Loved staying here! Great location, great room and great price! Very friendly staff as well.

A quite and good hotel. You can go many places on foot from the hotel location. Easy to find and also has its own parking. Stuff is kind and rooms are useful. I loved to stay at the hotel. Also has a kitchen to prepare something. Room was clean and has a good view. At least mine had. A modern place to stay.

Great location, walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. They didnt have large beds, they only had two small beds together. They do not have a business center, and did not have adapters to accommodate American electronics.

The Easter brunch was a disaster.
Far too many people in 3 halls, from the Jazz band was in our room nothing to see or hear!

Hyper Center, very well placed. Bus stop in front of the door. Well-appointed room with kitchenette and clean. Small Restaurant but with good prepared homemade dishes. Place to advise!

The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly; You felt right at ease!
Even with a concern, the nice gentleman at the reception was immediately ready to find a solution.
What is still very positive are the vehicle parking spaces in the home's underground car park. Especially in the Berlin government district, where parking spaces can hardly be found, this is very convenient!

I had friends hire a room for a day whilst we waited for an evening flight. The hotel has a nice foyer area and well decorated rooms from what I saw.

One is good location, a step away from the museum island and other important attractions, the second is clean and comfortable, the third is service and kindness, see us with children, take the initiative to give us a sofa bed room. Beautiful conference hotel that has provided water, coffee and snacks throughout. For lunch, we had a choice of two dishes. One with meat and one without, both looked good and the serving was fine, plus there was soup and a little dessert. A clo didn't seem to be available on every level though, instead you had to walk over the treppe/the elevator two floors down to the basement.

I've been here several times for a couple of nights now. Clean rooms with flair, good breakfast, nice bar that invites to linger. Always happy!

The location is good and the hotel is tidy and modern. Unfortunately there is no separate bathroom in the room and a kettle is also missing. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly!

The hotel is in an excellent location, up to 3 minutes walk from the nearest U station, and about 18 minutes walk from the main attractions. (There are also several high-frequency bus stops nearby). The hotel staff is amazing, right to help with any need and question! Breakfast is varied and offers different types of pastries, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, natural juices and hot drinks. The hotel's rooms are spacious and pleasant, while those located on the higher floors enjoy a beautiful view of several of the city's main sites. The hotel bar is cozy and offers a wide range of drinks and snacks. The hotel offers free entry to the sauna and fitness center which are fully equipped and offer some relaxation after a long day of activity. Highly recommended!

The rooms smell clean, only bad point, do not offer free water to their guests. Do not offer shampoo or balsamo for the hair. The breakfast is good. The service of the people at the reception is also good.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast even had vegan options, not much but it was enough for the first time. But it can be more than ever! The internet was good, you only had to register again when you came back to the hotel in the evening.

I liked very much the room is very nice and friendly. The service is good and the location also as it is like 10 min. From Alexanderplatz and a 15 min of the Brandenburg gate. There are many tourist attractions nearby. It is highly recommended and I inn again without hesitation.

This hotel I visited for the 2nd time this year and was a bit disappointed this Time. The room was rather small, there was no liquid soap any cosmetics. I like this already, even if it is ecologically better, if you dispense with it.
however, you had to do without a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. This is a very poor performance for a 4 star Hotel. On the curtain and on the wall were strange big black spots, if you can see them as a guest easily, why not the room service?
Yesterday I sat in the bar for 30 minutes at lunchtime and wanted to order a coffee, but that didn't interest anyone, so I left. Impossible!
I am no longer a berliner, but I have roots there and will often stay in Berlin hotels in the future too. But this is no longer the case, even if the situation is Exceptional. You can walk along the spree to the Tiergarten Park and marvel at a lot of sights.

Solid Hotel. Great location, 5 min walking to Alexanderplatz and all the Museums. Two minutes to the metro. Rooms are modern and clean and you can actually turn off the AC! Restaurant good as well. Great value for your money. Just no four stars because the amazing element wasn't there.

Large Apartments. Clean. Walking distance to many Locations. The rooms back so quiet that I could sleep with the window Open. Very nice Breakfast.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in, with the nicest staff. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, and it is located close to many tourist attractions, as well as good local places to eat.

Excellent location, ideal to visit the center without the need to navigate public transport, although the metro is very close. Quisaz the breakfast too expensive but all rooms have a small kitchen and are very comfortable. The only thing is that the double bed are two small to be a 4 star hotel should be better.

This hotel was okay. Everything is very new and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning is rather poor unfortunately and seemed to be even worse at night. The bathrooms do not have adequate venting, so if you shower at night, the entire room can get uncomfortable when coupled with the aforementioned poor air conditioning. The location is conveniently close to the U-Bahn, but there is not much to do in the immediate vicinity.

We were here as part of a trip to Prague in Berlin, and certainly the hotel in Berlin was better than the diplomat in Prague. The hotel staff was very friendly, although occasionally part of our group has said they were less responsive than appropriate. I had a few minor issues but they all resolved with only a little bit of language and repetitive difficulties. I would certainly come back here if I was in the neighborhood, And this is a very good location. It's a 10 minute walk from the museums and easy public transportation to the rest of the city.

