Never again. Rooms are rebooked haphazardly by the hotel. Instead of the booked family room, you simply get 2 double rooms. A cheekiness. When you book a family room, you think of something. Otherwise you would have booked 2 double rooms from the outset.

On Arrival I was asked, did she have a Car with her? I answered yes, 7 Euros he said and in Cash, he was on the phone.

The Reception does not take care of their Guests. The Answer about breakfast time, was … In the Restaurant then. No Explanation where I have to go, what Offers are available in the Hotel.
There is no Air Conditioning and no Minibar.
Unfortunately, the Hotel is not even worth 1 Star.

That room was clean and adequate. However, the direct location to the main road made it possible to sleep at night, as the temperatures were so high. I think this is also possible for a 3 star hotel to provide a fan. The second shortcoming was inadequate bathroom lighting. But even that wasn't as bad as the temperatures. Breakfast was good. Abundant selection. The staff were friendly.

We were at the Hotel's Restaurant for Brunch. That was absolutely ok and also tasted very good. Do other Reviews make the Kitchen Appear in a bad Light, but I can't confirm that.
It's just not a Star Restaurant!
All in all, we were very satisfied.
1 Star Deduction exists only because the Waiting Time until the Drinks were delivered to the Table was a bit long.
Otherwise, I can recommend the Restaurant with peace of mind.

Beds were comfortable, but you can't sleep with the window open due to traffic outside and there is no air conditioning so open your windows and hope for a breeze at night before you shut them to go to bed. They are also very unforgiving if you misplace a key card — 5 Euro to replace a 10 cent price of plastic is highway robbery. Also, they will fold your towels but not replace them, even if you're there for 5 nights.

Bad service, tried to overcharge us in any way. You pay for the room, but if you use anything else, there are extra costs involved. Furthermore some of the staff are very rude and try to scam you. It makes it a bit difficult to rate the hotel as some of the staff were very gladly to help and were apologizing for any rudeness.

Was a nice, clean place. Staff charged various prices for the same drink so somebody ended up in pocket, very noisy outside on street but decent hotel.

The room was clean. The hotel itself is… The room is not too clean. But very friendly staff. Parking is small, costs 7 euros.

Check in was okay the woman at the reception was trying hard.
Great atmosphere and very good breakfast.
My 3 Stars unfortunately refer to the cleanliness of the rooms.
When I arrived in the first room, I looked at the toilet and regretted it.
Unfortunately dirty with Fektalien for which there are also pictures.
Little things like chrome not polished well.
We went down to the front desk, the lady was of course very uncomfortable and immediately gave us a new room.

We went to the front desk again and they gave us a new room where they came with then finally everything was okay.
It's a nice object but I don't know if I really want to go there again.

Pizza was hard and dry and tastefully improved, the ambiance was not good. Tablecloth had stains and was full with Krümmeln, cleanliness is improving. Overall, there is still potential to the top.

On Sundays from 11 o'clock you can have a delicious brunch. There is also ample parking space.

Room for two very comfortable. The bathroom is large enough to wash and dry in comfort. Only flaws the food.

I would recommend spending a couple of days at Aga’s hotel if you are the type of person of which enjoys living in filth and getting minimal service during your stay. :) Maybe you are a parasitic insect of the cimicid family that feeds exclusively on blood (the so-called “Bedbug”), because then you will have PLENTY OF COMPANY. Moreover, if you hate clean towels and bed-sheets this hotel is perfect for you and your loved ones, because you will only be getting one set of towels during your entire stay (if you don’t pay for more towels, of course) and bed-sheets are not changed during your time there either. :) :) :)

The hotel is dirty, the towels were not changed and we found bed bugs. Some members of the staff are rude and unpolite and there was no service. The hotel is close to a construction area which made a lot of noice. I would definetly not recommend this hotel.

Not clean at all. There were bedbugs in the room. We did not get new clean towles if we did not pay 2 €. They did not change the bed cover in the rooms! Some of the stuff was also angry and unpolite. We won't visit the hotel again, and I don't recommend anyone else to visit the hotel. They did also delete our ratings on facebook.

Dirty hotel, bedbugs in the rooms, poor service and unfriendly staff.

The arrival was friendly accompanied by the staff. The room and bathroom are well kept and clean. The hotel is not exactly centrally located, in front of the hotel are parking spaces which are charged with €7 extra. A restaurant is attached to the hotel.

That is a GOOD hotel with a good services and food! And for reasonable price! Recommended! Thank you, Aga's.

