All In Hostel Berlin Hostel

I had made a reservation through booking. The payment was done via my credit card and two days before my arrival I received the relevant confirmation mail by Booking that the reservation is valid.
However, upon our arrival The receptionist notified me that there was no room availability for that specific night and the only thing that they could do was to arrange for us staying in another hostel somewhere in Berlin (about 45 minutes away by metro from their hostel).
I suggested to them to stay in a dormitory shared with other 9 persons. This solution, while available, was not accepted by them since, they say, we must paid an extra amount of money for the dormitory.
Terrible experience… Avoid to go there.

Nice place, friendly staff. Everything clean. From last four years I was there around 20 times. Prices are not so high. Tasty breakfasts for good money. Nice area — close to restaurants and bars. Sometimes it is noisy when there are school trips — pple (guests) shouting, knocking on the doors for fun in the night : (but it is not the fault of hostel.

Did the job good staff good understanding or linguistic requirements simple they do a great job.

Wi-fi sucks, the two reception staffs are unaccomodating and unrespectful so they have to have a training in how to handle clients, or maybe they should not be working in this field, the rooms we have reserved was not the room that they have given to us, I wasn't sure what went wrong so at the end we were forced to sleep in one room for two persons and to think we were five adults.

Our friends stayed at this hostel and it was the worst travel experience they've ever had — their jackets got stolen, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom stank, they're beds were taken when they got home and so they had to take someone else's bed only to be woken up at 3am by a shouting security guard, telling them to get out of someone else's bed. They were forced to move into a bigger room with more beds, but pay a higher price! Terrible! They better fix this place up because it does not deserve the money of innocent explorers.

Economy hostel. A lot of noisy young people. In general, there is no separation into booths, just one large room. Twice in the shower for guys met washing girls, and they did not care.

It is quite a normal hostel for your money. The theme is the same as that many booked a separate room settled as a result in a room with two two tiered beds, mattresses are normal and since we came there only to sleep the most it.
Breakfast for this money is also quite acceptable, we did not remain hungry. A very good location near transport, shops and just a sea of different cafes! Of the cons it is half-broken souls, and painted graffiti walls.

It was all right. The room was for 8 people when we asked for a one with 4, but we were the only ones in the room so it was ok. The showers weren't individual so you have to a shower with whoever wants to take it at the same time that you. Also Wi-Fi wasnt accesible from the room.

A good hostel to overnight for few days as students, friends or just to hang out in a bit. They have tidy rooms especially their private toilets. A fine place I would say.

Very good atmosphere. No noise in rooms. Clean wash rooms. But soap dispensers were missing & all have no liquid soaps.

Not a bad hostel. Good breakfasts. But there's a problem with the internet.

The clenaning didn't exist. One of the guys in the recepzion was really unpolite. During the week was so hot outside and they didn't let us to open the windows. I wouldnt comeback never.

Very friendly, somewhat puritan youth hostel. The rooms and the beds are nice and clean. The showers and toilets are excellent. Nice place to stay for young people.

Not the best place. Many things did not like. Booked a room for two full-fledged (in this hostel there are and such), and eventually we were allocated in a tiny room with two bunk beds. The benefit of no one has been sat down. The plumbing pipe in the room, of course, struck. Breakfast on the talus (here except for laughter nothing to add). It didn't seem like the 90s already, but please. Breakfast is not something special: sandwiches with cheese and sausage, cereal with milk, tea/coffee/juices-but enough. Check in 14:00, which is almost standard, but with a departure at 10 a. M. They, of course, were excited. It's too early. Overall not very pleasant but the price for Berlin is acceptable. It's the only thing pleased.

In the beginning we had found a room with blood stains and mold on the bed surface. But we were then allowed to exchange it directly. But the new room is very nice. Look through the rooms well before you sleep there.

We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights. The hostel is very large and many rooms are shared. We took a private room with private bathroom. The hostel is a little dated but inside the rooms are comfortable and equipped with the indispensable. Good location.