We stayed here in a superior room just after Christmas. The room was nice and comfortable with possibly the biggest shower I've ever seen in a hotel room! Great location with a U-Bahn station nearby and within walking distance of the Brandenburg Gate. There was also a really lovely Christmas market just down the road. Lots of yummy options for vegans on the breakfast buffet and we also enjoyed a tasty vegan dinner in the restaurant. They also let us check in early! The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well.

Central location, great value for money.

Modern room, resturant has very good food and very large portions. Good location to walk to check point charlie, part of the wall, slightly longer walk for the brandenburg gare. Getting arround from here is easy with underground, trams, buses, rickshaw, train. Had a wonderfull stay in Berlin.

Overall, this was a coherent stay from A to Z. The location is just great, the rooms are clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very appetizing and offers something for every taste.

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff with excellent customer service. Nice breakfast buffet and accommodating wait staff. Attended a conference at the hotel where almost all the delegates stayed at the hotel. Meeting along with food and beverage departments performed well. Meals and service were top notch and the chef prepared a delicious vegetarian meal for one of the delegate's spouses, Without the internet access problems on the last day, would have rated a 5.

We were starting with the booking, the reception, the stay out until the departure, completely satisfied. Pros:central location, very clean, very good breakfast, environment friendly, good facilities e. G. Sauna, near underground station cons: buffet lunch was not very good, TV channels are all in german and the only ones in english are bbc and 2 more similar news channels… otherwise a very good hotel. Hotels have all the light during the exhibition in Berlin, the price is very cheap, they have to pay, "Messe-Preise". Compared with the more than 200 rooms, this is a very small room, I think even during the trade fair can have better accommodation conditions. A really nice hotel with nice rooms. We got a free upgrade and had a junior suite. Especially the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The only thing not good I liked, was the question of a Concierge "You belong at all to the hotel? ", when we asked him every morning in our casual clothes (our suits not dirty to make), where we going to breakfast. For that, the breakfast was but wonderful!

The hotel rooms were clean and very modern.

6 days stay of business nature. Breakfast very good, service always friendly and unobtrusive, rooms very clean. For my birthday I got even a birthday cake, what I myself was really very happy! The drinks at the bar is good too. Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms (but a bit dark), and excellent food on offer in the International Affairs restaurant. Very well situated. Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel, although it's a bit annoying to have to go through the whole log in procedure each time you connect (if it has been a while since you were last online)

In room 118 are the tile joints in the shower/Wannenbereich partly discolored/ mould? The beautiful rocking chair leaves unfortunately black marks on the wall, the actually removed include, respectively, a Board on the wall, on the bed with the big ears, glue two yellow stickers — so-small Points, about 7mm in diameter — probably the Chambermaid has overlooked, Funny, I also think that the Übergardinen among the Stores hide, that makes it difficult to involve in the night. Very good site. Great, clean rooms, great shower, comfortable beds. Good Breakfast. What more could you want. Directly at the Gendarmenmarkt, and soon at the new city Palace one can live very Central. For private and business purposes, is well suited.

Good hotel as a base for activities under den Linden and Friedrichstraße. Rooms very quiet courtyard. The views to the front and is unfortunately ruined by construction projects.

Rooms, equipment, etc. Were good, but leaves to be desired when additional requirements of the service. We wanted to cook because of my friend's own food intolerance, until we got the Pan, dishes, cutlery, passed several hours and many demands. Unfortunately I had noticed after our stay that I forgot my keychain there. Here again there inquiries that I received different answers followed, on Wednesday entered into the transfer to Porto, has been sent but only a week later, I call that in this price segment, worse service.

The hotel's location is perfect: close to the Duomo, just 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz and close to 100 and 200 buses stops, that can reach all sights within a few minutes. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms very well maintained and equipped with every comfort.

The hotel is located in a location close to the Museum Island. Also the U is only 5 minutes away.

Overall nothing special, we were there only asleep.
It however here the first time happened to me, that I had to leave a deposit when you check (probably wg mini bar) and then also still equal to 90, — €. Alone, that's why you don't see me again.
Then wanted the page (Yes, I've seen a Bellboy there the first time) 3, — € for storage of luggage (until afternoon then could we room at 3: 00 in it). Super location, all within easy reach. Look at the Berliner DOM is unique. Price is OK, room is clean.
Negative:
Total overheated rooms (23 April) without real or tangible working air conditioning. The air is just as stuffy as in the room in the dark corridor. Window is not open (only to overturn), therefore air not really possible.
Young smart guy at the front desk offers services such as a machine: responds only reluctantly and briefly. In addition, it is educational and rude, almost naughty.

Terrible experience. They do not honor reservations made online. Tried to put me in a room with no bed and expected me to pay for a regular room. Steer clear of this Chain.
