I stayed here for two months and found myself at home within the first day. The owners are very welcoming and helpful if you have any questions. The rooms and facilities are exactly what they saw on the website and are well maintained. The public transport is a 5 minuet walk from the premises making it easy to get to the city center any time of the day. The buildings themselves have a fun and contemporary feel and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere with some nice greenery.

As soon as we arrived we given a warm welcome by the owners, who have been incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful during our stay. The atmosphere here is very nice, with a good community vibe. I only speak English myself but even the non-English speakers have been very friendly. The rooms are a great concept, I have really enjoyed the simplicity, they are comfortable and everything you could need for the size advertised. The communal area is always kept clean, with good bathroom and showering facilities and with good breakfast served daily if you want it.

Great hostel, great staff, clean, tidy and cozy rooms However it's not exactly convenient for backpackers as they only begin check-ins at 2pm and the entire complex is gated off.

We were here for the Cup Final on Pentecost with 10 People and there was nix in principle. Friendly reception, clean new Sanitary facilities, Breakfast completely adequate, Containers to sleep clean and adequate. Our Decision is firm, we will be back in 2019. Thanks to the Team from the heating House Marzahn.

We were there 3 Nights and it was just Lace. Everything was very clean and modern. We slept in a Container that was a bit clairvoyant but that didn't bother us as we travelled as a Group anyway and we shared the Container with others from our Group. We have heard Passing trains, but that did not bother us and at night we hardly noticed that. The Breakfast was a bit simple but perfectly sufficient. It was just a legendary Weekend and we're definitely coming back. As the only Deficiencies, the Beds could have been a bit wider.

Longer Cup Weekend spent in the Heating House Absolut nothing out of. We would receive super nice, Rooms were functional and very clean, Breakfast for my Needs top. Santitäranrances very clean and Well-manictered We found the Railway Track not disturbing. Closeness of the S-Bahn.
We were 10 People and decided during our Stay: We will be happy to come back in 2019!

It's a nice quirky place to stay, but soundproofing needs to be improved as I could hear snoring from the cube next door!

I bought a voucher for 2 persons and 2 nights with breakfast for the hotel in November 2014. Since spring 2015 I have always tried to call and book an appointment again. On the internet there were often suitable dates, if you have reached someone, no appointment was bookable with voucher, in which I would have had time. Now I wanted to try to redeem the coupon for this spring. Unfortunately, it has expired since November, because it is limited to a validity of 3 years. This time I was offered a free appointment (again not my online actually available desired date). When the employee found out that the voucher expired, she revised the previous mail and wrote that a booking was no longer possible. My request for goodwill was rejected, supposedly they would have redeemed the coupon until February, if I had reported until the end of 2017. When I wanted to claim my right to reimbursement of the coupon amount according to § 812 BGB, this was also rejected. I really do not want to do the stress with a lawsuit because of €20, but I do not recommend this "hotel" in any case. In my opinion neither business-minded, nor customer-friendly.

Unfortunately unbelievably unfriendly staff, below average sanitary area, minimalist and overpriced breakfast and a location beyond good and evil (on the edge of the city next to a railway line overlooking a concrete block). Anyone who can overlook all of this, will not be able to put up with the prices on the website that are completely at the hair. (which, incidentally, was used as a basis for a bedding tax that was not mentioned anywhere, although we paid less through a coupon).
The idea is certainly good, but I personally cannot recommend it to anyone. Each hostel offers more fun and comfort for less money!

Very clean! I strongly recommend to students and undemanding people… nice, comfortable rooms. Very modern concept. It’s only complicated in winter, as WC are not in the same room, so you have to walk 15m in — 5 degrees if you wake up in the night and want to go the bathroom… me and my boyfriend loved this experience, we felt ourselves as young students… However I don’t recommend to family with kids… or people that want a good night asleep if you go there in summer as I think it’s when students go and want to party. The lady that attended us is very friendly and so her dog.!

The unbelievable responses of the owner encourage you to advertise a "non-support" of this facility.

Wir hatten einen Gutschein und haben uns auf ein schönes Wochenende gefreut. Nach Ankunft hatten wir uns entschieden das wir ein neues Hotel suchen. Da es trotz Winter sehr ungepflegt erschien. Es liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke und Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch nicht so vorhanden und wir uns in unseren Urlaub was anderes vorstellten, haben wir was neues gesucht. Für Backpacker und Junge Partyleute nicht schlecht. Leider nichts für uns darum nur 1 Stern.

Is hardly suitable for business people unless they want to feel back to a hostel or are on something extra vagantes.

All in all we had a lovely stay. The qbe and also the washrooms were very clean. Public transport are easy to reach on foot. The staff had planned a little rough, and the arrival times are very close. What we liked was the condition of the plant. At night it looks a bit creepy and there are lots of pallets lying around. It should be pointed out that no towels are available.

