prepared at the time. Everything else is OK.

Good value for money Convenient location for airport and highways. Large and spacious rooms although not latest. Possibility of parking inside and outside.

Machines granted but I had to realize that nothing to do with a lion it was because he saw and how blue cheese from Italy. The only positive fact that was easily his money back got one at the reception. The bathroom has mold…

The rooms are already abundant "clean", the room rates but still relatively high.

Full right, it has a good connection to the airport and has lots of stuff including. As E. G. Wi-Fi, swimming pool, sauna. The breakfast was very satisfactory. Nothing was missing.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an ÖVPN, kostenfreies Wlan, Pool, Sauna, Fitnessraum, ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zum Flughafen Tegel.

Great facility, spacious and clean rooms although very bright since sunrise due to not enough curtains to obscure the rooms. Close to the subway but outside the centre of Berlin and then about 30 minutes away from the main attractions.

In the evening there are 2 buffets: 1 for the individual (forbidden to groups)
