The female receptionist at check in was excellent. They did not have my booking so I had to pay again but I believe that was my travel agent’s fault. I sent an email to my travel agent detailing the problem and indicated I would like a refund. The room was very nice. That evening, I went to reception and asked for some ice (there is only ever one person on duty for everything). It was a gentleman on duty and he was a man of few words. He said no ice machine kaput. No apologies. I got the impression I was disturbing him. My room was hot, and the air-conditioner ceased to work about 4 am. I somewhat sweltered. I politely asked for attention to the air con to a new lady at reception when I went for breakfast. She was very matter of fact. A very pleasant repairman came about 1pm and we turned it on and it was working perfectly. He said he would check during the afternoon (we empathised about intermittent faults as I repair electronics). I got back in the evening and it was working intermittently. It “died” early in the night and I had rotten night’s sleep. I detailed a couple of diagnostic experiments I'd done in an email to assist in diagnosing the intermittent fault. I also spoke with the 2nd lady at reception. She was very “cold”. I wondered if it was due to some correspondence between my travel agent and themselves. When I returned in the evening a male gentleman at reception gruffly told me I had a new room – here’s the key. If only the room was a chilly as he was.

Very nice hotel not far from Senefelder Platz with its many opportunities for going out, eating and drinking. Upscale furnishings with stucco on the ceiling, golden wallpaper and huge flat screen. The shower has as a highlight a rainwater shower. Breakfast very rich with high quality. Spa and sauna area available. Unfortunately not used. Parking with resident parking card of the hotel is possible free of charge.

Very nice hotel. The service and the staff are a force. The location on Prenzlauer Berg is ideal. If Berlin then in this hotel. Simple but ingenious.

Stayed here on business. But the room was lovely stayed on the 5th floor room 55. I loved the room only downside where very little room each side of the bed and no view (which I did not mind as no noise). Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of range and was fresh. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location easy walk to the centre and would 100% stay again when in Berlin.

A pearl on the Prenzlauer Berg, which leaves nothing to be desired and in my opinion also stars should be awarded for the staff — that would be another 4 extra! Thanks for great days and nights — I'll be back!

Everything very nice but breakfast little varies, with a few sweets and coffee and cappuccino extra.

Top hotel. If you look at it soberly, you can say, "No one needs more. " The people friendly, the rooms nice and clean, the surroundings interesting, Berlin-Mitte (if you like to walk a few steps) within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay … friendly staff … great atmosphere. Lots of choice for breakfast … would have liked a lounge/ chill area … good restaurants nearby … a really chilled neighbourhood … recommend it … enjoy.

Very nice hotel, close to center and Prenzlauer Berg. My room was beautiful and cozy. Breakfast a bit crowded and I had to wait a while since there was no free table for individuals.

The hotel has been 2017 supporters of our school project (elementary School in the rolling hills) fashion 4Kids. I have redeemed one of the generous vouchers today. A wonderful breakfast at the Myer ´ s for 6Personen.
Everything is just right here: our place was within a very interesting art Exhibition. The staff looked after us very attentively. Fresh coffee and a glass of sparkling wine were a good start.
The view of the buffet surprised me, because as in Berlin often early Stückender person, I did not expect this choice.
A large number of good cheeses and sausages, which were lovingly served, were just the Beginning. The number of teas was indescribable. Each tea could be set up individually. There were certainly more than 20 varieties.
A rich selection of fresh baked goods, cereals, cakes, Fresh fruit…
The Rüherei had a very good consistency and was tastefully well Seasoned. There were bacon and minced meat rolls.
Also with the milk you had the choice between three varieties — a lactosefreie!
Oh yes, since it's Christmas time you had Stolle and gingerbread on Offer.
The juice bar had several fresh juices to choose from. Constantly refilled and the table-friendly of unnecessary plates Freed.
In Short: staff, quality and choice of food deserves 5 * Now still the nice Conclusion.

Deserves 5star in every way! Nice clean rooms cozy sophisticated atmosphere! The Breakfast is heavenly.

We have stayed at Myer’s Hotel on two different trips to Berlin and plan to stay there on future visits. It is a beautiful boutique-feeling hotel in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and walking distance from many great restaurants, bars, shops and historical points of interest. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. There is a small but well-maintained sauna and spa area that is free for guests (upon request). The breakfast every morning is a feast of fresh eggs, meats, smoked fish, breads, fruits, pickled veg etc. For all of the luxury, the price is less than you might pay at a mid-budget hotel chain in the US. It is a great value, but I would recommend this hotel even if it were twice the cost.

Really love this place as superb value for money. Room excellent with different types of pillows at your disposal. Roomy space. Helpful English speaking staff. And the breakfast was above average. The tea options took me aback: variety of fresh leaves and had all of the fixings.

I absolutely love this hotel, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse. The hotel staff is helpful yet unobtrusive. The location is perfect as well, very close to all modes of transportation.

Location is central and good transport links, but on a quiet leafy street. Rooms are superb and spacious. The staff are very friendly and there is a lovely breakfast room with outside space and a garden.

A very high class hotel.

If you have some money and want to spend it with taste would recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast. Nice, nice interior and a soulful inner garden with few tables.

Beautiful hotel, close to train station. Excellent breakfast, wonderful staff. I would love to give a huge thank you to a front desk personnel who checked us in on July 27, 2017. (so sorry I forgot his name, he has curly hair and wear eye glasses).

We stayed for a night in the Myer's Hotel and were extremely satisfied. The reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our Suite exceeded our expectations, given the price/performance ratios. Everything was very well maintained and it was not saved on Details and features. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied, the staff are very attentive, we will definitely be back! We are travelling around the world, and mostly in 5 star Hotels. This Hotel would definitely deserve 5 stars!

The Hotel is a true oasis in the hustle and bustle of the big city. Art lovers will find in the backyard of a beautiful sculpture garden. At night you can sleep in absolute quiet in a stylish room with great mattress. With a rich Breakfast offer, you will be cared for by a lovely housekeeper.