It was quite nice, for that price a really good value. Of course there are some things that could be better like improved cleaning in the bathrooms, but you can expect that in a cheap hostel like this.

A budget hostel. We had room with shower. It's pretty good for the price. Very close to the train station that brought us from the airport. It's in an area with a lot of young people. Quite atmosphere!

My second time at the hostel. Clean, and no frills, just to sleep on a visit to Berlin.

First I booked a single room with shared bathroom as I stayed only one night but then got a double room with private bathroom. Very pleasant the room as well as the beds are clean and simply furnished. The mattresses are a bit undescribed but for the price. The bathroom is small but nice and clean except for the air vent. Unfortunately, the toilet is probably a pipe not tight therefore it drips out of the spool box all the time into the water.
Positive mostly clean and large room high ceiling cupboard and bedside table are completely adequate negative bath dripping and deduction is not quite clean mattresses slightly outlying little and poorly placed outlets total for one night as in my case More than suitable.

We had booked a twin room and got a quadruple room with two bunk beds. Room or rather the hole was about 4 — 5 square meters small. Apart from a completely demolished, there was a sewage pipe in our room which made sure you couldn't sleep. The hostel has a prison character although every prison cell is even better allowed. Then we had the bad luck that there was also a school class there. The students were raging and gröllten in the hallway, the teachers would rather have stood at the reception and drank coffee. After 2 hours of continuous crash my sister and I did not endure it anymore. We then booked a hotel room and are at the front desk to check out. This was only briefly noted. Except for the €5 for the door card, there was no money back. Our conclusion: Once and never again we will book and enter this hostel. Actually — 5 points for the shed.

Really good attention from the receptionists. Really good treatment. We are very happy with that.

I have stayed with a friend here and we were really positively surprised. The 2 bed room was bigger than we had imagined, bright and clean. Our room had a very high ceiling, which worked very well and we liked it. Well, the bed was a metal set, but for the money we had paid for the room it was all right and didn't bother. Nothing disgusting in the bathroom.
Also, the staff were really friendly — even multilingual — sympathetic and young.
What was a special advantage for us is that you can reach the Mercedes-Benz Arena (and the nearest subway station) from the hostel on foot.
We were really satisfied and would book a room there again.
Therefore 5 stars:)

This well-connected, next to the tram and S + U Bahn. I do not recommend the rooms with shared bathroom and the Wi-Fi is paid.

You must take deposit for key card 5 € in cash. You can find sale machine for charge cables and toothbrush. Only payed Wi-Fi. Good location, not bad for short stay, here you can find different rooms — for one or two persons and surely classic hostel rooms for more persons. Also you can find room for persons with wheelchair. Some rooms with separate WC and some with shared.

Actually no star value, double room for two people booked and get two bunk beds. I didn't stay there, the staff wanted to sell one for stupid. But that day we were not the only one who did not stay there. Because bookings have been interpreted differently than what has actually been posted.
I would never book a room there.

It was a very bad hostel. There was no sheets on the bed, the toilet was not really clean and the showers for the women facilities was open like in hockey room. The woman at the reception was not nice and really not helping. The guy too, he was really mean and didn't want us to upgrade the room. When I told him he wasn't helping and the he was no nice with me he threatened me to put a no show on my reservation so I had to keep my dorm. NO Wi-Fi, you have to pay. Bad bad bad place.

Nice staff, however we are "badly fallen" in the rooms.
Smell of alcohol and lack of hygiene on the part of some of our "roommates of one Night". Also, we had booked a "double bed" and we are found in ine room with single beds bunk, so the denomination is confusing… Moreover it was quite cold in the hostel but the duvets contrebalancaient gets cold.
On the other hand all services, other than sheets, are paid (towels = 2h, Wi-Fi = 1 € per hour, breakfast, etc. ).
However ideally located to eat and use public transport to get around…

Malisimo all… On arrival you charge a tax on part of what is paid in booking… plus you charge the Wi-Fi and if you pay you can only use it in the living room because it does not reach the rooms. In the reserve said cafe and Te free during the entire stay… that was totally false because I had to pay even when I showed the copy of the lease that indicated it was free… They charge everything to share to the water and the bathrooms are ediondos and are almost always closed… The showers are a long row of showers without separating there is no minimum privacy… request room for 4 and it was so small that we could not even leave the liter Two at a time. Barely fit the suitcases.