This hotel is a three star hotel, but you will get a very comfortable rooms, nice food, and the hospitality and welcoming of a five star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Personally, whenever I visit Berlin, I will stay in Aga's Hotel.

Easy to reach, about 6 km away from the centre. But with the S-Bahn all easy to reach, is only three minutes away from the accommodation. The rooms are okay and the food good and plentiful. We only had one night but we were very pleased.

Nice staff and the rooms are perfectly fine. Only traffic disturbs clearly. For one night but definitely recommend and at the price there is hardly anything really better.

Just book rooms around as you like. From a family room you simply make two double rooms. Really the last one. And then call it another upgrade.

The hotel has a good connection, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and competent and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Also in the evening you can eat well in the restaurant. The only downside is the paid parking space. Otherwise top.

Although the facility is a bit peripheral, the hotel is comfortable and clean. A short distance from metro, tram, bar, hairdresser, pharmacy and food shops.

Clean and tidy. Food and service Prima. Bathroom without heating, was too cold. To the front the rooms very noisy, who wants to sleep with an open window.

We had a lot of fun. The conditions were excellent and the food very tasty.

Good all round hotel. Decent buffet breakfast however the Wi-Fi didn't work. Close to the train station makes for really easy access with great staff.

Overall is decent. However it doesnt smell good and rhe water doesn't taste righr.

Positive: the room is bright and clean. The beds are not soft, which was very fitting for us. We slept very well. We were very positively surprised.
Negative: for breakfast What we got, 9, €50 is very exaggerated from our point of VIEW. Sausage Cold cuts: 4 varieties each 5Scheiben, which have been on the plate for a long time. 5 slices of Cheese. For this, cold schnitzel, which is obviously left at the branch on Sunday. The cheapest baked buns. Luckily we opted for the breakfast spontaneously and not booked for two days together with overnight stay. On the second day we just went to the bakery at the S-bahn and ate delicious sandwiches there.

There were no sheets to cover — only duvet without protection. Bathroom was not cleaned really well. Electric cable from. The hairdryer was in a wash basin. There were no towels. I suppose cleaning lady forgot to clean this room. However price performance is still very high.

Great atmosphere. Second time visiting Aga’s and both times a treat. The staff were exceptionally kind and the menu a excellent (with special mention for the amazing brunch! ). I felt very at home here and will certainly come back when next in Berlin.

Our 4 bed room was clean but a bit cramped. At first there were problems with our room key (I. E. With the card), where the staff could have reacted more friendly and constructively. I didn't try the Food.

A anspechendes hotel with very good breakfast. From here you can reach perfectly everything in berlin. Unfortunately our room was not even swept or wiped during our stay, nor did the heater work adequately.
On arrival and also in the following days, there was a strange smell in the entire hotel as if drain lines had been cleaned.
All in all I can recommend the hotel anyway.

Very clean room and friendly service. The hotel is also accessible via ramp for wheelchair users. Only the location is a little tiring, because even at night, every 10 minutes a tram is passing by. Who can sleep with closed windows/will not get much of it. The dinner was also very good.

Stayed here with school (about 150 people). Beds and pillows where not the best, Location is a bit noisy because of something like a building materials storage, so close the windows before 5 in the morning! About 4 EU sockets so the gadget freak will need a external socket box. The rules for the school where strict but there where less people who controlled if the students lived the rules. There where a few problems in the 4 days we stayed in the hotel 1. The water in the shower did not flowed away easily (not reported by the desk) 2. The cards of our school where disabled and every single card has to be activated again the personal seems annoyed 3. There where not enough sockets to charge our phones and camera at the same time.

Great hotel. We had a family room and it was spacious and chic. Very comfortable stay. Nice restaurant downstairs too!

For the price you can not beat it! Of course your not at the for seasons, but if you need a place to sleep this place is for you. Very close to the train system, very easy to navigate. The staff was very helpful and honest.

There is no cold water and the shower comes out with pressure close to zero. I mean, never again in this hotel.

We were for 2 nights to the DFB Cup 2016 in Agas hotel. The reception was very friendly, the room and the service super. You again. Mfg. Günther from Dortmund.

Staff is very friendly, that restaurant in addition to really clean sanitary facilities.
However, the breakfast is a joke. There was little choice, the toast was obviously long and rock hard. The same applies to the cheese skewers. The cheese was already hard and dry, the grapes had brown bodies. Fried eggs were prepared upon request.
Paid via GroupOn 13, 60 € (for 2 people) instead of €22. Locally, the breakfast costs only 8, €60.

