Hotel

Hotel is a bit tired but sufficient. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest — scruffy and dirty bus station and busy roads. The staff were helpful and friendly. Free bike storage is available. Right next to public transport (SBahn) we stayed here while going to a concert at the Waldbühne — 45min walk back but quicker than trying to get the train or taxi back among the crowds.

Good hotel for a 2 star rating. Aircon worked well in hot Berlin summer. Free parking in front of hotel. Friendly staff.

Super Connectivity everything is easy to reach. If you just stay overnight, it's enough. Breakfast is delicious.

Very clean hotel. Ten minutes to go downtown by public transportation very kind staff.

Super room real Sauber. Breakfast delicious and worth price of €11. Friendly staff. The only shortcoming was the but good you want to switch off.

I would definitely like to move back here when I am at the Berlin Fair.

We didn't take the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.
The reception has taken all our wishes to heart & it has been cared that everything is arranged to our best.

Great service around the clock! The price is also great, especially because it is centrally located, just above the Zob and the connection with S — and U — Railway real class is.

It's the best hotel when you have the Exhibition right across in the Messe! Service is good and staff is very pleasing n helpful! I have been staying here for last many years and just love it there.

Usually I have low expectations from Ibis hotels, maybe a missconception. This one was a lot better than expected, decent size room, good bed, clean, renewed. Right across the street from Berlin Messe, so great location for exhibitors. I will go there again.

The hotel is good. Service friendly and breakfast good with great views. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well insulated, against the FLURLÄRM.

Not for tourists. Although the hotel is in a central place (near the metro, bus etc. ) the appearance of the hotel is dated and not located in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and such. If you don't care about those things the location is very central and most tourist locations are easily reachable with public transport.

Room was a myroom cleanliness could be a bit better but was okay. The implementation of the theme made the room more homelike. Breakfast was usual good.

In itself, everything was fine during my visit. However, I have to note the following points of criticism: 1. The WLAN reception was very bad in my room (702) and often broke off. 2. The room, especially the bathroom was a bit cramped. 3. A larger TV would have been nice.

Average staff, standard hotel, comfy rooms, great breakfast with a view.

Great value for money… Far better than previous ibis hotels I stayed… Big room with very big bathroom and shower cubicle. Definitely I am coming back.

Reasonably large room, but with few extras, 2 power points to charge devices, no fridge, small TV for the size of the room. Nice bar area with friendly and helpful staff. Free parking is across the road in a non secure parking lot. Free breakfast is good with nice views of berlin as it is on the top floor.

It was a nice Ibis hotel in Berlin. As in every Ibis hotel, the room was small but proper and nice. The hotel was far from the center but you can take the metro not far from it. There is a big parking on the other side of the road so we could park our car over there during 4 days.

It's well located for travelers, just on the Central bus station and very close to S bahn. The hotel looks old and beat up, the rooms are a bit worn out but clean. I'm frequent accor hotel traveler (Ibis belongs to this group) and this Ibis is one of the worst ones I've been visiting.

The room was very clean and quite simply furnished. The bed was very comfortable and my room had a quiet location. I could sleep well. There is no complimentary water upon arrival in your room, or otherwise. There is also no fee-based drinks or snacks (such as minibar). You should bring something to so. The breakfast was very good. There was enough of everything and the buns were back fresh and I also liked the coffee.
I have paid just under ninety euro and would have liked to at least a small bottle of water in the room. On the whole, I'm satisfied.

Quality price, very good, downtown.

The hotel is very vergünstig located. However, if you arrive by car and want to pay anything, you must adjust to a long parking search… for me it took about 45 minutes. While there is a car park at the hotel, directly behind the ZOB, there has to be paid more than €20 for 24 hours.
At the room I can't tell, I was satisfied. A large bed for one person. Only the cushions are personally a bit too small for me.
Sleep with the window open is very bad, because due to the highway at night much noise there is.
Also, I find not exactly customer friendly to the fluctuating prices. Well, it is located at the fairgrounds and also not far from the Olympic Stadium, but when large events are the prices not to a less than 10faches must be lifted, "Ordinary citizens" that scared something.

May be I expected more for the price but the accomodation was really "normal". The interier of building. Again. Normal and formal almost sterile without idea. Stuff professional and helpfull. Rich breakfast was a nice suprise. Location is the biggest advantage.

Clean, good Breakfast, good connection.

For an Overnight stay is the Hotel ok. Because the rooms are clean but very Spartan and simple in style. But for a weekend in Berlin to spend. I would personally the next time to take another one.

Not really good experience. Very good location if you visit ICC. The room which was chosen for us was quite small for 3 people. Wi-Fi connection is charged per person and is not really cheap. I was also missing sausages for breakfast. The hotel staff is ok.

Excellent value, nothing to complain about.

The room is clean, Wifi internet relatively cheap, and the hotel location ideal for those in town for an exhibition at the ICC. But the hotel's assets end there. Expect to pay 10Euro for breakfast, but don't expect a warm hearty meal with basic items such as sausage, bacon, and hash browns on the menu. The service is sub-par: if you want room service, or even an iron, you have to walk down to reception, as since they are usually understaffed, the receptionist can not leave her desk. Then there's the security issue. On two occasions I had the hotel staff knock once and without waiting for an answer, quickly storm in the room, only to see me half naked. Finally, no disposable items in the room such as sandals and basic vanity kit. So to summarize, bad breakfast, understaffed, rooms without privacy, and no amnesties. That's enough for me to avoid this place in the future. I would recommend you do, too.

I booked via the internet on the website of the Ibis chain at a fabulous price: 390 euro for 9 days.
The hotel is at the edge of the Centre of Berlin, but very close to the subway line that can easily get to downtown.
With the subway it takes 40 minutes to get from the other side of town (from West to East).
It's quiet at night.
There are numerous restaurants in nearby streets.
The hotel is really comfortable and the reception is available 24 hours on 24.
There is an internet terminal in the lobby that guests can access for free (sometimes you have to do a bit of a row).
The bar is comfortable.
The staff all spoke English.
