Das Hotel ist ganz nett und erfüllt seinen Zweck: ein Bett in Berlin. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, zwar sauber aber sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Lampe und einen Fernseher. Für den Preis ist das dann auch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist OK — die S-Bahn Station ist wenige Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Checkout ist um 11 Uhr, nicht 12 Uhr. Einen Koffer kann man nach dem Checkout in dem unabgesperrten aber bewachten Kofferraum kostenfrei abstellen. Sicher ist der Koffer dort aber nicht, Wertsachen besser mitnehmen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt für den Preis in Ordnung aber würde nicht unbedingt wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Expensive for what it is. It is a hostel nothing else. When you book a "hotel room" you get a hostel dorm, yes by yourself but the atmosphere sucks big time. If you are in your twenties fine anything else you feel the cheapness of it.

I stayed for a week with my school class. The rooms were allright, enough space. The toilets and bathrooms were very small. The personel in the reception were nice. The breakfest was okay. We didn't eat the dinner. The beds were allright, not good nor bad. There was a lot of noise coming from the road. On our third day, at the morning, we noticed one of our friends perfumes were missing. When we came home, money had gone missing from our rooms, 120 euros. Also make-up and more perfumes had dissapeared. The police were called, and they declared it as theft. On our fourth day when we came back, I noticed my headphones, worth 150 euros, had gone missing too. Also a couple of earrings were gone. We again reported it to the police, but we got no money back from the hotel. It could only have been the cleaning ladies. In total, over 500 euros worth of stuff, and money had been stolen from 3 rooms. A lot of different classes over the years, from our school, had also stayed at the same hostel. They too had gotten money stolen from their rooms. The safe in our room didn't work, so we couldn't keep our beelongings safe. Under all circumstances, do not stay at this hotel, unless you want to put everything you own, in your safe, if you're even lucky enough for it to work.

Simple beds and madrases Only Wi-Fi in the lobby, not very fast. Facing the road, the sound from the train was quite loud.

Really good value for money Hostel. Excellent transport links with 2 nearby train stations. Very chilled out with a nice court yard and cheap bottled beer available from a fridge. Our room was clean and spacious with its own bathroom and separate shower room.

Very well served by the Metro Good breakfast. No Wi-Fi in CanEra.

This is no hotel its a hostel, there is only Wi-Fi in the reception. There is noise even after 22.00 and the personal is not very friendly.

Was here for a trip to Berlin, stayed for 3 nights with a group of 6. Beds were decent, TV was nice, Heard from other room guest that the Wi-Fi wasn't good. Other than that everything was super nice. Breakfast was also nice. Staff is really helpful when you need them.

It is quite sufficient if you are staying there mainly for sleeping. Clean rooms, nice staff and lots of nice seating in the lobby and courtyard. Very cheap and very worthwhile for a trip to Berlin.

A good, basic, cheap and clean budget hotel. Sound insulation isn't great in the rooms, so if you're sensitive to noise you might want to think about earplugs.

The room and the bed were comfortable, cleaned but there was no Wi-Fi there. The staff is friendly, good atmosphere, close to metro station, well served breakfast, all common areas were cleaned.

I will tell you the truth, the place is perfect for people who want to save on expenses, there is a good restaurant and there is free coffee during the day and relatively location in the center, nearby train station.

That was just the worst, ekelhasteste and most arrogant hostel I've ever been to. There was mold in some rooms. Some beds including bedding were not thoroughly cleaned, so even blood was found on a duvet cover. The food was horrible. There are rice or disgusting dry fried potatoes. The only more edible was the cucumber salad. I found the beds too hard so I couldn't sleep properly. Some safes didn't work properly, so you had to go to the front desk and wait 3 days for someone to come and solve the problem in just 2 minutes.
In all I would advise everyone of visiting this hostel, as it is not worth the exaggerated price.

The location is also good, the traffic is very convenient, this time set the Triple room, the price is cheaper than other, wireless offers free tea and coffee, but except on the first floor there is no Wi-Fi nice position, relatively cheap price and tidy room.

The hostel is really super located, in direct proximity are subway stations. Breakfast is sufficient, with us it was cheaper by booking, 7, 50 euro but I would not spend it. It has a separate toilet and shower on each room. Good value for the price. I recommend it especially for groups.

Cozy hostel, not great breakfast and dinner but for a cheap hostel they can go.

Hotel for young although it is not so cheap. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Nevertheless expect a lot of noise by night from people continuously moving between rooms. Recommended for young tourists and school groups.

My 2nd visit innerhslb of 2, 5 years, I was again very peace, friendly staff spacious rooms, reichhaltoges breakfast buffet, excellent public transport connection. I come Getne again.