The review relates solely to the restaurant where you can eat independently from the hotel. It should be aligned with a family celebration, but already the company has is difficult always woman was W. Not there and a colleague took the click, only good that I once again phoned a few days before the celebration to look if everything discussed organized like is. I had the impression that the appointment with Mrs W. Has arrived. Since we were already there years ago and the food has good geschmecht I ignored the small LAU on difficulties, unfortunately, the kitchen was not the same as once, a touch of Persian food it should be… in fact, cold rice on the plate was then many with dry lamb skewer without! any sauce. The birthday boy (about 80) actually last got his food. The young man of the operated was trying but totally overwhelmed.
The store was otherwise empty and generous… For us the last meal at this place!

Very good hotel. The personal spokes english and the rooms were clean and tidy. The only issue is with the limit of 750Mb a day in the traffic of the Wi-Fi. The rest was perfect.

Rooms are realy good. Service is good. But if you go to the restaurant and its busy you have to wait for 2 hours but the salmon was good.

My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights in the Agashotel. The room was furnished and the hotel has an Oriental flair. Matches the name.
In the restaurant we have had daily breakfast and evening dinner. Breakfast was ok for the price total and dinner was really good! We will be back!

Agas Hotel is very good hotel and the reception is very generous, I hope to return again.

This is my 2nd stay. I was really satisfied. The AAA has evolved to the posetiven. It is modern as my first stay before 1-2 years. Good luck continued. I'm coming back.

Nice hotel! Especially for the price we paid. The room was nice and clean (a bit dusty here and there and a tile was missing in the shower, other than that it was perfect). Nice view and the location is perfect with the trainstation, grocery shop and gas stations on very close walking distance. Breakfast was nice, not super much variaty, but vert good concidering the price you pay for your stay. Also the staff was very friendly and willing to help with info of the city and helping to stop our neighbours from making a lot of noise. We will deffinately recommend this hotel!

My stay at the hotel amounted to first one, then on two nights. The location of the hotel is very pleasant, a few metres on the S-Bahn. The front desk has received me friendly. The bar and friendly staff. The room I got was spacious and well equipped. On the whole, very satisfied and will take back a room avail.

We had a double room — comfort. Despite the street was quiet. Excellent the transport links (3 min to the S-Bahn). The staff was very friendly and obliging. The coffee machine did not work properly on Sunday, without, we got another coffee. We will come back very much.

I was a guest at agas hotel location and nice clean rooms all.
Breakfast was also very much and also clean.
Only downside was that in the was was somewhat cool and getzogen has otherwise everything was great.

Visit could have gone far better — Initial bill included 5 breakfast for 4 night stay. Luckily I was not hurry and that got fixed. — I got a big room with two beds and bunk-bed, but unfortunately toilet and shower was in the corridor and shared with neighboring room. I had asked for a single person room. — Lot of people running around and sitting on the floors of corridors. Somewhat feels like student dorm. Not very peaceful. — Room could have been cleaner. Floor would have needed wash as I was able to draw to floor with toes in some places + found grape and piece of class. Towel was clean and soft, but had a big tear (hole) in middle. — On first morning I noticed cable running across the hall to neighboring room and later on that night my room resembled sauna as one of the walls radiated heat to my room. Person in front desk denied any knowledge of heating, but the only reason I can come up for this is that they had bedbugs (which hopefully were not forced to move to my room). Result is that I had to sleep windows open, but unfortunately there was cars + trams running by. — Next night heater was off, but the wall was still hot. For addition someone decided to play loud music (I guess that was the restaurant downstairs), which made sleeping difficult (again). — Free Internet connection advertises 500Mb data limit and is quite unreliable. + There is tram and s-bahn stop nearby. + It is good that they are trying to get rid of bedbugs.

I went right back out to put such an unfriendly employee at the front desk doesn't at all?
What should tourists think that come to Germany and to be operated.

Dirty and unfriendly.

Dreadful place. Walls are so thin you are woken each night by new guests moving in. Food served is from the day before. Breakfast is basic and costs extra (the boiled eggs were from I don´t know how long ago, they did change them on the 4th day) as well as internet, which was very poor. Room had places with so much dirt. Rubbish was not cleared, other items not removed and no room instructions / guide. I could go on and on, but if you book this place then have an adventure, if you like that kind of thing its perfect for you, if on the other hand you want somewhere close to the city and a place to relax then this is not for you.

The room was not properly cleaned, bed broken, the bathroom not properly breakfast not so good cleaned. Dine in a seminar not definable and cold. Staff unfriendly immediately upon arrival, since it was a seminar I could not leave. Hotel is located directly on the road, it's very loud and noise protection is missing.
