First of all, what speaks for the hotel:
— very nice, helpful service
— Breakfast buffet is sufficient; But nothing special
— Top location: The fairgrounds are within walking distance, Potsdamer Platz in 15 min per S-Bahn
— a price
What speaks against it:
— an aging hotel, and you can see that.
— I was allowed to stay in a room where the windows didn't actually have window putty anymore and weren't glazed several times either, so it was very loud and, at outdoor temperatures of 30 degrees, delicious warm.
— no air conditioning
— Cleanliness — the soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink were black, in the dosing chamber
— it was not possible for the employees to hand me a suitable key for the room safe (actually a no-go)
— if you write on the homepage that all rooms have a minibar, that should be the case. The cupboard marked MINIBAR was empty — no refrigerator, let alone drinks, etc.
— the night console was mounted on the wall, but the mount was no longer optimally anchored, so with the slightest load it had to be feared that it would tear out of the anchorage
All in all, and for those who have little claim to a hotel, you can definitely recommend the hotel further. Not for everyone else! (Stay June 2018 — 3 days)

Very nice hotel, central location and cozy ambience.
Breakfast was varied, very plentiful and really delicious. We were there on duty.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The reception was kindly aloof. No "welcome. "
Our room, relatively small, was luckily to the backyard. Not a pretty sight, except for the, at night illuminated, radio tower. But so we were able to sleep very soundly when the window was open. The mattresses were relatively soft, unfortunately.
On the surface, the room was clean. If you look more closely, however, the first herpes bloe already reported. The curtains were just disgusting. The windows were also more reminiscent of milk glass.
But otherwise really ok.
Breakfast was acceptable except for the baking buns. It was abundant of everything and was also permanently refilled. Very friendly and attentive staff in the breakfast room.
Transport links excellent.
Free parking available in the immediate vicinity.

Supringsly good for thr price.

I loved the bar on the ground floor of the hotel. Do not know the truth, this is part one organization or different, but the service, beer and kitchen in this establishment is very very good. The hostess is simply charming, constantly brings to beer different snacks and all on time. All the guests of Berlin would recommend staying here, especially as the prices are pleasant!

Rooms are cheap, service was good, close to the central station.

My regular hotel in Berlin when it comes to business trips. Value for money, parking is available in front of the door usually, breakfast is mediocre but okay and the rooms are generally very well maintained.

Very correct Hotel, clean and tidy, maybe too much heat in the room, but I think that's normal in Berlin. Very close to the metro and 30 minutes from almost any place. In addition to water with complimentary gas there was another gift from a sample of a very good serum for the night!

I enjoyed my stay: The buffet breakfast was outstanding; many fresh fruits; veggies and breads. About a 10 minute walk from public transportation: Small but very clean room:

Positive: A very nice and clean hotel, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
Negative: The street noise is quite noisy.

Travelling on business. Always happy there. The rooms are large and the breakfast is good.

Cheap and close to the fair. Rooms and breakfast are ok, beds are too old.

Great value for money. Breakfast room on the upper floor with a view over Berlin.

3 persons/3 bed rooms in Berlin booked, paid and confirmed. Instead, my daughter (8) should sleep with us in a double bed. Alternatively, we had an additional (! ) Rooms are offered for a fee. After one hour of discussion, the existing double bed was partially dismantled in order to accommodate a field bed. So my daughter had to sleep at ground level at the window and in the small room no one could move more sensibly. When checking out we offer a bottle of piccolo champagne. Should I compensate my daughter?

Good price, very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. That's all I need to make me feel good.

Nice hotel, very good for the price paid. Not a great view on the side opposite the street, but the bed is comfortable, the shower and bath are clean and nice. Above a bowling alley but because there are two floors of offices between the bowling alley and hotel rooms you wouldn't know the bowling alley is there. The attached tapas cafe is alright, with a full bar and some food. There are 2 more cafés across the road, plus a good Japanese restaurant. Links to U2 line are about 100m from the front door, this will take you to the city center without changing lines, or to the Schoenfeld Airport with a change to the RB7 or RE14 airport express line.

The staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful. In a good location and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Good value for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not the newest hotel but able and for the price absolutely recommended. Good breakfast with views of the capital city. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much.

Slept well. Good value for the price. Central to the fair and, highway. Only the carpet rolls goods have to be changed once.

The value for money is very good! The breakfast on the 7th floor with a great view is very good: delicious, rich and varied! Friendly staff. Thanks to the nearby subway (Theo-Platz) you can reach the centre without any problems! Walk a short way to the fair. With the window open loud driving noise from the 10-lane road. Wi-Fi reception at the end of the aisle moderate and slow.

Good value for money; facilities pretty standard. Easy access to underground plus a couple of nice restaurants in the area.

Very good price performance ratio. Very friendly staff. Because it was night out right cold could sleep with the window closed and got therefore from the street noise with nothing. The rooms were very clean and for our purposes big enough, because we were always on the move during the day. We like to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in close proximity of the metro station and there were enough free parking spaces for our car. I can suggest this hotel to everyone who is thinking to do a city trip to Berlin.

Cleanliness is acceptable, staff is usually attentive, very rich and good Breakfast. Incomprehensible to me is that Deposit € 50.00 for a second room key had to be stored had to be. Due to a non-existent air-conditioning, the room was totally heated up and it was found not to sleep. In the open window provided the multi-lane, busy road in front of the Hotel also.

We were very satisfied. We will come back again.

The refrigerators were quite warm, and it was June. I checked in around midnight and found that my room had a dirty toilet. However, the young man at the desk was extremely nice and changed my room. We had a nice conversation. I was allowed to check out at 13.00h the next morning since I had arrived so late, and the reception held my luggage the next day while I was out. I found this hotel because I was arriving at Berlin ZOB bus station at midnight, so I needed a room immediately near. This room did the trick and the bed was comfy. I would certainly stay here again if I needed a room near the bus station. (I believe it is exactly 300 meters walk from Berlin ZOB. ).

An excellent budget hotel with all the services one would expect. Delicious breakfast with a panoramic view over Berlin. The rooms are clean and tidy, beds comfortable, and the reception personnel friendly. A nice bonus was the possibility to rent a bicycle for a cheap price.

Everything is great as always, Breakfast is good and abundant. Even if this Morning, quite a lot was going on, read the selection not to be desired. Staff always courteous and friendly. The rooms themselves are large and adequately furnished. Parking in front of the house was not a Problem. Come gladly again.

Good location if you want to see the west of Berlin especially the Olympia Stadium and the Zoo area (Kürfürstendamm for shopping etc). Also good if you arrive at / depart from the main bus station. The staff at the reception weren't very welcoming or friendly when we arrived, but the (different) staff when we left were fine. Good Wi-Fi (free) and a very good breakfast. Very good value for money.