Hostel was clean. Organization rather less good and the staff very rude. For a weekend anyway OK.

His officers were little matter. They didn't help at all. And the room didn't have heating.

The price was great, the rooms are maintained and clean. You can connect to the Internet and can leave the hotel at any time and come back. It is a pity that the Internet connection is only for the ground floor. I'm going to be happy to come back.

I'm here for 3 days with my and 2 other classes. After the 6 hour drive I was actually looking forward to arriving at the hotel. But what awaited me here then shocked me too deeply. In our 6 room there was a banana on the cupboard and a mushroom in the safe. Moreover, the shower is very leaky, as the water has flowed into the Klozimmer. The staff is actually fine. The food, on the other hand, is not really sneezing. Therefore I give this hotel only one of 5 possible stars.

Was here before CCA. 3 weeks, rooms look pretty run down, beds squeak and the night service is very rude. The staff quite arrogant. The food was quite okay, except that it lacks a bit of hygiene, the staff have seen how they go to drink coffee, and later do not wash their hands but put cheese and salami on plates without gloves. Conclusion? I'll never come back here.

Great place to stay in Berlin, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, just missing the Wi-Fi in the room. They told me the same as last year "we are working on it". Recommend.

Paid €60 per night with no free breakfast and no Wi-Fi in room. Good staff, but please improve.

We stayed in 2 in a twin room (two single beds joined), very much appreciated the private bathroom in the room. Great location close to bus and subway stops. Simple, clean, good for those who need to rest after a day spent in museums or walking around the city.

The location is good and the shower is warm and nice. The mattress is standard and the size of the room is okay, but I do have some remarks to share. — The room was cold (I was there during winter), the window doesn't isolate the room very well and a very cold stream of wind kept on coming by its corners. — There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The building is very big and the only place where you can get access to the internet is the reception. — The pillows are awfully flat and thin. I had troubles sleeping there for the first night. The second night I asked the reception for an extra pillow (would really suffice to make it more comfortable) but I was told that there was no extra pillow they could give me. Hard to believe a hotel of that size with a hostel attached would not have an extra pillow. I offered myself to leave a deposit or pay for it, but the staff was very short on saying it was not possible and trying to end conversation with gestures and body language. Ended up sleeping with my head on my backpack. Those are small things but altogether made a big deal. I'm not staying there again. Price was low, that's true, but I've been to Berlin already many times and always got better quality for same price range.

The only thing I did not like was that our flight was delayed in NY and arrived a day later so the hotel cancelled our reservation we did not have to communicate with them and we were worried, the person who waited for us the day of our arrival very cold, unsympathetic and unintentional to help.
I asked them for the favor of doing it and we were assigned another room I imagine not equal to the one I pay and they did it more as a favor and not as a service.
Clean rest, close to two seasons, 24 hours, free coffee. It was good.

Expensive, moderately well positioned. Lousy heating in a country with a terrible cold. The elevator is slow, make your head wait 10 minutes with luck every time you ask. The view overlooks a canal and next to it passes the train, which moves you all and stuns you. I had problems with the key to the room, some companions too; Which means you have to use the damn elevator. Dan Chocolatitos and cookies at the front desk. Free coffee and hot water all day. It has an internal patio in case it paints to take something there, it also has something internal well heated. There is TV in the inner courtyard to watch TV or football games. I add a star because the chocolatios of the reception are amazing.

Affordable rooms close to the center. Everything was clean and the staff was professional.

It's a Hostel with friendly staff; excellent value rooms and breakfast; can be a little noise now and again (depending on your neighbours) but the warm, powerful showers are amazing!

If you like the prison-cell feel when you stay in a hotel then this is your place. Thin mattresses, no Wi-Fi or phones in the rooms, polyester mix sheets, lumpy pillows… a hundred 16 year olds in the lobby. And not cheap…

Rooms are nice but there's no internet in the rooms. Well located and reasonably priced though.

To spend a few days in Berlin great, in the end you go there just to sleep so price quality right.

If I could mark this zero star I would — passport, bank card and cash stolen from our locked room, could only have been a member of the staff to gain access. Room was beyond basic and not what we booked which was a double or twin room — we had a dormitory. When we realised my passport was stolen the staff on reception (one guy) was rude, obnoxious, patronising and very unwilling to help. Disgusting way to treat tourists. Avoid like the plague if you value your possessions. I had to book alternative accommodation & flights and stay until the embassy opened on Monday.

Very nice, walking distance from centre, artistic area, many places to visit very close to the hostel. Good breakfast!

No Wi-Fi in the rooms, get kicked out of the courtyard around 10 pm, even if you are sitting there quietly. About a 1/2 hr walk from the City Center.