Absolutely not to referring ' hostel ' on our arrival we had to find out that our room (private room with two beds and private bathroom) was rather less the same as the pictures on the internet site. Mattresses on Stahlgestellbetten provide for a prison atmosphere.
On closer examination, a large amount of black mould was found in the room along the windows. We reported this directly to the front desk and requested a new room. We were given a new room next to the previous one in which we had to find that the mold infestation along the windows was worse than in the room before. Again we went without hesitation to the reception and demanded for the second time a new, clean room with no mould infestation, with the threat that we would otherwise have to check out and demand our money back. The lady at the front desk could not give us any information on our question of whether we would get our money back when we checked in directly, and we hurriedly tried to organize a new room.  Finally, we were shown a third room in an annexe which could only be opened with an extra key (deposit €25?! ). In this room there was no private shower or toilet, as was the case in our booked room, but two separate showers and toilets in the hallway for all the guests of the annexe. In one of these bathrooms there were again clearly large spots with black mold on the wall, as well as in the grooves in the shower itself.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was perfectly fine. There was cheese, sausage, Nutella and even more. Bread and rolls were too plentiful. Water and 2 juices, coffee and tea could be drunk. In general we had the impression that the hostel was still completely finished. The elevator is a disaster and desperately needs new paintwork and maybe a carpet. It would also be a bit of music to let some people come together. It was pretty stupid to have to pay for everything.

7) In the dining room at breakfast do not give even drinking water in a bottle to dial, but only in a glass
8) Our room for 4 people was microscopic.

Good location near the public transport. The neighborhood has numerous restaurants and cocktail bars. Recommended for youth groups. The bathrooms were clean but the showers were run and there was hardly anywhere to leave your items. Improvement in the maintenance of the place. The rooms are outdated.

I and my wife made a booking there but 82 euro paid by PayPal for 4 nights, for NE double bed… When I came the woman (Hanna) redhead who gave keys until then everything was OK… when I saw the room it was not a double bed special 2 times Dre Ierbett. That means 6 beds in total… When I was back at the reception, I asked for the woman if she didn't have what I actually booked… Then she says no we didn't…
Asked if she can repay my money she told me that I should do this online since I paid online, I also asked if you can sign me anything she said no and also said that the cancellation is possible…

Have contacted the same day the Hotel XXL (who rented the hostel) and said what happened… then the next day tell me that the hostel all in said that I was not there… then I would still have a document of tax about 7 euros that I paid… anyway ha b I don't get anything back so far and they don't want to pay anything back…
So totally negative rating…

Worst experience in hostel ever! This hostel made us pay for : the sheets, the locker, the key of the door (yes the key of the door! magnetic one they say) and there was no Wi-Fi and no breakfast included in the fare. Moreover I paid more than my friend did for the same service. It's not possible to hang out in the hostel to meet travelers because no room is dedicated to such a thing and you can't be hanging out around it because of neighboorhood. Plus : A guy in the room we slept got his phone robbed during the night and the hostel didn't manage to do anything! Last of all : quite expensive, decoration zero, no music. Honestly never gonna sleep there again. I'm giving 1 star but if I could have I would have given 0

Well, it has what you need to survive. But that's about it. This 3 story building has just 2 poor and dirty open shower rooms like you would find in old gyms. Same goes for toilets. No privacy and barely hygiene. (I have heard of some legendary rooms with actual private toilets and showers, but I couldn't find them. ) There is no artificial ventilation in the rooms, so when it's humid inside you have to open a window and hope no naughty kid is smoking weed outside. (Unless you're into that, then you'll have a blast. ) Breakfast is very, very basic but not nasty, not too bad. No free Wi-Fi, and people are having problems with their 4G inside the hostel. So basically, if you're traveling and going for the minimum you can get in a Hostel, this All in Hostel is probably a good option for you. Otherwise, avoid the All in Hostel at all costs.