Was a very nice experience in the tower with 3 floors. Has a really special flair and I would decide to do it again at any time. Sanitary area is, in my opinion, completely okay and modern, was also always clean.
Only breakfast did not rip me off the stool — for the price it is okay, but we preferred to have breakfast somewhere else.

Loved the place. Next best thing to camping. The staff was very polite and tried to help with any questions we had regarding to the area since we're travelers and didn't know very much about the place. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent little place to stay if you are travelling. They have a stage with live bands and barbecues but I don't know when they are on. The rooms (Or cylindrical pods) are small and basic, and you can't do much more than sleep there, but as that's all me and my wife were after then it's perfect! There's a netto about 5 minutes up the road which is very cheap. There's also a train station 5 minutes down the road which takes you into the centre of Berlin so if you have a weekly train pass then it's very convenient. There's also a restaurant within walking distance which is reasonably priced and the food there is good. Overall, it's a cheap, basic, but quirky and quaint little place that is good enough to get your head down at, and I'd definitely go back at some point!

The booking of a cube works via voucher well, I think I had an appointment with about 1/2 of the year lead, and this was also available. We were two in a tower. The place is definitely sufficient to bring everything under one what Luggage. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything is nice and clean. The plant we found is very well maintained and really comfortable. The connection is the absolute Hammer of course, it is "loud" but if you want to the a must the other is like… and you get used to it quickly. The Breakfast buffet has for money a great price. For 6€ more than the heart desires. All are super friendly and accommodating with great Berlin charm You have to really be Clear in what you Bay. Anyone who can read is clearly in advantage. Parties will be announced in due time, and everything other is simply a character of the Hotel. Who is a 5***** star house is expected to the wrong address. I was from 10 06. Up 12 06 16 in one of your towers.
What I have to say is the concept, it's just class a super nice idea and to the price/performance ratio.
The bathrooms were very great, and the towers and dice staff was great, very friendly and warm.
So who likes to explore Berlin for a weekend and doesn't take much is as well taken and will book my at QBE hotel again next visit to Berlin.

The same voucher to the theatre as many of the reviews show here. According to the Email complaint the same excuses came as to read here already. Finally, I get to Mr pebble banned, because I expressed myself in the Mail's negative impact on the "room"-availability for the coupons and you accused me of insulting (and untrue mail history is available). I have to say I expect from a Hotel (services) more Customer-oriented Service! The Hotel itself I can only say: Has a little camping holiday character. If you like it, and no coupon has a lot of Fun. Note to the Statement by the operator: Yes, as I wrote, we were in the last year, but no, not on the weekend, and no, not in the tower, because it was never free! but in a cube! With a coupon, unfortunately, is hardly a reasonable reservation, as the quotas for this seems to be very artificial shortage. At the end of December for a reservation for a weekend in early March, in which no single state vacation are to get to is not possible. My girlfriend and I recently stayed for 2 nights there. Unfortunately our dice from all the furthest from the Sanitary facilities will be removed. We already had the end of 2014, a voucher in the context of a Eröffnungsaktion purchased and in March 2015 for September reserved (previously there was supposedly no free way more on the weekend). Actually, everything here is pretty nice. The Qbe's are cute and something different. They are distributed around a place with a fireplace. We are just the second night here. Positive: Good Value For Money Good Breakfast Good Idea Berlin is via the S-Bahn station, easy to reach. After the first night, I would certainly be 4 to 5 points will be given and I would have to celebrate having been there, I would still have to make. But now comes the big but. Ich habe versucht zwei Monate im Voraus zwei Nächte (So und Mo) zu reservieren und hierfür einen Cube-Gutschein zu verwenden. Da online Verfügbarkeit angezeigt wurde, man aber für Gutscheine jedoch nicht das Buchungssystem sondern E-Mail bzw. Telefon benutzen soll (Telefon nur Mo-Fr), habe ich — da außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten — eine E-Mail geschrieben. Darauf eine trockene Absage; meine Bitte um Rückruf und Klärung blieb unbeantwortet. Bei einem Anruf hatte ich eine unkooperativ-unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon. Für Gutscheininhaber gäbe es "Spezialkontigente", die man online nicht einsehen kann. Flexibilität wurde nicht angeboten und mein Angebot der Verrechnung des Gutscheinwertes (2x 39 Euro plus 4x 6 Euro) mit dem höherpreisigen "Tower" wurde abgelehnt. Gutscheinkontingente seien teilweise ein halbes Jahr im Voraus erschöpft. Der Gutscheinverkauf damals scheint ein attraktives Geschäftsmodell für den Betreiber zu sein. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The weather was also great and we were able to sit with the others at the camp fire in the evening. The breakfast has strengthened us for the day. One thing for sure we will be back. Makes it.