Great location to visit Berlin, close to two different metro stations. Only flaw the Wi-Fi did not arrive in the room but only in the lobby.

Good location, nice beds, rooms can noisy. Negative: Wi-Fi is available only on the ground floor. In the rooms, no connection.

Let's start with the good things, parking is cheap and good in the basement, the breakfast was ok, however it is a big hall and there we a lot of students at the same time so noice level in breakfast room was deafening. The bad things were the elevator that you had to wait forever for, then it sounded like it was going to break down when going up and down. The room was simple, the shower room both looked and smelled on mold. There were a lot of noice, both from traffic and from train and from people on the street. The curtains in the room made it impossible to get the room dark when going to bed. Maybe this is a good place to stay if you are a student, but since we booked quite late it was not cheap, and was not worth the money.

Great breakfast, good location. We had to rent towels I don't understand why. There was a problem with the shower as all the water came out of the shower to our floor.

Good value for money Unfortunately they stole my tablet from my backpack in the unattended baggage store. Good location as a base to visit the city.

The food is bad and the staff that serves it can not speak English, only German. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean however the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, besides the fact that it is given only one duvet to cover, the latter of not enough size to cover the whole bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a bar that is always closed and things to the vending machines are too expensive. The Wi-Fi, which is free, does not take in the room, only in the lobby in the lounge and canteen.
The location is very close to the Metro.

Very clean hostel and constantly saw the presence of cleaners. Nice dorms with on-suite toilet and shower that are separate. If all hostels were like this I'd stay at one each time I did a trip. Overall very happy with my stay, cleanliness and facilities at the hostel. Very friendly front house staff and nice communal area with the bar. Also nice walking distance to Alexander Platz.

I can not good review there. For the first time, the room was appallingly tiny, beds squeaked and shook, we were on the 5th floor (final drive) and the window had just tilted. It was unbearable hot at night. In all other rooms, you could open it completely. 1 times complained at the front desk, yes they are open. The next day, it was still not open. "For security reasons" they can not open it and they will close it in the other rooms. Well, fair enough. 2 days later always still closed with us and with the other open. Yes, it's broken, you can not fully close the window. We were told it should open but the door. Where's that? The elevator falters, creaks, and travels often to the wrong floor. What was really funny, but you might have fear. Outside also says that children under 14 without parent not take the lift to travel…
Breakfast was dry, but it went with the sausage. Orange juice or ACE juice. For good coffee from the barrel. Dinner happily eaten only once (spaghetti Bolognese), tasted nothing.
There is the second star for the bathroom. Laid towels and the shower was not really bad. Television was also okay, almost all programs are needed.

Centrally located in the Kreuzberg neighborhood!

Sometimes the room through the subway before the window are somewhat noisy (you get used to but it), for the breakfast is top, it has a class transport (metro lines 3 and 2 buses Max 250 m) and the staff is friendly. In addition, the rooms are unbeatably cheap!

Anstehen time at breakfast, you will feel yourself like in jail and at least 30 minutes long. Semen stains on the bed. Correct dump.

For me, the room and the bathroom was clean. Had even a flat-screen TV in the rooms. But the rooms of the classmates were partly dirty, one the TV not in the other was the bathroom was dirty. I had the only room in my class that was clean and not damaged. Also the equipment differs from room to room from flat screen to Tube TV's are. The staircase is very worn and the elevator has to stop the urge from time to time, and not to go to the selected floor. The breakfast was very good for the price.

We had 3 nights there. Single class. The family room is big, equipped with four beds, but there was enough space for table and chairs and even some kind of cream. Child-friendly, they are also personal. Clean and quiet. There are coffee and tea free of charge in a quite pleasant lounge throughout the day. Professionally, the beds were made every day. Super. Much to recommend in any case.

Good convenient location. If you go to the airport Tegel (TXL), access will not make special work: from the airport take a bus to thl Alexanderplatz, next to Metro U2 until the branch Gejsdrejk, there was immediately directly go to the promenade, once to the right.
Wi-Fi in the lobby and bar, private no. Excellent staff, always explain-will help.
On the Mehringdamm there are many eateries, if you are hungry.
Cons: low Internet speed; free tea and coffee after 10:30.

Pretty good hostel with average staff service. Great location near the U-Bahn, Tempelhof and Mustafa's kebabs. I'm also a fan of Chapter One coffee.

The hostel was quite modern and our room spacious and clean. But it was very basic and bare inside. The staff was very polite and helpful and they can speak english and spanish. We had a pleasant day and the rooms are cleaned every other day. The location is good; close to the metro and centre. There is no internet in the rooms and the mobile signal is very week, on the third floor at least.

Bad… the food disgusting the elevator needs to be fixed (be aware) it was small rooms bad place at all.