The cheapest accommodation in Berlin, not far from the subway and trains)

Very dirty bathrooms, public showers (everyone can watch you take a shower) We walked towards our room around 22:00, we were talking but not very loud. Suddenly the guard shouts that we have to be quiet… not very polite. Rooms were as expected. Breakfast is not very special but there's a great bakery outside. C:

Great hostel, stayed in a single ensuite and couldn't fault it. Really quiet at night and has everything you need. Location amazing, best part of Berlin to be in.

The rooms are as you would expect at the price: three bunk beds, spinning as cupboards and sparse walls. Unfortunately, at one of my bed-mates the bed was broken through, you also saw that place. Has already been welded. Really underground is the security staff, who knocked against doors at half past three in the morning, when people were too noisy. It caused a lot of noise and more people woke up. The breakfast is also degree still so at the border of the edible. Pappige buns and an orange juice, where one really wonders that it may still be called orange juice, it consisted simply of water, aromas and dyes and tasted hideous. I would not stay there again.

NEVER GO THERE EVER! This hostel is the worst I've ever seen and I will never go back! First of all, it is really unwelcoming, there is no decoration, a lot of empty spaces, no common facilities to socialize, the staff seems bored every time you ask them something… Then, everything is paying : no free Wi-Fi, paying computers, the bed linen is paying too (2€/night), the towels too, there is a "city tax", none of which are included in the price. The rooms are almost empty : only beds, lockers (but you have to have your own padlock), one or two electrical outlets for 10 people, a non-isolating window. The bathrooms are the worst! They are kinda clean, but there is literally zero privacy : there are no doors in the showers, only a big common shower! You have to shower naked in front of strangers, and as there is nowhere to put your towel and clothes, you have to cross the whole thing to get them back. There is also no place to put your soap and shampoo so it has to be in the water on the ground. You have to push the shower button every 15 seconds for the water to keep flowing. Every night, our door key didn't work so we had to go back at the reception to get it to work again. One day, a guy installed in my bed because the bed linen had been taken away by the staff and he thought it was empty, so I had to wake up at midnight when he arrived to solve this at the reception. The heater was regularly turned off so it was very cold.

I was with 2 friends in this hostel as it was the cheapest for 3 people in Berlin. €15 per night meant that each of us only had to pay €5 per night and our room was more spacious than imagined. Although we were only 3 people, the room had 8 beds and plenty of space for luggage. The showers and toilets were not in the room and the Wi-Fi which cost €1 per hour was not served up in our room but that was known to us before and didn't really bother. What was more disturbing was that there was only a well-accessible outlet in the room, behind a bed we found 2 more on the 2nd day. To use these, however, one had to crawl under the bed. The food was OK but for 2-3 € you get enough with a baker, for that you do not necessarily have to eat for the €5 in the hotel.

Unmatched price in an unbeatable location. We did not have any problems but we know that there are people who have had trouble thinking they have booked a single room and it was not so, therefore, a lot of eye at the time of booking your room.

Great location in berlin and a super fun staff. I met lots of people staying here and at night we all joined the original Berlin pub crawl which was also awesome and they picked us up at the hostel. The area is great, the rooms are clean, and it's a great place to stay and have some fun in berlin. I highly suggest staying here.

As clean and comfortable as you would expect from the prizes they charge, great location and resourceful staff. Breakfast is a bit sad though, not a thing hot but milk and coffee. Wifi is not free you pay per hours or the whole day.

It's a bad foul and dirty hostel. The rooms to share in bunk beds with unknown people, the bathrooms also. It smells bad and hygiene is not the highlight. Eye is not a hostel, it is a hostel, we had to go to look for a hotel as it was not what we had hired. I don't recommend it to anyone.

It is a hostel and sharing room can smell you at feet. We ended up looking for a hotel. Is an economic option.

It's just a cheap hostel. What do you want to expect. Cleanliness is okay. Staff is very friendly except for individual people. You have to pay everything extra. Bed linen, towels, etc.

Breakfast is not recommended. Buffet. It's its €5 pp just not worth it. No choice, not even coffee.

We booked a twin room (couple and so) and was told directly at the reception by a young receptionist who was clearly trembling with withdrawal symptoms, who looked like he was just coming from the grove, saying that we were "upgraded". This meant in our case, instead of a twin room, a six-bed room with two bunk beds in a room that is no longer located in the main building, but directly on the ice-cold aisle of the annexe building — to the hostel you had to use the card key again. We were also told that two cross-roads could be parked free of charge — but they were 1km away, so we decided to take the parking garage, which was also 1km away. So there was nothing to see from the advertised parking facilities except for a more effort for the guest. After a shift of the receptionists, we asked the young receptionist, who followed the Mountain Grove lovers, again for the room — nothing, they are overbooked, there is nothing to do, we should complain to the travel provider (WOW). The room was still really dirty. The heating was good and the shower gave hot water, which in these circumstances is already a plus point to count. The breakfast was the culmination: for €5 you get coffee of the lowest quality, Aufbackbrötchen, cornflakes and cereals, orange juice, which perhaps once dreamed of oranges, and otherwise pure animal products. Vegetable false indication, there were only a few apples.

Friendly staff, rooms a bit ugly. Funny smell in the whole house. For the price however sufficient.

Good value for money It's a quiet place, surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast is offered and at the reception you can have a latte for 0, €50. One tea for 1. Us $. There is no kitchen, if you can order free, boiling water at any time. The Wi-Fi is paid for and there is only signal at the front desk. It has No leisure area. But if you want to stay in Berlin, at a good price, this is the place. They charge you 2, €50 per stay, for the sheets. In front of the Hostel, there are two Minimarket. Good connection with public transport, 6 minutes walk from the U Bahn Frankfurter Tor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, rooms are basic but for the price represent good value. Staff are friendly and helpful. 24h access so can come and go at whatever time you want.

Pros: Relatively clean dorms, reasonably priced breakfast, staff is super friendly and very accommodating, great location — close to bars and clubs. Cons: if you opt for a large dorm because your on a tight budget you are expected to use a communal shower with young Rawdy kids… Although, they will provide an alternative if you complain (accommodating). NOISE! : They have frequent school groups here and the kids are often COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL making a lot of noise, running up and down the halls, crowding the hallways so you can't get by… It is not the fault of the staff but, unfortunately, they do little to control it. They need to remind the chaperones to monitor the activity of the kids and it wouldn't hurt to have them on "speed-dial. " Wi-Fi is not free.

Noisy, filled with young kids! All night we had to listen to yelling, screaming, banging, door knocking. Not one person from staff did anything to bring order to the chaos of the teenagers carrying on at all hours of the night. The stairwells were filled with people drinking. The worst nights stay I've had — despite having paid for a number of nights, we couldn't bare it after the first night. No offer of a refund — despte it being an absolute joke that we had to put up with the condition we did I. Would not recommend at all!

Clean place. Very large and bright shared bathrooms. Reception 24h/7 available and friendly staff.

The hotel's rules might say "no noise after 10pm" but nobody cared to actually respect it, and when you're trying to sleep at 11:30 and people are running up and down the hallways, while they're drunk and yelling, it would be nice if some receptionist could tell them to keep it down, but no one did anything to make sure that there was peace and quiet after 10. Also the Wi-Fi wasn't free and only worked in the lobby.

Upgraded to an 8 bed room from a twin, showers and bathrooms clean and tidy — more than what was expected.

Rooms were clean, bathroom not so. They could have used some air freshener as well. The breakfast was okay.

For the great bargain price, just minutes from the East side Gallery and ten minutes from the S-Bahn.

Nice place (to sleep and not stay) nice people nice location.

The only good point is the location, it is well located. But otherwise unpleasant home, the room we had paid was "no longer available" from the blow in gave us another room in another building… 10m2! And even, it may be a lot because I do not know the measurements… we had a bed and a mini wardrobe, that's all that came into the room, a real closet. We rouspeté to the reception so we had another room but still, after hours of flight and transport we wanted a better reception and the room we had paid. I'm sorry, but I don't advise.

Booked by last minute a double bed that does not exist. We ended up in a dormitory of 14 people.
to flee. Oh, really.

This hostel is right in the livliest part of the city and very affordable. The staff were nice, and they offered us a free upgrade due to overcrowding. The room wasn't entirely clean when we arrived, but they were incredibly apologetic. Noise was kept down by the security and most amenities were included and not charged for. All in all, everything went better than expected for the price and I would definitely recommend it if you're coming to stay for a few days in Berlin.

Hygiene, cleanliness and friendliness. We slept in 5 in a room and had a great time. Staff available 24h. The bathrooms are very clean and the rooms are also. Recommended!

They are in a common room, clean sheets and bathroom to divide. The only problem Wi-Fi fee! But for the rest excellent and recommended. Especially the breakfast.

I book a double room and give me a room with 8 other strangers… A total suck. 30 rooms in one floor —-> 1 bathroom with 3 toilets, three. These cheat the GENTW.

It was the worst experience. I mean it! After we arrived as a class of 20 students, we had to wait for another whole hour because they weren't ready. 7 people had to live in a tiny room without bathroom together. The internet is not free. It costs per hour 1 euro and the hotspot is not even working. The bathroom had to be shared with another 50 people on the floor and so did the showers. The breakfeast was awful. We had to wait and serve ourselves from some of the most tasteless food and not-so-drinkable orange juice. There was hair on the floor and we couldn't change our sheets for the staying at ALL. Then there were the lockers. Tiny and not how I imagined. We had no fridge and the windows wouldn't open; not to forget the pipe that was going through our room which was connected to the toilets. Disgusting. I would never go there ever again. Don't make the same mistakes. I wish I could rate it 0.

Dear readers Dont ever go to this hostel! It is the worst place in berlin. It looks like a prison. The rooms are dirty, you dont have curtens, mirrors. Only a bed. We also saw a mouse. The security is so mean and only want money. They came to our room because we had alcohol and then they said to us "pay us 30 euros and we will leave". You can not go out in the night, they will not let you out of the door so you need to stay inside. The breakfast is even worst. The bread tasted awful and you couldnt eat anything else. You have to share the showers with everybody and you dont have any privacy. Sincerely Kimberley Mosterman.

WORST HOTEL EVER! Never go here. The 'securities' are not social and friendly at all, we can't even go out of the hotel after 23:00. We also had a bill because of our so called 'alcohol gebrauch' in the room, the security said literally: pay me 30 and i'll leave'… I don't think this is good hospitality… The breakfast is even worse, the bread is like plastic and you can only choose between a chemical sort of sausage and a fake sweaty plastic cheese. I found the hostel sufficiently. My room was clean and was nowhere mold etc. To find. My bathroom in my room was also clean.
Wi-Fi in the rooms Nice was therefore a point deduction, otherwise sufficiently. Very cheap.

Ordered, we had a 2 bed room, get we have a 4 bed room. In the room it has endangered, it was dirty, the beds of the bunk beds were so close to each other that you even could sit (and 1, 60 m) and the slatted frame was broken on several boards which "was repaired with the help of a piece of string". The bathroom was dirty. The showers had not even a curtain to the disconnect and the floor was incredibly cold. In addition, is the water after just 7 seconds pressing again went out of the faucet. Even for the price I would have expected more me a German hostel. The staff was rude and absolutely not helpful. If I would have reminded me not, we have don't get back the deposit of room keys from 5 euros. According to the description there after paying one fee Wi-Fi in the room — no chance! Wi-Fi is there only in the lobby and breakfast area. Also, I had only 30 minutes since immediately after check-out all of a sudden not have funds was left from the paid hour. The only plus point was the location and the cool area.

Our experience with the All-In-Hostel in Friedrichshain were quite mixed :Positive to note was that the staff freundch was and the Breakfast super. However, outweighed the negative sides : Our booked a triple room was occupied (According to the statement, the Hostel is overbooked), so we were in a Six-bed rooms relocated in the it except for two three-storey beds and 6 Metallspinden only a single stool gave. No table, no chairs, nothing. On the beds you could not even sit because these are simply too Low, and too little headroom offered. It's a big hostel, clean but a bit dull (furnitures and design look a bit old). There are a lot of high school students. Wifi is pricey. The breakfast isn't great. My room was so small (but with really high ceiling! ) that the bed occupied the most of it.

It all started out promisingly, but slightly confusing. Our party of 5 arrived, and we were told that it would be cheaper for us to stay in 2 triple rooms rather than a sextuplet, however, when we got to our rooms one had 6 beds and the other with 8. We were also upgraded to rooms with private bathrooms instead of the communal prison showers we were expecting. So far so great! Our travel adapter did not work properly, and the reception staff were extremely unhelpful with how we could get a new one, often pretending not to speak English, despite us hearing them speaking it fluently to other guests. They could only offer us female sanitary products, which was rather odd. HOWEVER! On the last evening, we arrived back at our rooms to find that the cleaner had been in there and had broken into the locker that we kept our belongings in, destroying the door. Luckily I had read other reviews of items going missing from other guests rooms, so I made sure that all of my things were locked in my suitcase, so nothing had been taken. The others in my party were not so cautious, and had several items taken, including a phone which had some extremely sentimental pictures and messages on it. The police were called and a report was made.

The location of this hostel is good, a few minutes from U — and S-bahn and also metro and buses. The staff was very helpful and the rooms and facilities were clean. I rented a private room for two and got an room with two bunk beds, which was a bit unfortunate but good enough. The shared bathroom reminded me of my high school gym showers, little personal privacy, but for 40 euros for three nights it's really the best you can expect.

We had a double room booked, but a Dormroom with 8 bunk beds. Cleanliness of the room was okay, but the bathroom is in no way to be seen. Room for improvement is desirable. Otherwise, you can the house for a night already recommend.

Booked were: Two Nights with two breakfasts, one dinner and a lunch box. The supper was for the first night booked. At registration, we learned that this is not included in the price was. Funny. The Breakfast is probably already. Hm, after a short consideration, we have decided the lush 8, 50€ for the "dinner" to pay, without knowing what awaits us. Those who value cleanliness, in this Hostel you are wrong! Everywhere were hairs in the bed and sheets, as well as in the bathroom! Curtains and carpet were dirty, furniture and Sanitaere facilities run down and partially broken. Breakfast was O. K. The location is Top. Nevertheless, not recommended.

I dont usually do this because all the dislikes must be talked with the person in charge of the hotel. But, since I did that, I want use my user rghts and express my opinion on certain issues I had during two nights. The reception desk did not inform us that: 1-If you go out at night you must ask for a code number that has to be typed in the front door keyboard when trying to enter the hostel. 2-There are (and there should be placed on the inside of your door) simple paper sign that must be placed hanging at your door whenever you need the room to be cleaned OR if you are sleeping inside and want to interruption. 3 — The manager in charge did not want to call the company that sold us a wrong room. Indeed, we didnt got some money back because "all fault belongs to the company whom you made the reservation with". In other words, he washed his hands on this matter. You must be asking yourselves What happens when the first two points fail. No big deal right? Well, the first night we stood almost half an our outside when finally the employee "in charge of the security" appeared and did not believe us that we didnt have the code number.
